30 do 50 posto pacijenata, u nekim ordinacijama, odbija AstraZenecu. Tko ne radi taj posao ne zna kako je to, pacijenti stalno zovu: kad će biti pozvani, s čime će biti cijepljeni. Naše sestre i mi moramo stalno telefonirati, to potpuno blokira redovan posao. Istovremeno ljudi se žale da nas ne mogu dobiti, dobivamo prijetnje. Ja smatram da je prijetnja ukoliko mi pacijent napiše mail ili kaže da će protiv mene poduzeti mjere ukoliko on ili njegovi roditelji ne budu cijepljeni s cjepivom koje žele, rekla je Nataša Ban Toskić, predsjednica KoHOM-a u emisiji "U mreži Prvoga", piše hrt.hr.
Ban Toskić rekla je da cijepljenje u ordinacijama obiteljske medicine traje dulje od mjesec dana, a da su liječnici tek sinoć dobili informaciju da će im danas stići doze za narednih tjedan dana.
- Ordinacije koje imaju veći udio starijih stanovnika predviđeno je da dobiju 20 doza AstraZenece više nego manje ordinacije, rekla je Toskić da su otpočetka ukazivali da treba planirati cijepljenje i određivati prioritetne pacijente na razini gradova, županije ili države.
Smatra da je do problema došlo jer se svim ordinacijama dijelila ista količina doza.
- Da je u funkciji centralna digitalna platforma za naručivanje pacijenata i pozivanje na cijepljenje cijeli proces bi bio tranparentniji i pravedniji prema pacijentima, a liječnicima bi bilo jednostavnije raditi, dodala je Ban Toskić.
Zamjenica ravnatelja HZJZ-a Ivana Pavić Šimetin rekla je da se u ovoj fazi cijepe starije osobe i osobe s kroničnim bolestima, koje mogu biti različite dobi.
- Mi otpočetka govorimo da je cijepljenje organizacijski zahtjevno. Uvijek se mogu dogoditi situacije da se mora cijepiti i zdrava osoba koja ne spada u prioritete da se ne mora baciti doza cjepiva. To su sve stvari koje su loše za društvo ako se osuđuju. Odlučiti tko će se cijepiti u 5 minuta da se ne baci doza zahtijeva veliku hrabrost i odgovornost, nemaju je svi. Nije lako nekome javiti da on sad treba odmah doći na cijepljenje, ljudi se moraju psihički pripremiti, nekad treba prekinuti i druge aktivnosti da bi se došlo, rekla je Pavić Šimetin.
- Bolje je uvijek iskoristiti dozu cjepiva nego ih baciti, dodala je.
Istaknula je da građani koji su se ranije javili svojim liječnicima za cijepljenje imaju prednost od onih koji su se javili preko platforme za cijepljenje, posebice ako je riječ o mlađim osobama.
Ban Toskić je rekla kako digitalna platforma uopće ne funkcionira, ali unatoč tome svakom pacijentu mlađem od 65 godina, čiji poziv prime, savjetuju da se prijave i na platformu jer nema vjerojatnosti da će ove godine biti cijepljen u ordinaciji.
- A možda neće doći na red nikad. Upozoravam, trebamo početi s drugom dozom pacijenata koje smo procijepili. Tempom kojim cjepivo dolazi, neće biti dovoljno za prvu dozu preostalih pacijenata. Naš posao se dvostruko komplicira. Došao je krajnji čas da se cijepljenje organizira na velikim punktovima, da se angažiraju dodatni kadrovi, da digitalna platforma profunkcionira jer mi više ne možemo, poručila je Ban Toskić.
Pavić Šimetin tvrdi da platforma u nekim županijama funkcionira odlično. Dodaje da liječnici obiteljske medicine u nekom trenutku moraju svoje pacijente, zabilježene za cijepljenje, prebaciti na platformu.
- Korak u kojem će doći do integracije tih popisa i platforme će biti sljedeći tjedan no već sad u nekim županijama je to integrirano. To je proces. Ljudi su se javljali liječnicima prije nego je platforma uspostavljena, rekla je.
Oštro joj je uzvratila Ban Toskić.
- Dok mi govorimo da liječnici obiteljske medicine nešto moraju, oni ne mogu. Gdje je logika da bi ja morala, uz sav posao, upisati i platformu 600 pacijenata koje imam u bilježnici, zar nije logično da svatko sam sebe upiše. Tog nema nigdje u Europi. Nismo se mi ništa dogovorili jer se niste s nama dogovarali nego ste samo govorili što moramo. Nema dogovora, poručila je.
Pavić Šimetin je dodala da se sigurno problem može elegantnije riješiti i da neće liječnici sami upisivati pacijente na platformu.
- Od početka cijepljenja velika uloga je dana županijskoj razini jer se tako najbolje zna kakva je situacija.
Imunolog Zlatko Trobonjača poslao je poruku građanima koji oklijevaju hoće li se cijepiti AstraZenecom ili ne.
- Ako odbijete cijepljenje AstraZenecom ulazite u čekanje nekog drugog cjepiva, pitanje je što vam se za vrijeme tog čekanja može dogoditi, može se dogoditi da se razbolite. Ja ne bih želio nikoga plašiti preko medija. Vidjelo se da novi sojevi uzrokuju teže oblike bolesti, ljudi prije završavaju na kisiku. Objavljen je znanstveni rad koji pokazuje i da je smrtnost s britanskim sojem nešto veća, rekao je.

