"Što se tiče djece i mladih, osobno ne vidim važnost cijepljenja tih skupina budući da je kod njih COVID-19 jako rijetko teška bolest", rekao je dr. Gordan Lauc, molekularni biolog i član Vladina Znanstvenog savjeta.

- To su vrlo ozbiljne i opasne izjave gospodina Lauca. Istina je da mladi lakše podnose koronavirus, no isto je tako istina da 10 posto mladih koji prebole taj virus nakon toga imaju teške kronične zdravstvene probleme. Također, oni mladi koji već boluju od kronične bolesti, a dobiju COVID, također mogu biti životno ugroženi i imati vrlo teške kliničke slike. I kod nas u Njemačkoj ima puno mladih ljudi koji su kronični bolesnici i koji s COVID-om imaju teške kliničke slike. Na kraju krajeva, mladi su upravo ti koji svojim druženjima prenose virus i na taj način mogu zaraziti sve one starije osobe koje se do sada nisu cijepile - kazuje prof. dr. sc. Andrej Trampuž, slovenski liječnik specijalist infektologije i interne medicine, zaposlen u berlinskoj bolnici Charite.

Osvrnuo se dr. Lauc u svom razgovoru za Slobodnu Dalmaciju i na cijepljenje djece starije od 12 godina. "Službene preporuke i Europske medicinske agencije, kao i Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo, jesu da treba cijepiti samo onu djecu kod kojih postoji visoki rizik za teški oblik COVID-a 19. Dok se ta preporuka ne promijeni, mislim da ne treba razmišljati o cijepljenju djece", rekao je dr. Lauc.

- Mi u Njemačkoj već cijepimo djecu stariju od 12 godina života i interes roditelja je velik. Djecu stariju od 12 godina bi trebalo procijepiti, jer će oni uskoro ponovno ići u školske klupe, u zatvorene učionice, gdje je dovoljan samo jedan zaražen učenik da napravi pravu katastrofu. Za djecu mlađu od 12 godina još se uvijek raspravlja treba li ih ili ne treba cijepiti. Djeca su prenositelji i teško će obolijevati oni kojima djeca prenesu virus. Zbog toga treba djecu cijepiti - pojašnjava dr. Trampuž.

Četvrti val

"Osobno mislim da ovaj virus više ne predstavlja veliku zdravstvenu ugrozu, budući da je najveći dio populacije ili prebolio, ili je cijepljen", izjavio je dr. Lauc.

- Ponovno krivo i pogrešno. "Pola" svijeta se sada nalazi u četvrtom valu, upravo zbog toga jer se ljudi nisu dovoljno procijepili. Ogroman broj slučajeva je u Indoneziji, Rusiji, rastu brojke u Nizozemskoj, Portugal je bio u porastu, kao i Španjolska, a u Velikoj Britaniji će se tek vidjeti rezultati njihova otvaranja. Brojevi zaraženih u Britaniji će vrlo vjerojatno ići prema gore, jer što ima više virusa, bit će više mutanata virusa. Nedavno sam rekao da će novi mutant koronavirusa doći iz Indonezije ili Rusije, a sada, budući da očekujem kako će stanovnici Britanije "osvojiti" turistički dio Europe, mogu reći kako očekujem da će novi mutant COVID-a doći upravo iz Velike Britanije, i tko zna koliko će on biti zarazniji od bilo kojeg dosadašnjeg koronavirusa. Jedna osoba oboljela od "originalnog" koronavirusa mogla je zaraziti do tri osobe, delta soj može od 5 do 8, a sljedeći mutant ne smije nikoga iznenaditi ako bude mogao zaraziti od 12 do 15 ljudi. Treba spriječiti nastajanje novih sojeva, a to ćemo uspjeti samo cijepljenjem. Kraj pandemije će doći kada procijepimo 85 posto stanovništva - govori dr. Trampuž.

Bliži se jesen i ljudi će sve više boraviti u zatvorenim prostorima.

- Da, i zbog toga se ljudi moraju cijepiti. Virus će se lakše širiti u zatvorenim prostorima nego sada na otvorenome. A ovakvo banaliziranje koronavirusa, kakvo radi dr. Lauc, jako je opasno. Jer, ako se u Hrvatskoj ljudi dovoljno ne cijepe, virus će kolati među njima i moći će se zaraziti i stranci koji dođu "čisti" u Hrvatsku. A tada se ti stranci moraju vratiti svojim kućama i na taj će način virus donijeti u svoje države. Na taj način pandemiji nema kraja i samo se virusu olakšava daljnje širenje - zaključuje prof. dr. sc. Andrej Trampuž.

"Što se tiče djece i mladih, osobno ne vidim važnost cijepljenja tih skupina budući da je kod njih COVID-19 jako rijetko teška bolest", rekao je dr. Gordan Lauc, molekularni biolog i član Vladina Znanstvenog savjeta.

