Hrvatski znanstvenik, genetičar i forenzičar Dragan Primorac komentirao je u emisiji Dobro jutro, Hrvatska važne rezultate serološke analize više od 300 sportaša koji su praćeni dva mjeseca. Rezultati su objavljeni u medRxiv.

Studija je tijekom dva mjeseca pratila što se događa kod nogometaša. Gledalo se jesu li pozitivni na PCR-test i pratilo kakva je bila njihova reakcija na kontakt s mogućim virusom. Analiza je pokrila sve nogometne klubove u Hrvatskoj te stariju populaciju, koja je unutar Stožera.

- Rezultati po prvi put govore da je negdje između 5,9 do 10,5 posto njih bilo u kontaktu s koronavirusom, dakle može se reći da je u našoj populaciji između 5,9 do 10,5 posto ljudi bilo u kontaktu s virusom, što je vrlo važna poruka u promišljanju daljnjih strategija - poručio je Primorac.

Naglasio je da je duljina trajanja specifičnih protutijela samo 2 do tri mjeseca. I budući da ta protutijela ne traju dugo, pretpostavili su da postoje neki drugi mehanizmi, najvjerojatnije stanični imunitet jer ljudi koji su preboljeli SARS 2003. godine još ga imaju - 17 godina poslije.

Rezultati antigenskih testova

U Specijalnoj bolnici Sv. Katarina testirano je više od 1700 osoba tzv. antigenskim testovima. Riječ je o ljudima koji su imali određene simptome ili su upućeni jer su bili u kontaktu s izvorom. Od svih ispitanika njih 24 posto je imalo pozitivan antigenski test.

- To je očekivano. Jer to je populacija koja je imala određene simptome. Ako pogledamo brojeve koji su objavljeni u vodećim časopisima, oko 81 posto je osoba koja će imati iznimno blagu kliničku sliku ili njih 36 posto neće imati gotovo nikakve simptome, neće ni znati da su pozitivni, njih 14 posto će imati težu kliničku sliku, pneumonija illi slično, a samo 4 ili 5 posto će biti kritični bolesnici koji će trebati ozbiljnu skrb. To je statistika, tu neće biti iznenađenja i u Hrvatskoj - smatra znanstvenik.

Znamo, kaže, da će mlada populacija reagirati iznimno dobro, najčešće neće virus ni primijetiti, velik broj ljudi koji dobiju pneumoniju ili upalu pluća moći to izliječiti kod kuće, ali i da će određeni postotak završiti u bolnici, upravo njih moramo zaštititi - to su naši očevi, majke.

Vrijednost antigenskih testova

Primorac je objasnio da je osjetljivost ovog testa iznad 97 posto, specifičnost iznad 99 posto, a iskustvo je pokazalo da ako je osoba bolesna i ima simptome, osjetljivost je 100 posto. Test traje samo 15 minuta, odmah može identificirati pozitivnu osobu kako bi se prema njoj moglo postupati.

- U ovom trenutku nam je važna točna informacija, istina koliko je ljudi pozitivno kako bismo mogli reagirati - poručio je.

Aerosolni prijenos virusa i korist epidemioloških mjera

Dragan Primorac je objasnio razliku između kapljičnog i aerosolnog prijenosa. Pozvao se na rezultate zadnjeg znanstvenog rada koji kažu da kapljicama koje su veličine oko 1 mm treba oko 0,3 sekunde da od naše visine dotaknu tlo, dakle kapljica se ne bi smijala zadržavati u zraku. S druge strane aerosol nadvladava silu gravitacije jer su to iznimno male čestice koje mogu ostati do 8 sati u zraku. Na te čestice možemo puno lakše naletjeti.

- Nošenje maski se pokazalo iznimno važno jer istraživanja u području južne hemisfere gdje je završila zima pokazuju da su upravo maske i higijenske mjere reducirale širenje gripe. Trenutno, dakle, pridržavanjem epidemioloških mjera, radimo sebi dvostruki boljitak jer možemo utjecati i na širenje gripe - kaže.

Svi su shvatili da naša budućnost ovisi o tome kako se ponašamo, posebno dok se ne dogodi cjepivo.

Cjepivo protiv SARS-CoV-2

Kada je riječ o cjepivu, Primorac je naglasio da se sve učinkovitije radi na tome, da je u kliničkoj fazi 11 cjepiva, u pretkliničkoj više od 90. Do kraja godine će najvjerojatnije ključna cjepiva biti gotova, a populacija poput hrvatske bi ih mogla imati do proljeća, smatra znanstvenik i naglašava da do tada naša budućnost ovisi o tome kako se ponašamo.

Hrvatski znanstvenik, genetičar i forenzičar Dragan Primorac komentirao je u emisiji Dobro jutro, Hrvatska važne rezultate serološke analize više od 300 sportaša koji su praćeni dva mjeseca. Rezultati su objavljeni u medRxiv.

