"Potpuno je pogrešno ako imate simptome i sumnjate na koronavirus dolaziti na testiranje uz plaćanje jer time na neki način predstavljate rizik", kazala je Matijana Jergović, specijalistica epidemiologije i voditeljica Odjela za procjenu rizika i logistiku s Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo "Dr. Andrija Štampar", komentirajući za N1 epidemiološku situaciju u Gradu Zagrebu i pojasnila kada se testirati na koronavirus.
Razlozi za testiranje su različiti od osobe do osobe, no Jergović naglašava da negativan test ne jamči sigurnost.
"Svakako je najvažnije ne zlorabiti mogućnost testiranja uz plaćanje zato što ako ste i bili na rizičnom događanju u subotu primjerice na svadbi gdje je postojala mogućnost da je netko imao blaže simptom, današnji rezultat koji je negativan neće sigurno značiti da niste opasni za vaše bližnje jer ste se možda prerano testirali od datuma izloženosti. Uvijek molimo da se posavjetuje s liječnikom ako ste bili na rizičnim događanjima. Najvažnija je izolacija i fizička distanca te korištenje zaštitne opreme", kazala je te dodala:
"Testiranje u toj situaciji neće sigurno značiti da niste opasni za druge."
Pojedine osobe se testiraju uz osobno plaćanje te je Jergović naglasila važnost prethodnog konzultiranja s liječnikom obiteljske medicine koji će procijeniti što treba u svakom pojedinom slučaju napraviti.
"Vrlo su jasni kriteriji HZJZ-a. Svi epidemiolozi nastojimo postupiti standardizirano. Svi moraju razumjeti da i liječnik obiteljske medicine ima pravo, prilikom procjene pacijenta, donijeti dodatne zaključke. Puno je ulaznih faktora koji obiteljskim liječnicima daje pravo donijeti odluku", pojasnila je.
Jergović je napomenula da je epidemiolozima potrebna potpora i pomoć drugih institucija kako bi mogli prikupiti podatke o svim bliskim kontaktima.

"Sve preporuke su vrlo dinamične i ovise o razvoju epidemiološke situacije. U tom smislu je i epidemiološko društvo poslalo poruku da je potrebna potpora ključnih dionika kako bi svi upravljali ovim rizikom širenja koronavirusa. Riječ je o tome da ćemo u sljedećem razdoblju morati imati kontakte u različitim institucijama koji će nama epidemiolozima pomoći razlučiti bliske kontakte od svih ostalih vrsta kontakata. Nekada neki kontakti trebaju i drugi i treći ciklus evaluacije zato što nemamo sve podatke. Moramo biti standardizirani i baš zato moramo ujednačeno stajati iza svakog svog postupka", rekla je Jergović i naglasila da očekuju pomoć i od ostalih institucija.
Tko će sve biti u samoizolaciji ovisi o više kriterija.
"Ovisi i što ta pozitivna osoba radi, u kakvom poslovnom okruženju djeluje i s kim je sve bila u kontaktu 48 sati prije pojave simptoma ili pozitivnog testa. Europski centar za kontrolu infekcija kategorizirao je četiri prioritetne gospodarske djelatnosti, a osim zdravstvenih i socijalnih djelatnika, jako je važna proizvodnja i pakiranje hrane, ali i ostale industrijske proizvodnje. U sljedećem razdoblju ćemo morati obratiti posebnu pažnju i na tu proizvodnju i pakiranje hrane", istaknula je Jergović.
Naglasila je i da je situacija u Zagrebu stabilna.
"Grad Zagreb nije najrizičnije područje tako da jako dobro radimo, situacija nije izvan kontrole, ali moramo se svi kontrolirati i drugačije prikupljati podatke", kazala je Jergović.
Otvaraju se i vrata vrtića i škola, a većina ih se odlučila na kombinirani model što znači da će se dio nastave održavati online, a dio u školama.
"Ako higijenu prostora budemo držali na primjerenoj razini, ako se budemo pridržavali fizičke distance i svih ostalih preporuka ne bi trebalo biti grupiranja. Virus među djecom ne cirkulira u tolikom potencijalu da bi djeca bila opasnost za učitelje ili spremačice", istaknula je.
Jergović se osvrnula i na mogućnost reinfekcije, odnosno ponovnog zaražavanja osobe koja je već preboljela koronavirus.
"U Zagrebu nema slučaja ponovne infekcije, a i na svjetskoj razini je samo jedan dokazan. Osobe koje su imunokompromitirane budu biti dugo pozitivne, a to onda ne bi bila reinfekcija. Vidjet ćemo što nas čeka", poručila je Jergović u programu N1.

