Nakon što je ravnatelj Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo Krunoslav Capak izjavio kako su Đikićeve procjene o 1.500 preminulih do kraja studenog pretjerane, a referirao se i na uvođenje antigenskih testova, ponovno se oglasio naš ugledni znanstvenik prof. dr. sc. Ivan Đikić sa Sveučilišta Goethe u Frankfurtu.
Podsjetimo ukratko, Đikić je na N1 televiziji u četvrtak rekao da je situacija u Hrvatskoj u zadnjih mjesec dana krajnje alarmantna.
"Podaci o smanjivanju zaraze su promašeni. U četiri mjeseca imamo preko 680 umrlih. U usporedbi s proljećem, 5.3 puta je povećanje smrtnosti, to je nevjerojatno alarmantno. Hrvatska ima eksperiment, preuzeli smo palicu Švedske. Vlada se mora uozbiljiti. Do kraja mjeseca imat ćemo 1500 mrtvih, a do kraja godine ne možemo ni predvidjeti", poručio je u četvrtak Đikić.

"Poštovani gospodine Capak,
zanima me koje su vaše procjene o broju umrlih od covid-19 do kraja studenog u Hrvatskoj - je li to 1000 ili 1300 umrlih? Vi imate puno više podataka i bit ću sretan ako na temelju vaših procjena taj broj bude manji. Moja predviđanja o 1500 umrlih do kraja studenog su bazirana na podacima prikazanim u grafovima 1 i 2.
Hrvatska, kao i svi njeni građani, gospodarstvo i obrazovanje trebaju dodatne mjere da se zaštite i da na pametniji način spriječimo širenje virusa i blokadu zdravstvenog sustava. Apeliram da od ponedjeljka uvedete dodatne učinkovite mjere (ne potpuni lockdown, ne policijski sat ali imate cijelu listu mjera na raspolaganju) kako bi se smrtnost smanjila. Molim Vas poslušajte i molbe 6 stručnih udruga od liječnika do epidemiologa koji također zahtijevaju uvođenje pravilnih mjera i brzo djelovanje. Vjerujem da ste upoznati da prema procjeni WHOa, "sveopćim nošenjem maski i strogom kontrolom okupljanja do veljače u Europi možemo spasiti više od 261.000 života".
Dosta pričate o brzim antigenim testovima kao nekoj novoj strategiji Hrvatske.
Dozvolite mi da Vas podsjetim da sam tijekom ljeta apelirao na Vas i Vladu da uvedete više kapaciteta genetskih testiranja te nove tehnologije i brze antigene testove. Na sve to ste se oglušili. Prije par tjedana ste čak javno rekli da brzi antigeni testovi nisu dovoljno dobri za Hrvatsku. Danas govorite suprotno. Mogu prihvatiti da ste promijenili mišljenje no prema vašim najavama nisam siguran da ćete uvesti te brze testove stručno i korisno u borbi protiv covida.
Primjerice, koliki je predviđeni kapacitet antigenih testova koje želite kupiti? Rekli ste da je trošak 150.000 eura. To je oko 37,500 testova (po cijeni od 4 eura). Hoće li to biti dovoljno za naše potrebe ako želimo testirati oko 10.000 ili više dnevno u sadašnjoj fazi širenja virusa. To je kapacitet za manje od 4 dana.
Na kraju kao liječnik duboko vjerujem da ne mislite ono što ste nekoliko puta izrekli: “Epidemiološke mjere ne djeluju nego mogu donijeti čak i više štete“. Potpuno drukčije ste govorili u proljeće kada ste i osobno dokazali da epidemiološke mjera djeluju ako su donesene na vrijeme i budu podržane od građana.
To je bio recept uspjeha Hrvatske u proljeće. Isto možemo postići i danas ali samo ako se budemo oslanjali isključivo na stručne podatke i prestali zbunjivati javnost s netočnim izjavama. Danas je više nego ikada potrebna ozbiljnost i odgovornost Vlade ali i hrabrost da se donesu prave odluke u pravo vrijeme. Hrvatska, kao i njeni građani i gospodarstvo, mogu preživjeti sve mjere zatvaranja (blage, srednje i teške) ako su dobro komunicirane i pripremljene, ali ljude koji su umrli, njih smo izgubili zauvijek. Apeliram stoga na Vas kao i na predsjednika Vlade, da to držite kao prioritet u odlukama i rizicima koje preuzimate, zaključio je.

U Hrvatskoj je vrlo visok porast (5,3 puta) u broju umrlih u periodu srpanj-studeni u usporedbi s veljača-lipanj 2020.
Zašto toliko povećanje? Virus se nije promijenio, i radi se o istoj zemlji. Razlika je jedino u mjerama koje smo primjenjivali tada i danas.
Procjena umrlih do kraja studenog:
Izračunao sam da će broj umrlih rasti tijekom studenog ako se ne donesu potrebne mjere i smanji broj zaraženih. Prema predviđanjima prosječni broj umrlih po dana u studenom je 32 (x31 dan + 546 umrlih do studenog) iznosi 1538 umrlih u Hrvatskoj do kraja studenog.

