Može li se Imunološki zavod kakav je danas uključiti u proizvodnju cjepiva za koronavirus, što su ga osmislili njemački institut BioTech i famaceutski gigant Pfizer?

Iz jučerašnjeg objašnjenja medijima trenutačnog ravnatelja IZ-a, dr. Vedrana Čardžića, sve bi bilo moguće i za projekt bi dobili zeleno svjetlo tek s izgradnjom nove tvornice, a za što bi partnera trebali potražiti van granica Hrvatske.

Upravo takav projekt već godinama u svojoj ladici drži spremnim Zoran Kalinić, koji je u posljednja dva desetljeća bio je uključen u čitav niz projekata u hravatskom zdravstvu, poput informatizacije bolničkog menadžmenta i robotske kirurgije. Bio je u svojstvu savjetnika dijelom nikada dovršene privatizacije Imunološkog kroz Visia Croaticu, da bi potom u istom smjeru oživljavavanja zavoda pokrenuo inicijativu 'Naša krv za naše zdravlje', koju je do danas podržalo preko stotinu gradova i općina, institucija i uglednih osoba, među kojima i mnogi iz Dalmacije.

- Da je Imunološki zavod funkcionalan i da služi svojoj svrsi, kao što je mogao, danas bi bio u stanju proizvoditi i cjepiva te se uključiti u istraživanje, razvoj i proizvodnju cjepiva za SARS CoV-2. Bio bi u stanju sudjelovati i u zajedničim projektima sa znanstveno zajednicom i međunarodnim partnerima. Bio bi u stanju proizvoditi i lijekove iz plazme naših dobovoljnih darivatelja krvi. Bio bi u stanju proizvoditi i antitijela za SARS CoV-2. Bio bi u stanju proizvoditi i najbolje na svijetu cjepivo protiv ospica, rubele i parotitisa. Bio bi u stanju proizvoditi cjepivo protiv bjesnoće i tetanusa. Bio bi u stanju proizvoditi i antitoksine za zmijske otrove. Bio bi u stanju proizvoditi i jedan od najboljih prirodnih interferona na svijetu – navodi Kalinić i konstatira:

- Sve je to Imunološki zavod nekad proizvodio ili bio u stanju proizvoditi, a danas nije u stanju ništa! Umjesto toga, današnji Imunološki zavod je sramota ove države. To je tema koja se skriva od javnosti. To je trošak od preko 34 milijuna kuna iz državnog proračuna za koji ne dobivamo ništa i tako već preko 5 godina, što je preko 170 milijuna kuna.

Kalinić javno postavlja zašto ni ova vlast na čelu s premijerom Andrejom Plenkovićem ne žele ponovno pokretanje proizvodnje u IZ-u i nudi odgovor:

- Zato jer, dok nema Imunološkog zavoda, upravo te iste proizvode koje je proizvodio Zavod, samo skuplje, lošije i rizičnije, kupujemo od farmaceutsko-uvoznog lobija! Samo za lijekove iz ljudske plazme, i to tuđe i nekvalitetnije plazme, iz proračuna se troši preko 100 milijuna kuna godišnje, i tako od 2013. godine, kada je ugašena proizvodnja tih lijekova na Zavodu! Znači, umjesto da je Imunološki uprihodio taj novac, zapošljavao naše mlade stručnjake i razvijao nove lijekove, mi smo sa preko 700 milijuna kuna financirai strane proizvođače i njihov razvoj! Nedvojbeno je da takozvana državna birokracija opstrukcijom Imunološkog zavoda i njegovih djelatnosti pogoduje farmaceutsko-uvoznom lobiju. Isto tako je nedvojbeno da DORH, koji je u permanentnom sukobu interesa, ne poduzima ništa vezano za to namjerno podrivanje javnozdravstvenog suvereniteta, nacionalne sigurnosti i neovisnosti o uvozu.

Kalinić je okrenuo puno telefonskih brojeva i pokucao na vrata mnogih državnih i javnih institucija, ali do sada sve je bilo bez uspjeha.

- Mi već mjesecima nudimo konkretno rješenje za pokretanje Imunološkog i njegovih djelatnosti. Zahvaljujući tom rješenju mogu se pokrenuti sve proizvodnje u vrlo kratkom roku i bez daljnjeg opterećenja državnog proračuna! Naša proizvodnja antitijela za SARS CoV-2 moguća je već za 5 mjeseci, prirodnog interferona za 6 mjeseci, antitoksina za 6 mjeseci, lijekova iz domaće plazme za 12 mjeseci, cjepiva za 12 mjeseci. Sve to bez opterećenja državnog proračuna, i na temelju dugoročno održivog poslovanja Zavoda!

S obzirom da premijera Plenkovića i njegove suradnike to ne zanima, razmišljamo o pokretanju novog Imunološkog zavoda kroz partnerstvo s narodom i o pokretanju referenduma kojim bi se natjerala državna birokracija da omogući obavljanje djelatnosti tom novom Imunološkom zavodu. Tek tada, kada narod preuzma stvari u svoje ruke, tek tada možemo očekivati da će naš Zavod biti u stanju proizvoditi cjepiva. Do tada, ovo je samo jedan veliki Monty Python uživo! - reći će Zoran Kalinić.

Može li se Imunološki zavod kakav je danas uključiti u proizvodnju cjepiva za koronavirus, što su ga osmislili njemački institut BioTech i famaceutski gigant Pfizer?

Iz jučerašnjeg objašnjenja medijima trenutačnog ravnatelja IZ-a, dr. Vedrana Čardžića, sve bi bilo moguće i za projekt bi dobili zeleno svjetlo tek s izgradnjom nove tvornice, a za što bi partnera trebali potražiti van granica Hrvatske.

