Ministar financija Zdravko Marić izjavio je u utorak da će fokus i drugog paketa Vladinih mjera pomoći gospodarstvu zbog koronavirusa biti na osiguranju likvidnosti i očuvanju radnih mjesta.

"U odnosu na prvi set mjera još uvijek ne znamo ključnu varijablu: do kada će ovo sve skupa trajati. Kako god bilo, ideja je na tragu mjera koje smo do sada napravili - opet je fokus na osiguranju likvidnosti i očuvanju radnih mjesta", rekao je Marić uoči sastanka koalicijskih partnera u Vladi.

Upitan za komentar prijedloga oporbe o moratoriju na plaćanje kredita od godinu dana, rekao je da taj prijedlog nije vidio. Banke će se, kako je rekao, vjerojatno razlikovati u ponudi na što će i na koje vrijeme ponuditi moratorije, ali najvažnije je da ga svi pogođeni - poduzetnici i građani, mogu dobiti.

Kaže da ni jedna od banaka dosad po njegovim informacijama ne razmatra moratorij kraći od tri mjeseca.  "Što će se događati nakon toga - hoće li biti potrebe za ekstenzijama ili reprogramima, razgovarat ćemo", rekao je Marić.

Na pitanje hoće li drugi paket mjera biti sažetiji od prvoga, odgovorio je da hoće. "Nije važno koliko će novih mjera biti, nego da budu nadomjestak za postojeće, uvažavajući određene komentare poduzetnike i drugih s kojima komuniciramo, a i sami vidimo razvoj događaja", rekao je Marić.

Izvijestio je da je do danas stiglo 52 tisuće zahtjeva za odgodu plaćanja poreznih davanja.

Upitan je li Vlada spremna popustiti neprehrambenim trgovinama koje traže labavljenje restriktivnih mjera, odgovorio je da je glavni fokus na zdravlju i ljudskim životima, ali da treba uvažiti i druge apele. "Sve ono što se može odvijati, a da ne ugrožava epidemiološku sliku, situaciju i perspektivu Hrvatske, mislim da trebamo vidjeti i prepoznati", rekao je Marić.

Marić je rekao i da će gubitak države od slabije naplate PDV-a biti i veći od 1,5 milijardi kuna za mjesec i pol dana, s čime se ovih dana barata u javnosti. "Bilo bi sjajno kad bi pad bio toliki", rekao je te najavio da će zajedno s novim mjerama biti prezentirano i stanje u proračunu.

Dodao je da ožujak sam po sebi neće donijeti neke značajnije posljedice od epidemije koronavirusa, no očekivanja za travanj i svibanj su drukčija.

Što se tiče rashodne strane proračuna, najavio je detalje za ovaj tjedan te dodao da je i država sudionik u gospodarstvu, kroz potrošnju, plaće itd. "Sve to treba dobro izbalansirati i u takvim okolnostima pronaći pravu mjeru", dodao je. Ne možemo, kako je istaknuo, zanemarivati jedan na račun drugog sektora, a izbalansiran je pristup vrlo važan.

Na pitanje što znače najave o aktiviranju državne imovine, rekao je da sve što imamo na raspolaganju, pa i ono na što do jučer nismo ni pomišljali, danas postaje takvo.

Dodao je da se računa sa značajnim padom prihodne strane proračuna pa treba doći do likvidnosti i kroz druge izvore - s jedne strane to su zaduženja, a s druge razmotriti i je li moguće u kratkom roku nešto napraviti po pitanju aktivacije državne imovine.

Ministar financija Zdravko Marić izjavio je u utorak da će fokus i drugog paketa Vladinih mjera pomoći gospodarstvu zbog koronavirusa biti na osiguranju likvidnosti i očuvanju radnih mjesta.

"U odnosu na prvi set mjera još uvijek ne znamo ključnu varijablu: do kada će ovo sve skupa trajati. Kako god bilo, ideja je na tragu mjera koje smo do sada napravili - opet je fokus na osiguranju likvidnosti i očuvanju radnih mjesta", rekao je Marić uoči sastanka koalicijskih partnera u Vladi.