Studija je tijekom dva mjeseca pratila što se događa kod nogometaša. Gledalo se jesu li pozitivni na PCR-test i pratilo kakva je bila njihova reakcija na kontakt s mogućim virusom. Analiza je pokrila sve nogometne klubove u Hrvatskoj te stariju populaciju, koja je unutar Stožera.

- Rezultati po prvi put govore da je negdje između 5,9 do 10,5 posto njih bilo u kontaktu s koronavirusom, dakle može se reći da je u našoj populaciji između 5,9 do 10,5 posto ljudi bilo u kontaktu s virusom, što je vrlo važna poruka u promišljanju daljnjih strategija - poručio je Primorac.

Naglasio je da je duljina trajanja specifičnih protutijela samo 2 do tri mjeseca. I budući da ta protutijela ne traju dugo, pretpostavili su da postoje neki drugi mehanizmi, najvjerojatnije stanični imunitet jer ljudi koji su preboljeli SARS 2003. godine još ga imaju - 17 godina poslije.

Rezultati antigenskih testova

U Specijalnoj bolnici Sv. Katarina testirano je više od 1700 osoba tzv. antigenskim testovima. Riječ je o ljudima koji su imali određene simptome ili su upućeni jer su bili u kontaktu s izvorom. Od svih ispitanika njih 24 posto je imalo pozitivan antigenski test.

- To je očekivano. Jer to je populacija koja je imala određene simptome. Ako pogledamo brojeve koji su objavljeni u vodećim časopisima, oko 81 posto je osoba koja će imati iznimno blagu kliničku sliku ili njih 36 posto neće imati gotovo nikakve simptome, neće ni znati da su pozitivni, njih 14 posto će imati težu kliničku sliku, pneumonija illi slično, a samo 4 ili 5 posto će biti kritični bolesnici koji će trebati ozbiljnu skrb. To je statistika, tu neće biti iznenađenja i u Hrvatskoj - smatra znanstvenik.

Znamo, kaže, da će mlada populacija reagirati iznimno dobro, najčešće neće virus ni primijetiti, velik broj ljudi koji dobiju pneumoniju ili upalu pluća moći to izliječiti kod kuće, ali i da će određeni postotak završiti u bolnici, upravo njih moramo zaštititi - to su naši očevi, majke.

Vrijednost antigenskih testova

Primorac je objasnio da je osjetljivost ovog testa iznad 97 posto, specifičnost iznad 99 posto, a iskustvo je pokazalo da ako je osoba bolesna i ima simptome, osjetljivost je 100 posto. Test traje samo 15 minuta, odmah može identificirati pozitivnu osobu kako bi se prema njoj moglo postupati.

- U ovom trenutku nam je važna točna informacija, istina koliko je ljudi pozitivno kako bismo mogli reagirati - poručio je.

Aerosolni prijenos virusa i korist epidemioloških mjera

Dragan Primorac je objasnio razliku između kapljičnog i aerosolnog prijenosa. Pozvao se na rezultate zadnjeg znanstvenog rada koji kažu da kapljicama koje su veličine oko 1 mm treba oko 0,3 sekunde da od naše visine dotaknu tlo, dakle kapljica se ne bi smijala zadržavati u zraku. S druge strane aerosol nadvladava silu gravitacije jer su to iznimno male čestice koje mogu ostati do 8 sati u zraku. Na te čestice možemo puno lakše naletjeti.

- Nošenje maski se pokazalo iznimno važno jer istraživanja u području južne hemisfere gdje je završila zima pokazuju da su upravo maske i higijenske mjere reducirale širenje gripe. Trenutno, dakle, pridržavanjem epidemioloških mjera, radimo sebi dvostruki boljitak jer možemo utjecati i na širenje gripe - kaže.

Svi su shvatili da naša budućnost ovisi o tome kako se ponašamo, posebno dok se ne dogodi cjepivo.

Cjepivo protiv SARS-CoV-2

Kada je riječ o cjepivu, Primorac je naglasio da se sve učinkovitije radi na tome, da je u kliničkoj fazi 11 cjepiva, u pretkliničkoj više od 90. Do kraja godine će najvjerojatnije ključna cjepiva biti gotova, a populacija poput hrvatske bi ih mogla imati do proljeća, smatra znanstvenik i naglašava da do tada naša budućnost ovisi o tome kako se ponašamo.

Hrvatski znanstvenik, genetičar i forenzičar Dragan Primorac komentirao je u emisiji Dobro jutro, Hrvatska važne rezultate serološke analize više od 300 sportaša koji su praćeni dva mjeseca. Rezultati su objavljeni u medRxiv.

Studija je tijekom dva mjeseca pratila što se događa kod nogometaša. Gledalo se jesu li pozitivni na PCR-test i pratilo kakva je bila njihova reakcija na kontakt s mogućim virusom. Analiza je pokrila sve nogometne klubove u Hrvatskoj te stariju populaciju, koja je unutar Stožera.
