Reporterka RTL Danas uživo je razgovarala s pedijatricom Lidom Hibravi Kosić u Općoj bolnici Gospić koja je reagirala i zatražila helikopter za prijevoz dječaka koji je dobio gnojni meningitis koji može biti fatalan u svega dva sata.

- Otac dovodi dječaka zbog visoke temperature i bolova u nogama. Naše medicinske sestre, koje nisu pedijatrijske struke, brzo su procijenile da je dječak ozbiljnije bolestan. Unatoč velikoj gužvi nisu dozvolile da čeka, odmah su ga uputile na pregled. Kolegica Rukavina, nakon što je postavila venski put i pregledala dječaka, pozvala je nas pedijatre. Do našeg dolaska, dječak je razvio glavobolju i počeo je kočiti vratom što je jasan znak meningitisa, ali razvijala su se i krvarenja na koži što je znak da je meningitis krenuo i prema sepsi - kazala je te dodala da su dječaku dali antibiotiku širokog spektra u visokoj dozi, nastavili davati infuziju i krenuli u poziv dizanja helikoptera.

- S obzirom na veliku gužvu te da je dijete bilo potrebno što prije, u dva ili tri sata, dopremiti do klinike, odlučili smo dignuti helikopter i za pedijatriju na Kantridi - kazala je.

Upitana je i bi li dječak preživio da za njega nisu podignuli helikopter na što je odgovorila kako je to teško procijeniti jer su mališanu dali početnu terapiju koja ga je stabilizirala. 

- Ali trebala je i daljna obrada i intenzivan nadzor. U svakom slučaju brzi transport igralo je presudnu ulogu za dječaka", rekla je dr. Lida Hibravi Kosić.

- Ako je riječ o izrazito visokim temperaturama od 40 i više stupnjeva, ako se teško skida ili se uopće ne može skinuti, ako se dijete žali na glavobolju, povraća ili ako se pojave znakovi krvarenja po koži jer to je već alarmantan znak - zaključila je. 

Dječak je stabilno.

Reporterka RTL Danas uživo je razgovarala s pedijatricom Lidom Hibravi Kosić u Općoj bolnici Gospić koja je reagirala i zatražila helikopter za prijevoz dječaka koji je dobio gnojni meningitis koji može biti fatalan u svega dva sata.

- Otac dovodi dječaka zbog visoke temperature i bolova u nogama. Naše medicinske sestre, koje nisu pedijatrijske struke, brzo su procijenile da je dječak ozbiljnije bolestan. Unatoč velikoj gužvi nisu dozvolile da čeka, odmah su ga uputile na pregled. Kolegica Rukavina, nakon što je postavila venski put i pregledala dječaka, pozvala je nas pedijatre. Do našeg dolaska, dječak je razvio glavobolju i počeo je kočiti vratom što je jasan znak meningitisa, ali razvijala su se i krvarenja na koži što je znak da je meningitis krenuo i prema sepsi - kazala je te dodala da su dječaku dali antibiotiku širokog spektra u visokoj dozi, nastavili davati infuziju i krenuli u poziv dizanja helikoptera.

- S obzirom na veliku gužvu te da je dijete bilo potrebno što prije, u dva ili tri sata, dopremiti do klinike, odlučili smo dignuti helikopter i za pedijatriju na Kantridi - kazala je.

Upitana je i bi li dječak preživio da za njega nisu podignuli helikopter na što je odgovorila kako je to teško procijeniti jer su mališanu dali početnu terapiju koja ga je stabilizirala. 

- Ali trebala je i daljna obrada i intenzivan nadzor. U svakom slučaju brzi transport igralo je presudnu ulogu za dječaka", rekla je dr. Lida Hibravi Kosić.

- Ako je riječ o izrazito visokim temperaturama od 40 i više stupnjeva, ako se teško skida ili se uopće ne može skinuti, ako se dijete žali na glavobolju, povraća ili ako se pojave znakovi krvarenja po koži jer to je već alarmantan znak - zaključila je. 

Dječak je stabilno.

Reporterka RTL Danas uživo je razgovarala s pedijatricom Lidom Hibravi Kosić u Općoj bolnici Gospić koja je reagirala i zatražila helikopter za prijevoz dječaka koji je dobio gnojni meningitis koji može biti fatalan u svega dva sata.

- Otac dovodi dječaka zbog visoke temperature i bolova u nogama. Naše medicinske sestre, koje nisu pedijatrijske struke, brzo su procijenile da je dječak ozbiljnije bolestan. Unatoč velikoj gužvi nisu dozvolile da čeka, odmah su ga uputile na pregled. Kolegica Rukavina, nakon što je postavila venski put i pregledala dječaka, pozvala je nas pedijatre. Do našeg dolaska, dječak je razvio glavobolju i počeo je kočiti vratom što je jasan znak meningitisa, ali razvijala su se i krvarenja na koži što je znak da je meningitis krenuo i prema sepsi - ka...
