Uzimajući u obzir prethodne dvije godine, kada je većinski dio limitirane ponude Mlade graševine prodan u rekordnom roku, vinarija Kutjevo ponovno predstavlja novu seriju mladog vina koje je nebrojeno puta ostavilo impresivan dojam na kušače.

Spomenuto odlikuje niz posebnih karakteristika čineći je jedinstvenom na vinskoj sceni. Riječ je o graševini nižeg postotka alkohola s bogatim voćnim aromama i izražajnim cvjetnim notama. Uz navedeno, ističe se izrazitom svježinom i osobitom mineralnošću. Zahvaljujući specifičnostima vinogradarskih položaja istaknute vinarije koje naglašavaju voćni aromatski profil opisanog vina, obogaćen nijansama suptilnih herbalnih nota, vinoljupci će moći uživati u nezaboravnim gutljajima koji uistinu donose harmoniju okusa.

Proces proizvodnje ovakvog vina zahtijeva priličnu pažnju i brigu, uz napomenu kako je nužno svaki korak izvesti gotovo savršeno počevši od berbe, prijema i prerade grožđa, sve do same fermentacije. Naime, cjelokupan proces mora biti strogo kontroliran kako bi rezultat bila vrhunska kvaliteta.

Poveznica Mlade graševine i Martinja dugi niz godina dio je tradicije utkane u kutjevačko vinogorje koja se s nestrpljenjem željno iščekuje.

Simbolično se izlazak opisanog događa upravo u vrijeme tradicionalne svetkovine najavljenog blagdana, koje se u vinorodnim krajevima obilježava desetljećima. Njegovanje pučkog običaja krštenja mladog vina, po završetku faze alkoholnog vrenja, odnosno pretvorbe mošta u vino, ima veliko značenje kako za vinogorje vinarije Kutjevo, tako i za ostala vinogorja ovog kraja. Tako svi vinari 11. studenog žive u znaku svojih vina te različitim proslavama obilježavaju ovaj dan utisnut u vinsku kulturu. Tijekom proslave, vinski podrumi i vinogradi središta su zbivanja. Degustira se mlado vino osobitog okusa, a uzvanici uživaju u njegovim okusima uz bogatu gastronomsku pratnju u društvu svojih najmilijih.

Kako bi ovaj događaj djelomično prenijeli i na one koji mu ne mogu nazočiti, vinarija Kutjevo stavlja Mladu graševinu na tržište, čineći ju dostupnom za širi puk, kako bi mogli u njoj uživati prilikom obiteljskog druženja i različitih proslava, naročito onih u blagdansko vrijeme koje nam dolazi.

S obzirom na ovogodišnju kvalitetu uroda, ne sumnjamo kako će naglašeno vino imati pozitivan odjek kod istančanih vinoljubaca, ali i kod onih koji tek ulaze u svijet vina.
