Nacionalni stožer civilne zaštite u četvrtak je na prijedloge županijskih stožera donio dvije nove odluke i to o uvođenju epidemioloških mjera za područje Krapinsko-zagorske županije te o mjeri pojačane kontrole provođenja protuepidemijske upute za pružatelje socijalnih usluga.

Na prijedlog Stožera Krapinsko-zagorske županije donio je Odluku o uvođenju nužnih epidemioloških mjera za područje Krapinsko-zagorske županije u trajanju od 15 dana.

Nužne epidemiološke mjere su zabrana izlazaka korisnika izvan prostora pružatelja usluga smještaja za starije i nemoćne osobe, djecu s teškoćama u razvoju i odrasle osobe s invaliditetom, osim ako je izlazak uvjetovan medicinskim razlozima.

Također, zaposlenicima pružatelja socijalnih usluga smještaja u sustavu socijalne skrbi se preporučuje da ne odlaze na stručne skupove i druge skupno organizirane oblike usavršavanja zaposlenika poput kongresa, simpozija, predavanja i radionica.

Umirovljenicima se preporučuje da ne odlaze na organizirana putovanja te da ne sudjeluju na organiziranim okupljanjima većeg broja osoba.

Stožeri jedinica lokalne samouprave zaduženi su za pojačani nadzor propisanih epidemioloških mjera.

Također, Stožer je reagirao na prijedloge županijskih stožera i Povjerenstva za sprječavanje i suzbijanje epidemije COVID-19 nad starijim osobama i osobama drugih ranjivih skupina te je donio i Odluku o nužnoj mjeri pojačane kontrole provođenja Upute za sprječavanje i suzbijanje epidemije COVID-19 za pružatelje socijalnih usluga u sustavu socijalne skrbi, kojom se ponovo angažiraju timovi koji će kontrolirati kako se provodi navedena Uputa, za što su nadležni županijski stožeri.

Županijski stožeri civilne zaštite trebaju za voditelja tima imenovati županijskog pročelnika ili njegovog zamjenika nadležnog za zdravstvo i/ili socijalnu skrb te imenovati socijalnog radnika, sanitarnog inspektora i službenika Ravnateljstva civilne zaštite.

Ako županijski stožer formira više timova, umjesto županijskog pročelnika u timove mogu imenovati i druge službenike upravnih odjela ili ureda nadležnih za zdravstvo ili socijalnu skrb.

Koordiniranje rada timova obavija epidemiolog županijskog Zavoda za javno zdravstvo ili drugi djelatnik odgovarajuće zdravstvene struke.

Timovi su dužni kontrolirati provedbu Upute u državnim, županijskim, obiteljskim i privatnim domovima za starije i nemoćne osobe te kod drugih pružatelja usluga smještaja i organiziranog stanovanja u sustavu socijalne skrbi.

Ako uoče propuste i nedostatke, dužni su zatražiti njihovo žurno otklanjanje i evidentirati ih. Ako se ne mogu žurno ukloniti, a zbog njih su ugroženi život i zdravlje korisnika i radnika, tim mora odmah obavijestiti županijski stožer, koji o tome obavještava Nacionalni stožer i nadležna tijela.

Također, županijski stožeri moraju svaki dan izvijestiti Nacionalni stožer o izvršenim kontrolama.

Nacionalni stožer civilne zaštite u četvrtak je na prijedloge županijskih stožera donio dvije nove odluke i to o uvođenju epidemioloških mjera za područje Krapinsko-zagorske županije te o mjeri pojačane kontrole provođenja protuepidemijske upute za pružatelje socijalnih usluga.

Na prijedlog Stožera Krapinsko-zagorske županije donio je Odluku o uvođenju nužnih epidemioloških mjera za područje Krapinsko-zagorske županije u trajanju od 15 dana.

Nužne epidemiološke mjere su zabrana izlazaka korisnika izvan prostora pružatelja usluga smještaja za starije i nemoćne osobe, djecu s teškoćama u razvoju i odrasle osobe s invaliditetom, osim ako je izlazak uvjetovan medicinskim razlozima.

Također, zaposlenicima pružatelja socijalnih usluga smještaja u sustavu socijalne skrbi se preporučuje da ne odlaze na stručne skupove i druge skupno organizirane oblike usavršavanja zaposlenika poput kongresa, simpozija, predavanja i radionica.

Umirovljenicima se preporučuje da ne odlaze na organizirana putovanja te da ne sudjeluju na organiziranim okupljanjima većeg broja osoba.

Stožeri jedinica lokalne samouprave zaduženi su za pojačani nadzor propisanih epidemioloških mjera.

Također, Stožer je reagirao na prijedloge županijskih stožera i Povjerenstva za sprječavanje i suzbijanje epidemije COVID-19 nad starijim osobama i osobama drugih ranjivih skupina te je donio i Odluku o nužnoj mjeri pojačane kontrole provođenja Upute za sprječavanje i suzbijanje epidemije COVID-19 za pružatelje socijalnih usluga u sustavu socijalne skrbi, kojom se ponovo angažiraju timovi koji će kontrolirati kako se provodi navedena Uputa, za što su nadležni županijski stožeri.

Županijski stožeri civilne zaštite trebaju za voditelja tima imenovati županijskog pročelnika ili njegovog zamjenika nadležnog za zdravstvo i/ili socijalnu skrb te imenovati socijalnog radnika, sanitarnog inspektora i službenika Ravnateljstva civilne zaštite.

Ako županijski stožer formira više timova, umjesto županijskog pročelnika u timove mogu imenovati i druge službenike upravnih odjela ili ureda nadležnih za zdravstvo ili socijalnu skrb.

Koordiniranje rada timova obavija epidemiolog županijskog Zavoda za javno zdravstvo ili drugi djelatnik odgovarajuće zdravstvene struke.

Timovi su dužni kontrolirati provedbu Upute u državnim, županijskim, obiteljskim i privatnim domovima za starije i nemoćne osobe te kod drugih pružatelja usluga smještaja i organiziranog stanovanja u sustavu socijalne skrbi.

Ako uoče propuste i nedostatke, dužni su zatražiti njihovo žurno otklanjanje i evidentirati ih. Ako se ne mogu žurno ukloniti, a zbog njih su ugroženi život i zdravlje korisnika i radnika, tim mora odmah obavijestiti županijski stožer, koji o tome obavještava Nacionalni stožer i nadležna tijela.

Također, županijski stožeri moraju svaki dan izvijestiti Nacionalni stožer o izvršenim kontrolama.

Nacionalni stožer: zabranjuje se izlazak korisnika domova za starije, invalida i djece s posebnim potrebama iz objekata pružatelja usluga

Nacionalni stožer civilne zaštite u četvrtak je na prijedloge županijskih stožera donio dvije nove odluke i to o uvođenju epidemioloških mjera za područje Krapinsko-zagorske županije te o mjeri pojačane kontrole provođenja protuepidemijske upute za pružatelje socijalnih usluga.

Na prijedlog Stožera Krapinsko-zagorske županije donio je Odluku o uvođenju nužnih epidemioloških mjera za područje Krapinsko-zagorske županije u trajanju od 15 dana.

Nužne epidemiološke mjere su zabrana izlazaka korisnika izvan prostora pružatelja usluga smještaja za starije i nemoćne osobe, djecu s teškoćama u razvoju i odrasle osobe s invaliditetom, osim ako je izlazak uvjetovan medicinskim razlozima.