30 do 50 posto pacijenata, u nekim ordinacijama, odbija AstraZenecu. Tko ne radi taj posao ne zna kako je to, pacijenti stalno zovu: kad će biti pozvani, s čime će biti cijepljeni. Naše sestre i mi moramo stalno telefonirati, to potpuno blokira redovan posao. Istovremeno ljudi se žale da nas ne mogu dobiti, dobivamo prijetnje. Ja smatram da je prijetnja ukoliko mi pacijent napiše mail ili kaže da će protiv mene poduzeti mjere ukoliko on ili njegovi roditelji ne budu cijepljeni s cjepivom koje žele, rekla je Nataša Ban Toskić, predsjednica KoHOM-a u emisiji "U mreži Prvoga", piše hrt.hr.
Ban Toskić rekla je da cijepljenje u ordinacijama obiteljske medicine traje dulje od mjesec dana, a da su liječnici tek sinoć dobili informaciju da će im danas stići doze za narednih tjedan dana.
- Ordinacije koje imaju veći udio starijih stanovnika predviđeno je da dobiju 20 doza AstraZenece više nego manje ordinacije, rekla je Toskić da su otpočetka ukazivali da treba planirati cijepljenje i određivati prioritetne pacijente na razini gradova, županije ili države.
Smatra da je do problema došlo jer se svim ordinacijama dijelila ista količina doza.
- Da je u funkciji centralna digitalna platforma za naručivanje pacijenata i pozivanje na cijepljenje cijeli proces bi bio tranparentniji i pravedniji prema pacijentima, a liječnicima bi bilo jednostavnije raditi, dodala je Ban Toskić.
Zamjenica ravnatelja HZJZ-a Ivana Pavić Šimetin rekla je da se u ovoj fazi cijepe starije osobe i osobe s kroničnim bolestima, koje mogu biti različite dobi.
- Mi otpočetka govorimo da je cijepljenje organizacijski zahtjevno. Uvijek se mogu dogoditi situacije da se mora cijepiti i zdrava osoba koja ne spada u prioritete da se ne mora baciti doza cjepiva. To su sve stvari koje su loše za društvo ako se osuđuju. Odlučiti tko će se cijepiti u 5 minuta da se ne baci doza zahtijeva veliku hrabrost i odgovornost, nemaju je svi. Nije lako nekome javiti da on sad treba odmah doći na cijepljenje, ljudi se moraju psihički pripremiti, nekad treba prekinuti i druge aktivnosti da bi se došlo, rekla je Pavić Šimetin.
- Bolje je uvijek iskoristiti dozu cjepiva nego ih baciti, dodala je.
Istaknula je da građani koji su se ranije javili svojim liječnicima za cijepljenje imaju prednost od onih koji su se javili preko platforme za cijepljenje, posebice ako je riječ o mlađim osobama.
Ban Toskić je rekla kako digitalna platforma uopće ne funkcionira, ali unatoč tome svakom pacijentu mlađem od 65 godina, čiji poziv prime, savjetuju da se prijave i na platformu jer nema vjerojatnosti da će ove godine biti cijepljen u ordinaciji.
- A možda neće doći na red nikad. Upozoravam, trebamo početi s drugom dozom pacijenata koje smo procijepili. Tempom kojim cjepivo dolazi, neće biti dovoljno za prvu dozu preostalih pacijenata. Naš posao se dvostruko komplicira. Došao je krajnji čas da se cijepljenje organizira na velikim punktovima, da se angažiraju dodatni kadrovi, da digitalna platforma profunkcionira jer mi više ne možemo, poručila je Ban Toskić.
Pavić Šimetin tvrdi da platforma u nekim županijama funkcionira odlično. Dodaje da liječnici obiteljske medicine u nekom trenutku moraju svoje pacijente, zabilježene za cijepljenje, prebaciti na platformu.
- Korak u kojem će doći do integracije tih popisa i platforme će biti sljedeći tjedan no već sad u nekim županijama je to integrirano. To je proces. Ljudi su se javljali liječnicima prije nego je platforma uspostavljena, rekla je.
Oštro joj je uzvratila Ban Toskić.
- Dok mi govorimo da liječnici obiteljske medicine nešto moraju, oni ne mogu. Gdje je logika da bi ja morala, uz sav posao, upisati i platformu 600 pacijenata koje imam u bilježnici, zar nije logično da svatko sam sebe upiše. Tog nema nigdje u Europi. Nismo se mi ništa dogovorili jer se niste s nama dogovarali nego ste samo govorili što moramo. Nema dogovora, poručila je.
Pavić Šimetin je dodala da se sigurno problem može elegantnije riješiti i da neće liječnici sami upisivati pacijente na platformu.
- Od početka cijepljenja velika uloga je dana županijskoj razini jer se tako najbolje zna kakva je situacija.
Imunolog Zlatko Trobonjača poslao je poruku građanima koji oklijevaju hoće li se cijepiti AstraZenecom ili ne.
- Ako odbijete cijepljenje AstraZenecom ulazite u čekanje nekog drugog cjepiva, pitanje je što vam se za vrijeme tog čekanja može dogoditi, može se dogoditi da se razbolite. Ja ne bih želio nikoga plašiti preko medija. Vidjelo se da novi sojevi uzrokuju teže oblike bolesti, ljudi prije završavaju na kisiku. Objavljen je znanstveni rad koji pokazuje i da je smrtnost s britanskim sojem nešto veća, rekao je.