Upravo takav projekt već godinama u svojoj ladici drži spremnim Zoran Kalinić, koji je u posljednja dva desetljeća bio je uključen u čitav niz projekata u hravatskom zdravstvu, poput informatizacije bolničkog menadžmenta i robotske kirurgije. Bio je u svojstvu savjetnika dijelom nikada dovršene privatizacije Imunološkog kroz Visia Croaticu, da bi potom u istom smjeru oživljavavanja zavoda pokrenuo inicijativu 'Naša krv za naše zdravlje', koju je do danas podržalo preko stotinu gradova i općina, institucija i uglednih osoba, među kojima i mnogi iz Dalmacije.

- Da je Imunološki zavod funkcionalan i da služi svojoj svrsi, kao što je mogao, danas bi bio u stanju proizvoditi i cjepiva te se uključiti u istraživanje, razvoj i proizvodnju cjepiva za SARS CoV-2. Bio bi u stanju sudjelovati i u zajedničim projektima sa znanstveno zajednicom i međunarodnim partnerima. Bio bi u stanju proizvoditi i lijekove iz plazme naših dobovoljnih darivatelja krvi. Bio bi u stanju proizvoditi i antitijela za SARS CoV-2. Bio bi u stanju proizvoditi i najbolje na svijetu cjepivo protiv ospica, rubele i parotitisa. Bio bi u stanju proizvoditi cjepivo protiv bjesnoće i tetanusa. Bio bi u stanju proizvoditi i antitoksine za zmijske otrove. Bio bi u stanju proizvoditi i jedan od najboljih prirodnih interferona na svijetu – navodi Kalinić i konstatira:

- Sve je to Imunološki zavod nekad proizvodio ili bio u stanju proizvoditi, a danas nije u stanju ništa! Umjesto toga, današnji Imunološki zavod je sramota ove države. To je tema koja se skriva od javnosti. To je trošak od preko 34 milijuna kuna iz državnog proračuna za koji ne dobivamo ništa i tako već preko 5 godina, što je preko 170 milijuna kuna.

Kalinić javno postavlja zašto ni ova vlast na čelu s premijerom Andrejom Plenkovićem ne žele ponovno pokretanje proizvodnje u IZ-u i nudi odgovor:

- Zato jer, dok nema Imunološkog zavoda, upravo te iste proizvode koje je proizvodio Zavod, samo skuplje, lošije i rizičnije, kupujemo od farmaceutsko-uvoznog lobija! Samo za lijekove iz ljudske plazme, i to tuđe i nekvalitetnije plazme, iz proračuna se troši preko 100 milijuna kuna godišnje, i tako od 2013. godine, kada je ugašena proizvodnja tih lijekova na Zavodu! Znači, umjesto da je Imunološki uprihodio taj novac, zapošljavao naše mlade stručnjake i razvijao nove lijekove, mi smo sa preko 700 milijuna kuna financirai strane proizvođače i njihov razvoj! Nedvojbeno je da takozvana državna birokracija opstrukcijom Imunološkog zavoda i njegovih djelatnosti pogoduje farmaceutsko-uvoznom lobiju. Isto tako je nedvojbeno da DORH, koji je u permanentnom sukobu interesa, ne poduzima ništa vezano za to namjerno podrivanje javnozdravstvenog suvereniteta, nacionalne sigurnosti i neovisnosti o uvozu.

Kalinić je okrenuo puno telefonskih brojeva i pokucao na vrata mnogih državnih i javnih institucija, ali do sada sve je bilo bez uspjeha.

- Mi već mjesecima nudimo konkretno rješenje za pokretanje Imunološkog i njegovih djelatnosti. Zahvaljujući tom rješenju mogu se pokrenuti sve proizvodnje u vrlo kratkom roku i bez daljnjeg opterećenja državnog proračuna! Naša proizvodnja antitijela za SARS CoV-2 moguća je već za 5 mjeseci, prirodnog interferona za 6 mjeseci, antitoksina za 6 mjeseci, lijekova iz domaće plazme za 12 mjeseci, cjepiva za 12 mjeseci. Sve to bez opterećenja državnog proračuna, i na temelju dugoročno održivog poslovanja Zavoda!

S obzirom da premijera Plenkovića i njegove suradnike to ne zanima, razmišljamo o pokretanju novog Imunološkog zavoda kroz partnerstvo s narodom i o pokretanju referenduma kojim bi se natjerala državna birokracija da omogući obavljanje djelatnosti tom novom Imunološkom zavodu. Tek tada, kada narod preuzma stvari u svoje ruke, tek tada možemo očekivati da će naš Zavod biti u stanju proizvoditi cjepiva. Do tada, ovo je samo jedan veliki Monty Python uživo! - reći će Zoran Kalinić.

Može li se Imunološki zavod kakav je danas uključiti u proizvodnju cjepiva za koronavirus, što su ga osmislili njemački institut BioTech i famaceutski gigant Pfizer?

Iz jučerašnjeg objašnjenja medijima trenutačnog ravnatelja IZ-a, dr. Vedrana Čardžića, sve bi bilo moguće i za projekt bi dobili zeleno svjetlo tek s izgradnjom nove tvornice, a za što bi partnera trebali potražiti van granica Hrvatske.

Upravo takav projekt već godinama u svojoj ladici drži spremnim Zoran Kalinić, koji je u posljednja dva desetljeća bio je uključen u čitav niz projekata u hravatskom zdravstvu, poput informatizacije bolničkog menadžmenta i robotske kirurgije. Bio je u svojstvu savjetnika dijelom nikada dovršene privatizacije Imunološkog kroz Visia Croaticu, da bi potom u istom smjeru oživljav...
