Potpredsjednik Vlade Boris Milošević ocijenio je u utorak kako masovni povratak izgnanih Srba na područje teritorija oslobođenog Olujom ″sigurno neće biti″, ali da je poruka Vlade kako će učiniti sve da bi se za to stvorile pretpostavke.
″Masovnog povratka sigurno neće biti, ali treba podržati svakog onog tko se želi vratiti″, rekao je Milošević gostujući u Dnevniku NoveTV.
″Povratak nije stao i danas je Vlada htjela poslati poruku s dolaskom ministrice (regionalnoga razvoja i fondova Europske unije Nataše) Tramišak i (Nikole) Mažara, koji vodi državni ured za obnovu i stambeno zbrinjavanje, da će država pokušati učiniti sve da stvori uvjete, pretpostavke za održiv povratak″, dodao je Milošević.
Kao potpredsjednik Vlade za društvene djelatnosti i ljudska prava, Milošević je u utorak zajedno s predsjednikom Republike Zoranom Milanovićem te potpredsjednikom Vlade i ministrom hrvatskih branitelja Tomom Medvedom i ostalim državnim dužnosnicima u utorak sudjelovao u Gruborima na komemoraciji za srpske civilne žrtve ubijene tijekom i nakon operacije Oluja.
Na pitanje misli da je SDSS mogao više učiniti da se ljudima omogući raniji povratak, Milošević je kazao kako se slaže da je masovni povratak krenuo kasno, tek nakon dvijetisućitih, te da se odvija presporo, ali da "svako vrijeme nosi svoje, svaka je vlada imala neki svoj rezultat u tom povratku", a "mi smo učinili sve što smo mogli u političkom smislu, da upremo da se ljudi vrate, da stvorimo pretpostavke za povratak, da se uloži u te krajeve, ne samo u osnovnu infrastrukturu nego i u socijalnu infrastrukturu i gospodarstvo″.
Što se tiče kritika srpskog ministra obrane Aleksandra Vulina kako je riječ o zakašnjeloj reakciji, potpredsjednik Vlade Milošević kazao je kako mu ta kritika iz Srbije ništa ne znači: ″Najbitnije mi je ono što kažu ljudi na terenu″.
″Meni je, i nakon tih kritika, bilo najbitnije danas razgovarati s ljudima koji su iz Grubora, koji su došli tu, njih desetak, 12, 13, koji su jako bili sretni što smo mi kao državni vrh danas došli u Grubore, koji su pozdravili našu gestu, izložili nam svoje probleme, osjetili da imaju podršku, i mi to povjerenje moramo iskoristiti, tu podršku njima dati″, rekao je Milošević.
Na novinarsko pitanje smatra li da je došlo vrijeme da Srbija prizna da je bila agresor, kazao je kako ne bi previše komentirao komentare krajnje desnice koja ne pozdravlja ni simbolične ljudske geste, već ih ″komentira zlonamjerno, ne samo nedobronamjerno nego, mogao bih reći, i zločesto″. ″Smatram da bi trebali pogledati širi politički spektar koji je pozdravio uključivu politiku, jer mi smo danas iskazali pijetet prema žrtvama, suosjećanje prema obiteljima i osudili zločin. Mislim da bi to trebali napraviti svi na političkoj sceni, naravno, uključujući obje države, i Srbiju i Hrvatsku″, ustvrdio je.
Odgovarajući na pitanje je li njegov odlazak u Knin priznanje Oluje kao vojno-redarstvene akcije, Milošević je kazao kako legitimnost Oluje nikada nije ni bila upitna jer ″uopće nije sporno da je to bio teritorij Republike Hrvatske i da je Republika Hrvatska imala pravo to vratiti pod svoj ustavno-pravni poredak″. Što se tiče mogućnosti njegova sudjelovanja na komemoraciji žrtvama u Vukovaru, Milošević je kazao kako se o tome još nije razgovaralo ali "kad dođe vrijeme razgovarat ćemo i na pravi način ćemo organizirati odlazak u Vukovar i iskazati dužan pijetet vukovarskim žrtvama".
