Već nekoliko dana broj novozaraženih koronavirusom je u padu i prema posljednjim podacima, riječ je o 45 osoba, ali i jednoj koja je preminula u Osijeku.
Kako to analiziraju u Nacionalnom stožeru civilne zaštite otkrit će Amela Čilić kroz razgovor s gostom Krunoslavom Capakom, ravnateljem Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo, piše RTL.
Brojke nam uistinu idu u prilog, ali problem su noćni klubovi. Inspekcije su redovito na terenu, kako ste zadovoljni situacijom na terenu?
"Moram priznati da osobno nisam bio na terenu tako da nisam vidio, ali prema fotografijama, većina tih klubova su u većoj mjeri prazni. Ima nekih u kojima je gužva i inspekcija je zatekla takve situacije na terenu pa s organizatorima i zaposlenicima dogovara da se mjere pojačaju, gužva smanji i da se pokušaju pridržavati mjera. S obzirom da nam je to trenutno jedan od glavnih izvora zaraze, aktivnosti su se intenzivirale i masovno su inspektori na terenu i kontroliraju."
Hoće li biti sankcija?
"Mogućnost sankcija i zatvaranja uvijek postoji. Neki su samoinicijativno zatvorili zatvorene dijelove. Neki u Zagrebu su se samoinicijativno zatvorili trajno. Postoji ta mogućnost da ljudi sami zatvore ako vide da nema smisla ili ako je rizik prevelik, da se s manjim brojem ljudi ne mogu pokriti troškovi. Što se tiče inspekcijskih sankcija, mislimo u Stožeru da je represija ono zadnje što bi trebali raditi jer ona izaziva revolt. Mislimo da je važnije educirati, apelirati i donositi mjere koje su preporučene nego ići u represiju."
Iz Češke, Njemačke i Švedske dolaze informacije da su se njihovi građani zarazili na odmoru u Hrvatskoj. Znate li više od tim informacijama, znaju li se njihovi kontakti?
"Neke informacija koje smo pročitali u novinama smo provjeravali i nismo dobili potvrdu da to stvarno jest tako. Europska unija ima EWRS (Early Warning and Response System) sustav, kojim se rano upozorava i djeluje u borbi protiv zarazne bolesti. Kroz njega se može prijaviti zemlja u kojoj se osoba zarazila, a epidemiolozi zatim moraju istražiti gdje su ti ljudi bili, jesu li se stvarno tamo zarazili, treba li poduzeti mjere... Mi reagiramo samo na službene prijave, ono u medijima za nas nije službena prijava. Za neke zemlje smo dobili službene informacije."
Polako počinju pripreme za školsku godinu. Hoće li početi na vrijeme, hoće li se nastava odvijati redovito u školi?
"Mi (Stožer, nap.a.) smo razgovarali s Ministarstvom obrazovanja, koje je formiralo jedno savjetodavno tijelo u kojem su ljudi iz Stožera, epidemiolozi i njihovi stručnjaci koji će o tome odlučivati. Prvi sastanak će biti idući tjedan i počet će se donositi odluke vezano uz to. Smatramo da bi djeca trebala ići u školu, ali moramo imati sve varijante otvorene. Ako dođe do slučaja, djeca moraju u samoizolaciju, nastavu bi morali pratiti 14 dana..."
Ako ostane situacija kao danas, djeca idu u školu?
"Djeca će ići u školu. Imamo dobru epidemiološku situaciju i trend brojeva nam je u padu pa bi djeca mogla i morala ići u školu."
Dubrovnik je zatražio pristajanje kruzera, hoće li dobiti dopuštenje i pod kojim uvjetima?
"Pogledali smo pažljivo mjere koje je firma koja se bavi krstarenjem na Mediteranu, a to su dvije talijanske firme, na papiru zvuče jako dobro. Ako se stvarno toga pridržavaju, da je to moguće i da ih treba pustiti da pristanu. Imamo sitne dileme ukoliko bi imali zaraženu osobu na brodu, gdje bi trebala ta osoba, u matičnu zemlju ili Italiju. Kod nas ne dolazi u obzir. Ako to riješimo na zadovoljavajuć način, mislimo da bi ih trebalo pustiti", kazao je dr. Capak za RTL.