"Potpuno je pogrešno ako imate simptome i sumnjate na koronavirus dolaziti na testiranje uz plaćanje jer time na neki način predstavljate rizik", kazala je Matijana Jergović, specijalistica epidemiologije i voditeljica Odjela za procjenu rizika i logistiku s Nastavnog zavoda za javno zdravstvo "Dr. Andrija Štampar", komentirajući za N1 epidemiološku situaciju u Gradu Zagrebu i pojasnila kada se testirati na koronavirus.
Razlozi za testiranje su različiti od osobe do osobe, no Jergović naglašava da negativan test ne jamči sigurnost.
"Svakako je najvažnije ne zlorabiti mogućnost testiranja uz plaćanje zato što ako ste i bili na rizičnom događanju u subotu primjerice na svadbi gdje je postojala mogućnost da je netko imao blaže simptom, današnji rezultat koji je negativan neće sigurno značiti da niste opasni za vaše bližnje jer ste se možda prerano testirali od datuma izloženosti. Uvijek molimo da se posavjetuje s liječnikom ako ste bili na rizičnim događanjima. Najvažnija je izolacija i fizička distanca te korištenje zaštitne opreme", kazala je te dodala:
"Testiranje u toj situaciji neće sigurno značiti da niste opasni za druge."
Pojedine osobe se testiraju uz osobno plaćanje te je Jergović naglasila važnost prethodnog konzultiranja s liječnikom obiteljske medicine koji će procijeniti što treba u svakom pojedinom slučaju napraviti.
"Vrlo su jasni kriteriji HZJZ-a. Svi epidemiolozi nastojimo postupiti standardizirano. Svi moraju razumjeti da i liječnik obiteljske medicine ima pravo, prilikom procjene pacijenta, donijeti dodatne zaključke. Puno je ulaznih faktora koji obiteljskim liječnicima daje pravo donijeti odluku", pojasnila je.
Jergović je napomenula da je epidemiolozima potrebna potpora i pomoć drugih institucija kako bi mogli prikupiti podatke o svim bliskim kontaktima.

"Sve preporuke su vrlo dinamične i ovise o razvoju epidemiološke situacije. U tom smislu je i epidemiološko društvo poslalo poruku da je potrebna potpora ključnih dionika kako bi svi upravljali ovim rizikom širenja koronavirusa. Riječ je o tome da ćemo u sljedećem razdoblju morati imati kontakte u različitim institucijama koji će nama epidemiolozima pomoći razlučiti bliske kontakte od svih ostalih vrsta kontakata. Nekada neki kontakti trebaju i drugi i treći ciklus evaluacije zato što nemamo sve podatke. Moramo biti standardizirani i baš zato moramo ujednačeno stajati iza svakog svog postupka", rekla je Jergović i naglasila da očekuju pomoć i od ostalih institucija.
Tko će sve biti u samoizolaciji ovisi o više kriterija.
"Ovisi i što ta pozitivna osoba radi, u kakvom poslovnom okruženju djeluje i s kim je sve bila u kontaktu 48 sati prije pojave simptoma ili pozitivnog testa. Europski centar za kontrolu infekcija kategorizirao je četiri prioritetne gospodarske djelatnosti, a osim zdravstvenih i socijalnih djelatnika, jako je važna proizvodnja i pakiranje hrane, ali i ostale industrijske proizvodnje. U sljedećem razdoblju ćemo morati obratiti posebnu pažnju i na tu proizvodnju i pakiranje hrane", istaknula je Jergović.
Naglasila je i da je situacija u Zagrebu stabilna.
"Grad Zagreb nije najrizičnije područje tako da jako dobro radimo, situacija nije izvan kontrole, ali moramo se svi kontrolirati i drugačije prikupljati podatke", kazala je Jergović.
Otvaraju se i vrata vrtića i škola, a većina ih se odlučila na kombinirani model što znači da će se dio nastave održavati online, a dio u školama.
"Ako higijenu prostora budemo držali na primjerenoj razini, ako se budemo pridržavali fizičke distance i svih ostalih preporuka ne bi trebalo biti grupiranja. Virus među djecom ne cirkulira u tolikom potencijalu da bi djeca bila opasnost za učitelje ili spremačice", istaknula je.
Jergović se osvrnula i na mogućnost reinfekcije, odnosno ponovnog zaražavanja osobe koja je već preboljela koronavirus.
"U Zagrebu nema slučaja ponovne infekcije, a i na svjetskoj razini je samo jedan dokazan. Osobe koje su imunokompromitirane budu biti dugo pozitivne, a to onda ne bi bila reinfekcija. Vidjet ćemo što nas čeka", poručila je Jergović u programu N1.
