Dug opće države iskazan prema metodologiji ESA 2010 krajem travnja ove godine dosegnuo je rekordno visokih 304,9 milijardi kuna, pokazuju u petak objavljeni podaci Hrvatske narodne banke.

To je za 6,1 milijardu kuna ili 2 posto više nego krajem ožujka, odnosno za 5,85 posto više nego u travnju prošle godine. Riječ je o dosad najvišoj razini duga opće države.

Rast duga opće države ponajviše je posljedica rasta unutarnjeg duga, koji je krajem travnja iznosio 202,6 milijardi kuna, što je za 2,34 posto više nego u ožujku, odnosno za 8,9 posto više nego u travnju lani.

Inozemni dug, pak, krajem travnja ove godine bio je 102,3 milijarde kuna, što je za 1,5 posto više nego u ožujku, ali i 0,32 posto manje nego u travnju 2019.

Rast zaduženosti države bio je očekivan u uvjetima pandemije Covida-19, zbog zatvaranja gospodarskih aktivnosti tijekom ožujka, travnja i svibnja, odnosno pada proračunskih prihoda uz istodobni rast rashoda.

Rebalansiranim proračunom za ovu godinu, naime, predviđen je manjak u iznosu od 25,3 milijarde kuna ili 7 posto BDP-a. 
Kada se tomu doda i deset izvanproračunskih korisnika, kod kojih se planira deficit u iznosu 2,4 milijarde kuna te doda lokalna država s manjkom od 1,1 milijardu kuna, a uz prilagodbe metodologiji ESA 2010, ponajprije projicirani iznos odgođenih javnih davanja od nešto više od četiri milijarde kuna, ukupni deficit proračuna opće države iznosio bi 24,8 milijardi kuna, ili 6,8 posto BDP-a.

Sukladno takvim kretanjima očekuje se i povećanje udjela javnog duga u BDP-u u ovoj godini.

Krajem prošle godine dug opće države iznosio je 293 milijarde kuna ili 73,2 posto BDP-a. Vlada, prema projekcijama revidiranima u svibnju, uz realni godišnji pad BDP-a od 9,4 posto, ove godine predviđa se da će omjer javnog duga u BDP-u dosegnuti 86,7 posto odnosno da će porasti za 13,5 postotnih bodova u odnosu na kraj prošle godine.

Potpredsjednik Vlade i ministar financija Zdravko Marić je ovoga tjedna najavio je da će krajem kolovoza i početkom rujna ponovno revidirati makroekonomske projekcije.

Objave HNB-a u idućim mjesecima - za svibanj, lipanj i srpanj - pokazat će daljnji rast općeg duga države, jer je Ministarstvo financija u tom razdoblju intenzivno prikupljalo potreban novac izdavanjem obveznica. Naime, svibanjskim rebalansom su i primici od financijske imovine i zaduživanja s originalno predviđenih 30,5 milijardi kuna povećani na 63,4 milijarde kuna.
Tako je početkom svibnja na domaćem tržištu kapitala realizirana 7-godišnja obveznicu u ukupnom iznosu od 1,445 milijardi eura uz valutnu klauzulu.

U lipnju je na međunarodnom tržištu kapitala izdana 11-godišnja obveznica vrijedna dvije milijarde eura, a refinanciran je i veliki trezorski zapis od 7,8 milijardi kuna te su obavljeni i pojedini kreditni aranžmani s bankama u Hrvatskoj.

Početkom srpnja Ministarstvo je realiziralo na domaćem tržištu kapitala dvije tranše obveznica u ukupnom nominalnom iznosu od 5,05 milijardi kuna.

Ministar Marić ovoga je tjedna u Saboru kazao da su od ukupnih potreba za financiranjem u 2020. godini od 63,4 milijardi kuna do ljetne stanke u radu Sabora osigurane gotovo kompletne potrebe.

Dug opće države iskazan prema metodologiji ESA 2010 krajem travnja ove godine dosegnuo je rekordno visokih 304,9 milijardi kuna, pokazuju u petak objavljeni podaci Hrvatske narodne banke.

To je za 6,1 milijardu kuna ili 2 posto više nego krajem ožujka, odnosno za 5,85 posto više nego u travnju prošle godine. Riječ je o dosad najvišoj razini duga opće države.