Već nekoliko dana broj novozaraženih koronavirusom je u padu i prema posljednjim podacima, riječ je o 45 osoba, ali i jednoj koja je preminula u Osijeku.
Kako to analiziraju u Nacionalnom stožeru civilne zaštite otkrit će Amela Čilić kroz razgovor s gostom Krunoslavom Capakom, ravnateljem Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo, piše RTL.
Brojke nam uistinu idu u prilog, ali problem su noćni klubovi. Inspekcije su redovito na terenu, kako ste zadovoljni situacijom na terenu?
"Moram priznati da osobno nisam bio na terenu tako da nisam vidio, ali prema fotografijama, većina tih klubova su u većoj mjeri prazni. Ima nekih u kojima je gužva i inspekcija je zatekla takve situacije na terenu pa s organizatorima i zaposlenicima dogovara da se mjere pojačaju, gužva smanji i da se pokušaju pridržavati mjera. S obzirom da nam je to trenutno jedan od glavnih izvora zaraze, aktivnosti su se intenzivirale i masovno su inspektori na terenu i kontroliraju."
Hoće li biti sankcija?
"Mogućnost sankcija i zatvaranja uvijek postoji. Neki su samoinicijativno zatvorili zatvorene dijelove. Neki u Zagrebu su se samoinicijativno zatvorili trajno. Postoji ta mogućnost da ljudi sami zatvore ako vide da nema smisla ili ako je rizik prevelik, da se s manjim brojem ljudi ne mogu pokriti troškovi. Što se tiče inspekcijskih sankcija, mislimo u Stožeru da je represija ono zadnje što bi trebali raditi jer ona izaziva revolt. Mislimo da je važnije educirati, apelirati i donositi mjere koje su preporučene nego ići u represiju."
Iz Češke, Njemačke i Švedske dolaze informacije da su se njihovi građani zarazili na odmoru u Hrvatskoj. Znate li više od tim informacijama, znaju li se njihovi kontakti?
"Neke informacija koje smo pročitali u novinama smo provjeravali i nismo dobili potvrdu da to stvarno jest tako. Europska unija ima EWRS (Early Warning and Response System) sustav, kojim se rano upozorava i djeluje u borbi protiv zarazne bolesti. Kroz njega se može prijaviti zemlja u kojoj se osoba zarazila, a epidemiolozi zatim moraju istražiti gdje su ti ljudi bili, jesu li se stvarno tamo zarazili, treba li poduzeti mjere... Mi reagiramo samo na službene prijave, ono u medijima za nas nije službena prijava. Za neke zemlje smo dobili službene informacije."
Polako počinju pripreme za školsku godinu. Hoće li početi na vrijeme, hoće li se nastava odvijati redovito u školi?
"Mi (Stožer, nap.a.) smo razgovarali s Ministarstvom obrazovanja, koje je formiralo jedno savjetodavno tijelo u kojem su ljudi iz Stožera, epidemiolozi i njihovi stručnjaci koji će o tome odlučivati. Prvi sastanak će biti idući tjedan i počet će se donositi odluke vezano uz to. Smatramo da bi djeca trebala ići u školu, ali moramo imati sve varijante otvorene. Ako dođe do slučaja, djeca moraju u samoizolaciju, nastavu bi morali pratiti 14 dana..."
Ako ostane situacija kao danas, djeca idu u školu?
"Djeca će ići u školu. Imamo dobru epidemiološku situaciju i trend brojeva nam je u padu pa bi djeca mogla i morala ići u školu."
Dubrovnik je zatražio pristajanje kruzera, hoće li dobiti dopuštenje i pod kojim uvjetima?
"Pogledali smo pažljivo mjere koje je firma koja se bavi krstarenjem na Mediteranu, a to su dvije talijanske firme, na papiru zvuče jako dobro. Ako se stvarno toga pridržavaju, da je to moguće i da ih treba pustiti da pristanu. Imamo sitne dileme ukoliko bi imali zaraženu osobu na brodu, gdje bi trebala ta osoba, u matičnu zemlju ili Italiju. Kod nas ne dolazi u obzir. Ako to riješimo na zadovoljavajuć način, mislimo da bi ih trebalo pustiti", kazao je dr. Capak za RTL.