- To su vrlo ozbiljne i opasne izjave gospodina Lauca. Istina je da mladi lakše podnose koronavirus, no isto je tako istina da 10 posto mladih koji prebole taj virus nakon toga imaju teške kronične zdravstvene probleme. Također, oni mladi koji već boluju od kronične bolesti, a dobiju COVID, također mogu biti životno ugroženi i imati vrlo teške kliničke slike. I kod nas u Njemačkoj ima puno mladih ljudi koji su kronični bolesnici i koji s COVID-om imaju teške kliničke slike. Na kraju krajeva, mladi su upravo ti koji svojim druženjima prenose virus i na taj način mogu zaraziti sve one starije osobe koje se do sada nisu cijepile - kazuje prof. dr. sc. Andrej Trampuž, slovenski liječnik specijalist infektologije i interne medicine, zaposlen u berlinskoj bolnici Charite.

Osvrnuo se dr. Lauc u svom razgovoru za Slobodnu Dalmaciju i na cijepljenje djece starije od 12 godina. "Službene preporuke i Europske medicinske agencije, kao i Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo, jesu da treba cijepiti samo onu djecu kod kojih postoji visoki rizik za teški oblik COVID-a 19. Dok se ta preporuka ne promijeni, mislim da ne treba razmišljati o cijepljenju djece", rekao je dr. Lauc.

- Mi u Njemačkoj već cijepimo djecu stariju od 12 godina života i interes roditelja je velik. Djecu stariju od 12 godina bi trebalo procijepiti, jer će oni uskoro ponovno ići u školske klupe, u zatvorene učionice, gdje je dovoljan samo jedan zaražen učenik da napravi pravu katastrofu. Za djecu mlađu od 12 godina još se uvijek raspravlja treba li ih ili ne treba cijepiti. Djeca su prenositelji i teško će obolijevati oni kojima djeca prenesu virus. Zbog toga treba djecu cijepiti - pojašnjava dr. Trampuž.

Četvrti val

"Osobno mislim da ovaj virus više ne predstavlja veliku zdravstvenu ugrozu, budući da je najveći dio populacije ili prebolio, ili je cijepljen", izjavio je dr. Lauc.

- Ponovno krivo i pogrešno. "Pola" svijeta se sada nalazi u četvrtom valu, upravo zbog toga jer se ljudi nisu dovoljno procijepili. Ogroman broj slučajeva je u Indoneziji, Rusiji, rastu brojke u Nizozemskoj, Portugal je bio u porastu, kao i Španjolska, a u Velikoj Britaniji će se tek vidjeti rezultati njihova otvaranja. Brojevi zaraženih u Britaniji će vrlo vjerojatno ići prema gore, jer što ima više virusa, bit će više mutanata virusa. Nedavno sam rekao da će novi mutant koronavirusa doći iz Indonezije ili Rusije, a sada, budući da očekujem kako će stanovnici Britanije "osvojiti" turistički dio Europe, mogu reći kako očekujem da će novi mutant COVID-a doći upravo iz Velike Britanije, i tko zna koliko će on biti zarazniji od bilo kojeg dosadašnjeg koronavirusa. Jedna osoba oboljela od "originalnog" koronavirusa mogla je zaraziti do tri osobe, delta soj može od 5 do 8, a sljedeći mutant ne smije nikoga iznenaditi ako bude mogao zaraziti od 12 do 15 ljudi. Treba spriječiti nastajanje novih sojeva, a to ćemo uspjeti samo cijepljenjem. Kraj pandemije će doći kada procijepimo 85 posto stanovništva - govori dr. Trampuž.

Bliži se jesen i ljudi će sve više boraviti u zatvorenim prostorima.

- Da, i zbog toga se ljudi moraju cijepiti. Virus će se lakše širiti u zatvorenim prostorima nego sada na otvorenome. A ovakvo banaliziranje koronavirusa, kakvo radi dr. Lauc, jako je opasno. Jer, ako se u Hrvatskoj ljudi dovoljno ne cijepe, virus će kolati među njima i moći će se zaraziti i stranci koji dođu "čisti" u Hrvatsku. A tada se ti stranci moraju vratiti svojim kućama i na taj će način virus donijeti u svoje države. Na taj način pandemiji nema kraja i samo se virusu olakšava daljnje širenje - zaključuje prof. dr. sc. Andrej Trampuž.

"Što se tiče djece i mladih, osobno ne vidim važnost cijepljenja tih skupina budući da je kod njih COVID-19 jako rijetko teška bolest", rekao je dr. Gordan Lauc, molekularni biolog i član Vladina Znanstvenog savjeta.

- To su vrlo ozbiljne i opasne izjave gospodina Lauca. Istina je da mladi lakše podnose koronavirus, no isto je tako istina da 10 posto mladih koji prebole taj virus nakon toga imaju teške kronične zdravstvene probleme. Također, oni mladi koji već boluju od kronične bolesti, a dobiju COVID, također mogu biti životno ugroženi i imati vrlo teške kliničke slike.