Rast duga opće države ponajviše je posljedica rasta unutarnjeg duga, koji je krajem travnja iznosio 202,6 milijardi kuna, što je za 2,34 posto više nego u ožujku, odnosno za 8,9 posto više nego u travnju lani.

Inozemni dug, pak, krajem travnja ove godine bio je 102,3 milijarde kuna, što je za 1,5 posto više nego u ožujku, ali i 0,32 posto manje nego u travnju 2019.

Rast zaduženosti države bio je očekivan u uvjetima pandemije Covida-19, zbog zatvaranja gospodarskih aktivnosti tijekom ožujka, travnja i svibnja, odnosno pada proračunskih prihoda uz istodobni rast rashoda.

Rebalansiranim proračunom za ovu godinu, naime, predviđen je manjak u iznosu od 25,3 milijarde kuna ili 7 posto BDP-a. 
Kada se tomu doda i deset izvanproračunskih korisnika, kod kojih se planira deficit u iznosu 2,4 milijarde kuna te doda lokalna država s manjkom od 1,1 milijardu kuna, a uz prilagodbe metodologiji ESA 2010, ponajprije projicirani iznos odgođenih javnih davanja od nešto više od četiri milijarde kuna, ukupni deficit proračuna opće države iznosio bi 24,8 milijardi kuna, ili 6,8 posto BDP-a.

Sukladno takvim kretanjima očekuje se i povećanje udjela javnog duga u BDP-u u ovoj godini.

Krajem prošle godine dug opće države iznosio je 293 milijarde kuna ili 73,2 posto BDP-a. Vlada, prema projekcijama revidiranima u svibnju, uz realni godišnji pad BDP-a od 9,4 posto, ove godine predviđa se da će omjer javnog duga u BDP-u dosegnuti 86,7 posto odnosno da će porasti za 13,5 postotnih bodova u odnosu na kraj prošle godine.

Potpredsjednik Vlade i ministar financija Zdravko Marić je ovoga tjedna najavio je da će krajem kolovoza i početkom rujna ponovno revidirati makroekonomske projekcije.

Objave HNB-a u idućim mjesecima - za svibanj, lipanj i srpanj - pokazat će daljnji rast općeg duga države, jer je Ministarstvo financija u tom razdoblju intenzivno prikupljalo potreban novac izdavanjem obveznica. Naime, svibanjskim rebalansom su i primici od financijske imovine i zaduživanja s originalno predviđenih 30,5 milijardi kuna povećani na 63,4 milijarde kuna.
Tako je početkom svibnja na domaćem tržištu kapitala realizirana 7-godišnja obveznicu u ukupnom iznosu od 1,445 milijardi eura uz valutnu klauzulu.

U lipnju je na međunarodnom tržištu kapitala izdana 11-godišnja obveznica vrijedna dvije milijarde eura, a refinanciran je i veliki trezorski zapis od 7,8 milijardi kuna te su obavljeni i pojedini kreditni aranžmani s bankama u Hrvatskoj.

Početkom srpnja Ministarstvo je realiziralo na domaćem tržištu kapitala dvije tranše obveznica u ukupnom nominalnom iznosu od 5,05 milijardi kuna.

Ministar Marić ovoga je tjedna u Saboru kazao da su od ukupnih potreba za financiranjem u 2020. godini od 63,4 milijardi kuna do ljetne stanke u radu Sabora osigurane gotovo kompletne potrebe.

Hrvatska narodna banka: Dug opće države prvi put je premašio 300 milijardi kuna

Dug opće države iskazan prema metodologiji ESA 2010 krajem travnja ove godine dosegnuo je rekordno visokih 304,9 milijardi kuna, pokazuju u petak objavljeni podaci Hrvatske narodne banke.

To je za 6,1 milijardu kuna ili 2 posto više nego krajem ožujka, odnosno za 5,85 posto više nego u travnju prošle godine. Riječ je o dosad najvišoj razini duga opće države.

Rast duga opće države ponajviše je posljedica rasta unutarnjeg duga, koji je krajem travnja iznosio 202,6 milijardi kuna, što je za 2,34 posto više nego u ožujku, odnosno za 8,9 posto više nego u travnju lani.

Inozemni dug, pak, krajem travnja ove godine bio je 102,3 milijarde kuna, što je za 1,5 posto više nego u ožujku, ali i 0,32 posto manje nego u travnju 2019.