Nakon što je ravnatelj Hrvatskog zavoda za javno zdravstvo Krunoslav Capak izjavio kako su Đikićeve procjene o 1.500 preminulih do kraja studenog pretjerane, a referirao se i na uvođenje antigenskih testova, ponovno se oglasio naš ugledni znanstvenik prof. dr. sc. Ivan Đikić sa Sveučilišta Goethe u Frankfurtu.
Podsjetimo ukratko, Đikić je na N1 televiziji u četvrtak rekao da je situacija u Hrvatskoj u zadnjih mjesec dana krajnje alarmantna.
"Podaci o smanjivanju zaraze su promašeni. U četiri mjeseca imamo preko 680 umrlih. U usporedbi s proljećem, 5.3 puta je povećanje smrtnosti, to je nevjerojatno alarmantno. Hrvatska ima eksperiment, preuzeli smo palicu Švedske. Vlada se mora uozbiljiti. Do kraja mjeseca imat ćemo 1500 mrtvih, a do kraja godine ne možemo ni predvidjeti", poručio je u četvrtak Đikić.
Ovo je današnje pismo Ivana Đikića:
"Poštovani gospodine Capak,
zanima me koje su vaše procjene o broju umrlih od covid-19 do kraja studenog u Hrvatskoj - je li to 1000 ili 1300 umrlih? Vi imate puno više podataka i bit ću sretan ako na temelju vaših procjena taj broj bude manji. Moja predviđanja o 1500 umrlih do kraja studenog su bazirana na podacima prikazanim u grafovima 1 i 2.
Hrvatska, kao i svi njeni građani, gospodarstvo i obrazovanje trebaju dodatne mjere da se zaštite i da na pametniji način spriječimo širenje virusa i blokadu zdravstvenog sustava. Apeliram da od ponedjeljka uvedete dodatne učinkovite mjere (ne potpuni lockdown, ne policijski sat ali imate cijelu listu mjera na raspolaganju) kako bi se smrtnost smanjila. Molim Vas poslušajte i molbe 6 stručnih udruga od liječnika do epidemiologa koji također zahtijevaju uvođenje pravilnih mjera i brzo djelovanje. Vjerujem da ste upoznati da prema procjeni WHOa, "sveopćim nošenjem maski i strogom kontrolom okupljanja do veljače u Europi možemo spasiti više od 261.000 života".
Dosta pričate o brzim antigenim testovima kao nekoj novoj strategiji Hrvatske.
Dozvolite mi da Vas podsjetim da sam tijekom ljeta apelirao na Vas i Vladu da uvedete više kapaciteta genetskih testiranja te nove tehnologije i brze antigene testove. Na sve to ste se oglušili. Prije par tjedana ste čak javno rekli da brzi antigeni testovi nisu dovoljno dobri za Hrvatsku. Danas govorite suprotno. Mogu prihvatiti da ste promijenili mišljenje no prema vašim najavama nisam siguran da ćete uvesti te brze testove stručno i korisno u borbi protiv covida.
Primjerice, koliki je predviđeni kapacitet antigenih testova koje želite kupiti? Rekli ste da je trošak 150.000 eura. To je oko 37,500 testova (po cijeni od 4 eura). Hoće li to biti dovoljno za naše potrebe ako želimo testirati oko 10.000 ili više dnevno u sadašnjoj fazi širenja virusa. To je kapacitet za manje od 4 dana.
Na kraju kao liječnik duboko vjerujem da ne mislite ono što ste nekoliko puta izrekli: “Epidemiološke mjere ne djeluju nego mogu donijeti čak i više štete“. Potpuno drukčije ste govorili u proljeće kada ste i osobno dokazali da epidemiološke mjera djeluju ako su donesene na vrijeme i budu podržane od građana.
To je bio recept uspjeha Hrvatske u proljeće. Isto možemo postići i danas ali samo ako se budemo oslanjali isključivo na stručne podatke i prestali zbunjivati javnost s netočnim izjavama. Danas je više nego ikada potrebna ozbiljnost i odgovornost Vlade ali i hrabrost da se donesu prave odluke u pravo vrijeme. Hrvatska, kao i njeni građani i gospodarstvo, mogu preživjeti sve mjere zatvaranja (blage, srednje i teške) ako su dobro komunicirane i pripremljene, ali ljude koji su umrli, njih smo izgubili zauvijek. Apeliram stoga na Vas kao i na predsjednika Vlade, da to držite kao prioritet u odlukama i rizicima koje preuzimate, zaključio je.

U Hrvatskoj je vrlo visok porast (5,3 puta) u broju umrlih u periodu srpanj-studeni u usporedbi s veljača-lipanj 2020.
Zašto toliko povećanje? Virus se nije promijenio, i radi se o istoj zemlji. Razlika je jedino u mjerama koje smo primjenjivali tada i danas.
Procjena umrlih do kraja studenog:
Izračunao sam da će broj umrlih rasti tijekom studenog ako se ne donesu potrebne mjere i smanji broj zaraženih. Prema predviđanjima prosječni broj umrlih po dana u studenom je 32 (x31 dan + 546 umrlih do studenog) iznosi 1538 umrlih u Hrvatskoj do kraja studenog.
