Direktor Hrvatske udruge banaka Zdenko Adrović nedavno je izjavio da građani Hrvatske plaćaju kamate na minus koje su među najnižima u Europi. Rekao je to braneći postupke banaka koje su dopuštena prekoračenja 2018. samo pretvorile u prešutna da mogu podizati kamate iznad zakonski dopuštenih 8 posto - piše Novi list.

Prosječna kamata na minus u Hrvatskoj je 10,97 posto, što je, naveo je, daleko povoljnije od npr. kamate na minus u Velikoj Britaniji za koju on tvrdi da iznosi 40 posto godišnje, Njemačke gdje je, naveo je, ta kamata između 7 i 10 posto, Irske – od 12 do 15 posto, Švedske 13,5 posto, Litve 18 posto, Francuske 14 do 17 posto ili Italije gdje banke, prema Adroviću, zaračunavaju 15 posto kamate na minus godišnje.

Istaknuo je potom da je naših 10,97 posto, koliko dakle banke u prosjeku zaračunavaju Hrvatima na njihove minuse po tekućim zapravo, zajedno s Njemačkom, najniža kamatna stopa koja postoji u EU-u, na takva prekoračenja.

Je li to istina, pitali smo jučer Hrvatsku narodnu banku, zamolivši ih da zavire u njima dostupne međunarodne statistike.

Odgovor od HNB-a nismo dobili, no pogledali smo na stranice Europske središnje banke, koja vodi i statistiku visine kamata za poduzeća, građane, te ukupno, po članicama eurozone. Podaci se baš i ne poklapaju u potpunosti s Adrovićevim.

Na webu ECB-a, pod rubrikom statistika, bankovne kamate na kredite, kućanstva, stoji da je prosjek kamate na revolving kredite i prekoračenja po tekućim računima (revolving loans and overdrafts) u srpnju ove godine za cijelu eurozonu bio 5,78 posto, pri čemu je Njemačka imala 7,11 posto, Francuska samo 4,62 posto, Austrija 2,78 posto, Litva 8,26 posto, Italija 3,96 posto, Belgija 4,41 posto, Cipar 5,93 posto, Estonija 17,54 posto, Finska 6,55 posto, Slovenija 5,77 posto, Portugal 11,19, Grčka 11,07 posto i tako dalje.

Znači, i nije da smo baš među najpovoljnijim tržištima, štoviše, »hrvatskih« 10,97 posto ovdje poprilično iskače – na više.

Da se uzme i prosjek kamata samo na dopuštene minuse, koji je 7,6 posto, opet je dvostruko u odnosu na npr. Italiju.

Jučer smo kontaktirali i HUB i pitali koju je statistiku koristio Adrović te žele li komentrati, a možda i demantirati ova odstupanja, no reakcije nije bilo - piše Novi list.

Direktor Hrvatske udruge banaka Zdenko Adrović nedavno je izjavio da građani Hrvatske plaćaju kamate na minus koje su među najnižima u Europi. Rekao je to braneći postupke banaka koje su dopuštena prekoračenja 2018. samo pretvorile u prešutna da mogu podizati kamate iznad zakonski dopuštenih 8 posto - piše Novi list.

Prosječna kamata na minus u Hrvatskoj je 10,97 posto, što je, naveo je, daleko povoljnije od npr. kamate na minus u Velikoj Britaniji za koju on tvrdi da iznosi 40 posto godišnje, Njemačke gdje je, naveo je, ta kamata između 7 i 10 posto, Irske – od 12 do 15 posto, Švedske 13,5 posto, Litve 18 posto, Francuske 14 do 17 posto ili Italije gdje banke, prema Adroviću, zaračunavaju 15 posto kamate na minus godišnje.

Istaknuo je potom da je naših 10,97 posto, koliko dakle banke u prosjeku zaračunavaju Hrvatima na njihove minuse po tekućim zapravo, zajedno s Njemačkom, najniža kamatna stopa koja postoji u EU-u, na takva prekoračenja.

Je li to istina, pitali smo jučer Hrvatsku narodnu banku, zamolivši ih da zavire u njima dostupne međunarodne statistike.

Odgovor od HNB-a nismo dobili, no pogledali smo na stranice Europske središnje banke, koja vodi i statistiku visine kamata za poduzeća, građane, te ukupno, po članicama eurozone. Podaci se baš i ne poklapaju u potpunosti s Adrovićevim.

Na webu ECB-a, pod rubrikom statistika, bankovne kamate na kredite, kućanstva, stoji da je prosjek kamate na revolving kredite i prekoračenja po tekućim računima (revolving loans and overdrafts) u srpnju ove godine za cijelu eurozonu bio 5,78 posto, pri čemu je Njemačka imala 7,11 posto, Francuska samo 4,62 posto, Austrija 2,78 posto, Litva 8,26 posto, Italija 3,96 posto, Belgija 4,41 posto, Cipar 5,93 posto, Estonija 17,54 posto, Finska 6,55 posto, Slovenija 5,77 posto, Portugal 11,19, Grčka 11,07 posto i tako dalje.

Znači, i nije da smo baš među najpovoljnijim tržištima, štoviše, »hrvatskih« 10,97 posto ovdje poprilično iskače – na više.

Da se uzme i prosjek kamata samo na dopuštene minuse, koji je 7,6 posto, opet je dvostruko u odnosu na npr. Italiju.

Jučer smo kontaktirali i HUB i pitali koju je statistiku koristio Adrović te žele li komentrati, a možda i demantirati ova odstupanja, no reakcije nije bilo - piše Novi list.

Direktor Hrvatske udruge banaka Zdenko Adrović nedavno je izjavio da građani Hrvatske plaćaju kamate na minus koje su među najnižima u Europi. Rekao je to braneći postupke banaka koje su dopuštena prekoračenja 2018. samo pretvorile u prešutna da mogu podizati kamate iznad zakonski dopuštenih 8 posto - piše Novi list.

Prosječna kamata na minus u Hrvatskoj je 10,97 posto, što je, naveo je, daleko povoljnije od npr. kamate na minus u Velikoj Britaniji za koju on tvrdi da iznosi 40 posto godišnje, Njemačke gdje je, naveo je, ta kamata između 7 i 10 posto, Irske – od 12 do 15 posto, Švedske 13,5 posto, Litve 18 posto, Francuske 14 do 17 posto ili Italije gdje banke, prema Adroviću, zaračunavaju 15 posto kamate na minus godišnje.
