Vijest o tragičnoj smrti liječnice koja je u Klinici “Dr. Fran Mihaljević” liječila covid bolesnike, i koja je u svom stanu počinila samoubojstvo, potresla je cjelokupnu javnost, ali posebno njezine kolege. Ravnateljica Klinike Alemka Markotić još jučer je izjavila kako se radi o osobi koja je bila izvrsna stručnjakinja i čovjek krajnje predan svome poslu.
- Mogu reći da je tijekom noći od 29. na 30. preminula naša kolegica koja je bila jedna izvrsna osoba i kao stručnjak i kao čovjek. Netko tko je bio krajnje predan poslu i cijeloj situaciji sa covidom i prije toga godinama sudjelovala u svim aktivnostima Klinike. Davala se potpuno. Svi su djelatnici na neki način žalosni, teško im je, ali se sjećaju nje u najboljem izdanju. Mi ćemo se sjećat nje i bit će u našim srcima - kazala je za RTL vidno potresena Markotić.
Hrvatska udruga bolničkih liječnika na svojoj je Facebook stranici simbolično obilježila smrt kolegice slikom svijeće koja gori, a ispod slike počeli su se nizati izrazi sućuti kolega: "Laka joj zemlja, počivala u miru", "R.I.P. mlada liječnice! Hvala!", "Počivala u miru, hrabra i nesebična žena..."
Jedan od komentatora koji se predstavio kao bliski prijatelj liječnice želio je da javnost sazna njezino ime, napisavši da joj se ime ne bi trebalo skrivati, no iz respekta prema obitelji mi smo taj podatak ipak odlučili ne objaviti.
"Dragi HUBOL-ovci, moje drage prijateljice, a vaše kolegice i prijateljice nema više među nama. Bila je jedna pozitivna i vedra osoba i to ne kažem iz neke kurtoazije. Bila je osoba s kojom sam znao otići u kino, restoran ili dugu šetnju. Nije bila suicidalna osoba pa pitam vas kao zdravstvene profesionalce da li se moglo spriječiti ovo što se desilo? Nečije odluke su dovele do toga da osoba doživi burnout i ode u ponor.

Da li ćete poduzet nešto da ne daj bože još netko od naših zajedničkih prijatelja i vaših kolega ode na put bez povratka? Ili ćete u maniri pravih MEF-ovaca, u vječnom strahu da se nekom "profesoru" ne zamjerite, biti kuš jer tko zna tko je čiji i da li ću nakon što nešto probam biti šikaniran u bolnici ili na odjelu. Više vas bar ne mogu strašiti gubitkom posla, zar ne?
Da li i vas kao i mene bole patnje i užasi koje je naša kolegica morala proći da joj se na kraju ovo činilo kao jedini izlaz? Nije više pitanje da li je vrijeme za ovo, vrijeme je davno isteklo. Tko je sljedeći? "Ako ne vi, tko? Ako ne sad, kad?" Kada god vam kažu da vas ne mogu zamijeniti, samo im recite da je Mirogoj pun nezamjenjivih. Puno vas sve pozdravljam i iskreno se nadam da neće sve ostati na fejsbuk aktivizmu - poručio je te dodao:
"Neka sada lijepo istraže što je jednu mladu, pametnu i veselu osobu odvelo na put bez povratka a ne da iskoriste njenu smrt za bog te pita što. Sigurno još puno njenih kolega stoji na istom rubu ponora i treba pomoć. Ova tragedija se sigurno mogla izbjeći. Isto tako mora postojati odgovornost nadređenih ako im se kolege ubijaju zbog burnouta na poslu".

Vijest o tragičnoj smrti liječnice koja je u Klinici “Dr. Fran Mihaljević” liječila covid bolesnike, i koja je u svom stanu počinila samoubojstvo, potresla je cjelokupnu javnost, ali posebno njezine kolege. Ravnateljica Klinike Alemka Markotić još jučer je izjavila kako se radi o osobi koja je bila izvrsna stručnjakinja i čovjek krajnje predan svome poslu.
- Mogu reći da je tijekom noći od 29. na 30. preminula naša kolegica koja je bila jedna izvrsna osoba i kao stručnjak i kao čovjek. Netko tko je bio krajnje predan poslu i cijeloj situaciji sa covidom i prije toga godinama sudjelovala u svim aktivnostima Klinike. Davala se potpuno. Svi su djelatnici na neki način žalosni, teško im je, ali se sjećaju nje u najboljem izdanju. Mi ćemo se sjećat nje i bit će u našim srcima - kazala je za RTL vidno potresena Markotić.
Hrvatska udruga bolničkih liječnika na svojoj je Facebook stranici simbolično obilježila smrt kolegice slikom svijeće koja gori, a ispod slike počeli su se nizati izrazi sućuti kolega: "Laka joj zemlja, počivala u miru", "R.I.P. mlada liječnice! Hvala!", "Počivala u miru, hrabra i nesebična žena..."
Jedan od komentatora koji se predstavio kao bliski prijatelj liječnice želio je da javnost sazna njezino ime, napisavši da joj se ime ne bi trebalo skrivati, no iz respekta prema obitelji mi smo taj podatak ipak odlučili ne objaviti.
"Dragi HUBOL-ovci, moje drage prijateljice, a vaše kolegice i prijateljice nema više među nama. Bila je jedna pozitivna i vedra osoba i to ne kažem iz neke kurtoazije. Bila je osoba s kojom sam znao otići u kino, restoran ili dugu šetnju. Nije bila suicidalna osoba pa pitam vas kao zdravstvene profesionalce da li se moglo spriječiti ovo što se desilo? Da li ćete poduzet nešto da ne daj bože još netko od naših zajedničkih prijatelja i vaših kolega ode na put bez povratka? Ili ćete u maniri pravih MEF-ovaca, u vječnom strahu da se nekom "profesoru" ne zamjerite, biti kuš jer tko zna tko je čiji i da li ću nakon što nešto probam biti šikaniran u bolnici ili na odjelu. Više vas bar ne mogu strašiti gubitkom posla, zar ne?
Da li i vas kao i mene bole patnje i užasi koje je naša kolegica morala proći da joj se na kraju ovo činilo kao jedini izlaz? Nije više pitanje da li je vrijeme za ovo, vrijeme je davno isteklo. Tko je sljedeći? "Ako ne vi, tko? Ako ne sad, kad?" Kada god vam kažu da vas ne mogu zamijeniti, samo im recite da je Mirogoj pun nezamjenjivih. Puno vas sve pozdravljam i iskreno se nadam da neće sve ostati na fejsbuk aktivizmu - poručio je te dodao:
"Neka sada lijepo istraže što je jednu mladu, pametnu i veselu osobu odvelo na put bez povratka a ne da iskoriste njenu smrt za bog te pita što. Sigurno još puno njenih kolega stoji na istom rubu ponora i treba pomoć. Ova tragedija se sigurno mogla izbjeći. Isto tako mora postojati odgovornost nadređenih ako im se kolege ubijaju zbog burnouta na poslu".
