U hrvatskom obrazovnom sustavu konačno su uvedeni prvi ispiti, i to oni nacionalni, a zbog njih, umjesto učenika, itekako trebaju strahovati, učitelji, profesori i ravnatelji osnovnih škola, a s njima i svi kreatori obrazovne politike, piše u ponedjeljak Večernji list.

Kao nikad prije, iako rezultati prvih provedenih nacionalnih ispita uopće ne odudaraju od PISA testiranja naših učenika, odjeknula je vijest da u hrvatskom, matematici, fizici, biologiji i kemiji naši učenici osmih razreda, koji moraju prijeći u srednje škole, imaju tek osnovnu razinu znanja.

Kad bi se osnovna razina znanja prevela u ocjenu, tada bi 4132 učenika koji su nacionalne ispite rješavali u sklopu pilot-projekta, a on će od sljedeće godine obuhvatiti baš sve osnovne škole, dobila klimave dvojke. I taj podatak zadnji je alarm ne učenicima nego svima koji rade i djeluju u obrazovnom sustavu.

Ništa poput prvih nacionalnih ispita nije dokazalo i potvrdilo prije svega da nema velikih ni znatnih razlika među školama. Neovisno o tome djeluje li škola sa svojim nastavnicima u gradu, selu, na otoku, u maloj, velikoj ili područnoj školi – pokazalo se da se, bez obzira na to gdje nastavnik radi i u kojim uvjetima, učenika ne može podučiti više od prosjeka.

Naime, generacija koja je sada pisala nacionalne ispite na razini cijele Hrvatske broji 39.522 učenika od čega se 15.212 njih na završetku sedmog razreda ponosilo odličnim prosjekom upisanim u svjedodžbama. Štoviše, među njih se ubrajalo i 15,58 posto onih koji su iz svakog predmeta imali zaključenu peticu.

Neće se ti rezultati promijeniti još godinama, ali mogu biti odličan alat za znatne promjene u obrazovanju. Barem u dijelu koji nužno moraju provesti kreatori obrazovnih politika kako bi se između ostalog smanjio broj nerealnih odlikaša.

Prema onome što doznajemo u razgovoru s obrazovnim stručnjacima, rezultate nacionalnih ispita svakako u budućnosti treba vezati za procjenu kvalitete rada nastavnika, a time i njihovo napredovanje i status u školi.

Naime, ovisno o rezultatima nacionalnih ispita koji će se pisati i u petom i u osmom razredu osnovne škole, svi u školi jasno će znati koliko je koje dijete napredovalo.

Uostalom, nacionalni ispiti dat će i uvid u to koliko je nastavnik pretjerao u subjektivnoj ocjeni učenika, a time se ujedno trebaju otvoriti modeli uz koje će nastavnici čiji učenici na nacionalnim ispitima iz generacije u generaciju pokazuju napredak biti nagrađeni napredovanjem i plaćom, piše Večernji list.

U hrvatskom obrazovnom sustavu konačno su uvedeni prvi ispiti, i to oni nacionalni, a zbog njih, umjesto učenika, itekako trebaju strahovati, učitelji, profesori i ravnatelji osnovnih škola, a s njima i svi kreatori obrazovne politike, piše u ponedjeljak Večernji list.

Kao nikad prije, iako rezultati prvih provedenih nacionalnih ispita uopće ne odudaraju od PISA testiranja naših učenika, odjeknula je vijest da u hrvatskom, matematici, fizici, biologiji i kemiji naši učenici osmih razreda, koji moraju prijeći u srednje škole, imaju tek osnovnu razinu znanja.

Kad bi se osnovna razina znanja prevela u ocjenu, tada bi 4132 učenika koji su nacionalne ispite rješavali u sklopu pilot-projekta, a on će od sljedeće godine obuhvatiti baš sve osnovne škole, dobila klimave dvojke. I taj podatak zadnji je alarm ne učenicima nego svima koji rade i djeluju u obrazovnom sustavu.

Ništa poput prvih nacionalnih ispita nije dokazalo i potvrdilo prije svega da nema velikih ni znatnih razlika među školama. Neovisno o tome djeluje li škola sa svojim nastavnicima u gradu, selu, na otoku, u maloj, velikoj ili područnoj školi – pokazalo se da se, bez obzira na to gdje nastavnik radi i u kojim uvjetima, učenika ne može podučiti više od prosjeka.

Naime, generacija koja je sada pisala nacionalne ispite na razini cijele Hrvatske broji 39.522 učenika od čega se 15.212 njih na završetku sedmog razreda ponosilo odličnim prosjekom upisanim u svjedodžbama. Štoviše, među njih se ubrajalo i 15,58 posto onih koji su iz svakog predmeta imali zaključenu peticu.

Neće se ti rezultati promijeniti još godinama, ali mogu biti odličan alat za znatne promjene u obrazovanju. Barem u dijelu koji nužno moraju provesti kreatori obrazovnih politika kako bi se između ostalog smanjio broj nerealnih odlikaša.

Prema onome što doznajemo u razgovoru s obrazovnim stručnjacima, rezultate nacionalnih ispita svakako u budućnosti treba vezati za procjenu kvalitete rada nastavnika, a time i njihovo napredovanje i status u školi.

Naime, ovisno o rezultatima nacionalnih ispita koji će se pisati i u petom i u osmom razredu osnovne škole, svi u školi jasno će znati koliko je koje dijete napredovalo.

Uostalom, nacionalni ispiti dat će i uvid u to koliko je nastavnik pretjerao u subjektivnoj ocjeni učenika, a time se ujedno trebaju otvoriti modeli uz koje će nastavnici čiji učenici na nacionalnim ispitima iz generacije u generaciju pokazuju napredak biti nagrađeni napredovanjem i plaćom, piše Večernji list.

Ministar Fuchs počinje obračun s lažnim odlikašima: Prvi nacionalni ispiti pokazali da osmaši imaju jedva osnovnu razinu znanja

U hrvatskom obrazovnom sustavu konačno su uvedeni prvi ispiti, i to oni nacionalni, a zbog njih, umjesto učenika, itekako trebaju strahovati, učitelji, profesori i ravnatelji osnovnih škola, a s njima i svi kreatori obrazovne politike, piše u ponedjeljak Večernji list.

Kao nikad prije, iako rezultati prvih provedenih nacionalnih ispita uopće ne odudaraju od PISA testiranja naših učenika, odjeknula je vijest da u hrvatskom, matematici, fizici, biologiji i kemiji naši učenici osmih razreda, koji moraju prijeći u srednje škole, imaju tek osnovnu razinu znanja.

Kad bi se osnovna razina znanja prevela u ocjenu, tada bi 4132 učenika koji su nacionalne ispite rješavali u sklopu pilot-projekta, a on će od sljedeće godine obuhvatiti baš sve osnovne škole, dobila klimave dvojke. I taj ...