Upitan za komentar prijedloga oporbe o moratoriju na plaćanje kredita od godinu dana, rekao je da taj prijedlog nije vidio. Banke će se, kako je rekao, vjerojatno razlikovati u ponudi na što će i na koje vrijeme ponuditi moratorije, ali najvažnije je da ga svi pogođeni - poduzetnici i građani, mogu dobiti.

Kaže da ni jedna od banaka dosad po njegovim informacijama ne razmatra moratorij kraći od tri mjeseca.  "Što će se događati nakon toga - hoće li biti potrebe za ekstenzijama ili reprogramima, razgovarat ćemo", rekao je Marić.

Na pitanje hoće li drugi paket mjera biti sažetiji od prvoga, odgovorio je da hoće. "Nije važno koliko će novih mjera biti, nego da budu nadomjestak za postojeće, uvažavajući određene komentare poduzetnike i drugih s kojima komuniciramo, a i sami vidimo razvoj događaja", rekao je Marić.

Izvijestio je da je do danas stiglo 52 tisuće zahtjeva za odgodu plaćanja poreznih davanja.

Upitan je li Vlada spremna popustiti neprehrambenim trgovinama koje traže labavljenje restriktivnih mjera, odgovorio je da je glavni fokus na zdravlju i ljudskim životima, ali da treba uvažiti i druge apele. "Sve ono što se može odvijati, a da ne ugrožava epidemiološku sliku, situaciju i perspektivu Hrvatske, mislim da trebamo vidjeti i prepoznati", rekao je Marić.

Marić je rekao i da će gubitak države od slabije naplate PDV-a biti i veći od 1,5 milijardi kuna za mjesec i pol dana, s čime se ovih dana barata u javnosti. "Bilo bi sjajno kad bi pad bio toliki", rekao je te najavio da će zajedno s novim mjerama biti prezentirano i stanje u proračunu.

Dodao je da ožujak sam po sebi neće donijeti neke značajnije posljedice od epidemije koronavirusa, no očekivanja za travanj i svibanj su drukčija.

Što se tiče rashodne strane proračuna, najavio je detalje za ovaj tjedan te dodao da je i država sudionik u gospodarstvu, kroz potrošnju, plaće itd. "Sve to treba dobro izbalansirati i u takvim okolnostima pronaći pravu mjeru", dodao je. Ne možemo, kako je istaknuo, zanemarivati jedan na račun drugog sektora, a izbalansiran je pristup vrlo važan.

Na pitanje što znače najave o aktiviranju državne imovine, rekao je da sve što imamo na raspolaganju, pa i ono na što do jučer nismo ni pomišljali, danas postaje takvo.

Dodao je da se računa sa značajnim padom prihodne strane proračuna pa treba doći do likvidnosti i kroz druge izvore - s jedne strane to su zaduženja, a s druge razmotriti i je li moguće u kratkom roku nešto napraviti po pitanju aktivacije državne imovine.

Ministar financija Zdravko Marić izjavio je u utorak da će fokus i drugog paketa Vladinih mjera pomoći gospodarstvu zbog koronavirusa biti na osiguranju likvidnosti i očuvanju radnih mjesta.

"U odnosu na prvi set mjera još uvijek ne znamo ključnu varijablu: do kada će ovo sve skupa trajati. Kako god bilo, ideja je na tragu mjera koje smo do sada napravili - opet je fokus na osiguranju likvidnosti i očuvanju radnih mjesta", rekao je Marić uoči sastanka koalicijskih partnera u Vladi.

Upitan za komentar prijedloga oporbe o moratoriju na plaćanje kredita od godinu dana, rekao je da taj prijedlog nije vidio. Banke će se, kako je rekao, vjerojatno razlikovati u ponudi na što će i na koje vrijeme ponuditi moratorije, ali najvažnije je da ga svi pogođeni - poduzetnici i...
