Hrvatski sabor je u ponedjeljak na svojoj zadnjoj sjednici prije raspuštanja s 80 glasova za, nijednim suzdržanim i 40 protiv izabrao Zlatu Hrvoj-Šipek za novu državnu odvjetnicu.

Mandat državnog odvjetnika traje četiri godine, a nakon ostavke Dražena Jelenića zbog "afere masoni" u veljači ove godine DORH nije imao čelnog čovjeka.

Zagrebački odvjetnik Veljko Miljević, koji je bio jedan od šest kandidata za novog državnog odvjetnika, rekao nam je da ga nije ni zanimala pozicija državnog odvjetnika, ali da je svojom prijavom na to mjesto napravio svojevrsni test koji vladajući nisu položili.

- Bolje da ne komentiram izbor glavne državne odvjetnice radi ustavne sigurnosti države, ali svima je jasno da nije poštovan članak 121a Ustava RH. Državno odvjetničko vijeće ponašalo se kao javnobilježnički ured, a ne nikakvo bitno tijelo za izbor državnog odvjetnika te im je trebalo ne tri nego deset dana da kompletiraju sve prijave zainteresiranih. Potom je Vlada RH ad hoc formirala tijelo koje nije predviđeno niti Ustavom niti bilo kojim zakonskim propisom te je to tijelo baš od svih kandidata predložilo Saboru osobu koja je sada i izabrana. Izbor državnog odvjetnika normiran je i predviđen Ustavom, a ovdje se Ustav nije poštovao - rekao je Miljević.

- Mene nakon svega ovoga zanima kako će me u oči pogledati Andrej Plenković koji je, kao i predsjednik Zoran Milanović, svojevremeno govorio da je imao vrhunske pravne mentore tijekom školovanja - zaključio je Miljević.

Nova državna odvjetnica je prva žena na čelu DORH-a i prva državna odvjetnica koja nije “kaznenjak”, nego iz građanske grane prava. Na njenoj su strani poznavanje sustava iznutra i činjenica da zbog dobi može biti imenovana samo na jedan mandat pa neće morati podilaziti politici da bi “zaradila” još jedan. Nedostatak joj je što nije “kaznenjak”. Naime, primarna je zadaća DORH-a, preko koje se mjeri uspješnost rada te institucije, progon kaznenih djela.

Hrvatski sabor je u ponedjeljak na svojoj zadnjoj sjednici prije raspuštanja s 80 glasova za, nijednim suzdržanim i 40 protiv izabrao Zlatu Hrvoj-Šipek za novu državnu odvjetnicu.

Mandat državnog odvjetnika traje četiri godine, a nakon ostavke Dražena Jelenića zbog "afere masoni" u veljači ove godine DORH nije imao čelnog čovjeka.

Zagrebački odvjetnik Veljko Miljević, koji je bio jedan od šest kandidata za novog državnog odvjetnika, rekao nam je da ga nije ni zanimala pozicija državnog odvjetnika, ali da je svojom prijavom na to mjesto napravio svojevrsni test koji vladajući nisu položili.

- Bolje da ne komentiram izbor glavne državne odvjetnice radi ustavne sigurnosti države, ali svima je jasno da nije poštovan članak 121a Ustava RH. Državno odvjetničko vijeće ponašalo se kao javnobilježnički ured, a ne nikakvo bitno tijelo za izbor državnog odvjetnika te im je trebalo ne tri nego deset dana da kompletiraju sve prijave zainteresiranih. Potom je Vlada RH ad hoc formirala tijelo koje nije predviđeno niti Ustavom niti bilo kojim zakonskim propisom te je to tijelo baš od svih kandidata predložilo Saboru osobu koja je sada i izabrana. Izbor državnog odvjetnika normiran je i predviđen Ustavom, a ovdje se Ustav nije poštovao - rekao je Miljević.

- Mene nakon svega ovoga zanima kako će me u oči pogledati Andrej Plenković koji je, kao i predsjednik Zoran Milanović, svojevremeno govorio da je imao vrhunske pravne mentore tijekom školovanja - zaključio je Miljević.

Nova državna odvjetnica je prva žena na čelu DORH-a i prva državna odvjetnica koja nije “kaznenjak”, nego iz građanske grane prava. Na njenoj su strani poznavanje sustava iznutra i činjenica da zbog dobi može biti imenovana samo na jedan mandat pa neće morati podilaziti politici da bi “zaradila” još jedan. Nedostatak joj je što nije “kaznenjak”. Naime, primarna je zadaća DORH-a, preko koje se mjeri uspješnost rada te institucije, progon kaznenih djela.

Hrvatski sabor je u ponedjeljak na svojoj zadnjoj sjednici prije raspuštanja s 80 glasova za, nijednim suzdržanim i 40 protiv izabrao Zlatu Hrvoj-Šipek za novu državnu odvjetnicu.

Mandat državnog odvjetnika traje četiri godine, a nakon ostavke Dražena Jelenića zbog "afere masoni" u veljači ove godine DORH nije imao čelnog čovjeka.

Zagrebački odvjetnik Veljko Miljević, koji je bio jedan od šest kandidata za novog državnog odvjetnika, rekao nam je da ga nije ni zanimala pozicija državnog odvjetnika, ali da je svojom prijavom na to mjesto napravio svojevrsni test koji vladajući nisu položili.
