Zahvaljujući upornom ocu policajcu, učitelji više neće smjeti ni u “pedagoške svrhe” vrijeđati učenike, već će se morati s dužnim poštovanjem odnositi prema njihovu dignitetu i moralnom integritetu vodeći računa osobito o senzibilnijima, piše u subotu Večernji list.

Moramo promijeniti pristup učiteljskom bullyingu nad učenicima i u škole uvesti učinkovite mehanizme zaštite učenika od učitelja, presudio je Europski sud za ljudska prava. Hrvatska bivšem srednjoškolcu mora platiti 7500 eura i još 650 eura za troškove postupka.

Učenik je bio u skupini koja je zakasnila na sat pa je profesor matematike R. V. vikao uz izraze: “Moron, idiot, budala, seljačina, glupi žandar”. Nakon prijave u razredu je rekao: “Kad kažeš budali da je budala, to nije za njega uvreda. Ravnatelj me zvao jer da sam uvrijedio neke učenike. Ne znate vi što su uvrede, ali vidjet ćete što su uvrede”. Kad je osam dana kasnije učenik okrenuo pogrešnu stranicu u knjizi, R. V. mu je rekao: “Budalo, ne tu stranicu. Nisam te htio uvrijediti, jer znam da ćeš zvati tatu”, navodi dnevnik

Učenik je stoga prošao psihološki tretman, dijagnosticiran mu je posttraumatski stresni poremećaj. Psiholog je zaključio da pati od akutnog anksioznog poremećaja i preporučio je povećanu podršku u školi. Bila je riječ o dobrom učeniku iz funkcionalne obitelji. To je rezultiralo lošim rezultatom na završnom ispitu iz matematike tako da učenik nije uspio upisati željeni studij, navedeno je u zahtjevu ESLJP-u.

Otac se obratio školi, ali i pravobraniteljici za djecu, inspektoratu, policiji i Državnom odvjetništvu. Izvijestio je i Ministarstvo obrazovanja, koje je slučaj proslijedilo Agenciji za odgoj i obrazovanje. Agencija je preporučila da škola i otac razgovorom riješe problem. Ravnatelj je nakon sastanka s ocem izvijestio Agenciju i pravobraniteljicu za djecu da je sukob riješen.

Ali, u povodu kaznene prijave, neki su učenici rekli da profesor zna koristiti neprimjerene i uvredljive izraze, osobito prema lošijima iz matematike.

ESLJP je utvrdio i da hrvatske vlasti moraju uspostaviti odgovarajuće mjere kako bi “nedvosmisleno zabranile svako takvo ponašanje prema djeci u svakom trenutku i u svim okolnostima, a time i osigurali nultu toleranciju na svako nasilje ili zlostavljanje u obrazovnim institucijama”, donosi Večernji list.

Zahvaljujući upornom ocu policajcu, učitelji više neće smjeti ni u “pedagoške svrhe” vrijeđati učenike, već će se morati s dužnim poštovanjem odnositi prema njihovu dignitetu i moralnom integritetu vodeći računa osobito o senzibilnijima, piše u subotu Večernji list.

Moramo promijeniti pristup učiteljskom bullyingu nad učenicima i u škole uvesti učinkovite mehanizme zaštite učenika od učitelja, presudio je Europski sud za ljudska prava. Hrvatska bivšem srednjoškolcu mora platiti 7500 eura i još 650 eura za troškove postupka.

Učenik je bio u skupini koja je zakasnila na sat pa je profesor matematike R. V. vikao uz izraze: “Moron, idiot, budala, seljačina, glupi žandar”. Nakon prijave u razredu je rekao: “Kad kažeš budali da je budala, to nije za njega uvreda. Ravnatelj me zvao jer da sam uvrijedio neke učenike. Ne znate vi što su uvrede, ali vidjet ćete što su uvrede”. Kad je osam dana kasnije učenik okrenuo pogrešnu stranicu u knjizi, R. V. mu je rekao: “Budalo, ne tu stranicu. Nisam te htio uvrijediti, jer znam da ćeš zvati tatu”, navodi dnevnik

Učenik je stoga prošao psihološki tretman, dijagnosticiran mu je posttraumatski stresni poremećaj. Psiholog je zaključio da pati od akutnog anksioznog poremećaja i preporučio je povećanu podršku u školi. Bila je riječ o dobrom učeniku iz funkcionalne obitelji. To je rezultiralo lošim rezultatom na završnom ispitu iz matematike tako da učenik nije uspio upisati željeni studij, navedeno je u zahtjevu ESLJP-u.

Otac se obratio školi, ali i pravobraniteljici za djecu, inspektoratu, policiji i Državnom odvjetništvu. Izvijestio je i Ministarstvo obrazovanja, koje je slučaj proslijedilo Agenciji za odgoj i obrazovanje. Agencija je preporučila da škola i otac razgovorom riješe problem. Ravnatelj je nakon sastanka s ocem izvijestio Agenciju i pravobraniteljicu za djecu da je sukob riješen.

Ali, u povodu kaznene prijave, neki su učenici rekli da profesor zna koristiti neprimjerene i uvredljive izraze, osobito prema lošijima iz matematike.

ESLJP je utvrdio i da hrvatske vlasti moraju uspostaviti odgovarajuće mjere kako bi “nedvosmisleno zabranile svako takvo ponašanje prema djeci u svakom trenutku i u svim okolnostima, a time i osigurali nultu toleranciju na svako nasilje ili zlostavljanje u obrazovnim institucijama”, donosi Večernji list.

Odluka Europskog suda za ljudska prava: RH učeniku mora platiti odštetu jer mu je profesor vikao da je moron, idiot i seljačina

Zahvaljujući upornom ocu policajcu, učitelji više neće smjeti ni u “pedagoške svrhe” vrijeđati učenike, već će se morati s dužnim poštovanjem odnositi prema njihovu dignitetu i moralnom integritetu vodeći računa osobito o senzibilnijima, piše u subotu Večernji list.

Moramo promijeniti pristup učiteljskom bullyingu nad učenicima i u škole uvesti učinkovite mehanizme zaštite učenika od učitelja, presudio je Europski sud za ljudska prava. Hrvatska bivšem srednjoškolcu mora platiti 7500 eura i još 650 eura za troškove postupka.