Govoreći o tome koliko će za ljude na ovome području značiti okončanje postupka koji se na sudu u Den Haagu vodi protiv Ratka Mladića, Milošević je ocijenio kako ″Haag sigurno nije donio apsolutnu istinu i pravdu, ali ipak je pridonio da se sudi pojedinim ratnim akterima″. ″Da nije bilo Haaga,ne bi bilo ni suđenja u Hrvatskoj za Grubore. Vezano za sudske postupke, važna je poruka da svaki zločin povlači pojedinačnu odgovornost, odnosno, odgovornost pojedinaca bilo kao neposrednih izvršitelja, bilo kao nalogodavaca, bilo kao planera″, rekao je potpredsjednik Vlade Milošević.

Potpredsjednik Vlade Boris Milošević ocijenio je u utorak kako masovni povratak izgnanih Srba na područje teritorija oslobođenog Olujom ″sigurno neće biti″, ali da je poruka Vlade kako će učiniti sve da bi se za to stvorile pretpostavke.
″Masovnog povratka sigurno neće biti, ali treba podržati svakog onog tko se želi vratiti″, rekao je Milošević gostujući u Dnevniku NoveTV.
″Povratak nije stao i danas je Vlada htjela poslati poruku s dolaskom ministrice (regionalnoga razvoja i fondova Europske unije Nataše) Tramišak i (Nikole) Mažara, koji vodi državni ured za obnovu i stambeno zbrinjavanje, da će država pokušati učiniti sve da stvori uvjete, pretpostavke za održiv povratak″, dodao je Milošević.
Kao potpredsjednik Vlade za društvene djelatnosti i ljudska prava, Milošević je u utorak zajedno s predsjednikom Republike Zoranom Milanovićem te potpredsjednikom Vlade i ministrom hrvatskih branitelja Tomom Medvedom i ostalim državnim dužnosnicima u utorak sudjelovao u Gruborima na komemoraciji za srpske civilne žrtve ubijene tijekom i nakon operacije Oluja.
Na pitanje misli da je SDSS mogao više učiniti da se ljudima omogući raniji povratak, Milošević je kazao kako se slaže da je masovni povratak krenuo kasno, tek nakon dvijetisućitih, te da se odvija presporo, ali da "svako vrijeme nosi svoje, svaka je vlada imala neki svoj rezultat u tom povratku", a "mi smo učinili sve što smo mogli u političkom smislu, da upremo da se ljudi vrate, da stvorimo pretpostavke za povratak, da se uloži u te krajeve, ne samo u osnovnu infrastrukturu nego i u socijalnu infrastrukturu i gospodarstvo″.
Što se tiče kritika srpskog ministra obrane Aleksandra Vulina kako je riječ o zakašnjeloj reakciji, potpredsjednik Vlade Milošević kazao je kako mu ta kritika iz Srbije ništa ne znači: ″Najbitnije mi je ono što kažu ljudi na terenu″.
″Meni je, i nakon tih kritika, bilo najbitnije danas razgovarati s ljudima koji su iz Grubora, koji su došli tu, njih desetak, 12, 13, koji su jako bili sretni što smo mi kao državni vrh danas došli u Grubore, koji su pozdravili našu gestu, izložili nam svoje probleme, osjetili da imaju podršku, i mi to povjerenje moramo iskoristiti, tu podršku njima dati″, rekao je Milošević.
Na novinarsko pitanje smatra li da je došlo vrijeme da Srbija prizna da je bila agresor, kazao je kako ne bi previše komentirao komentare krajnje desnice koja ne pozdravlja ni simbolične ljudske geste, već ih ″komentira zlonamjerno, ne samo nedobronamjerno nego, mogao bih reći, i zločesto″. ″Smatram da bi trebali pogledati širi politički spektar koji je pozdravio uključivu politiku, jer mi smo danas iskazali pijetet prema žrtvama, suosjećanje prema obiteljima i osudili zločin. Mislim da bi to trebali napraviti svi na političkoj sceni, naravno, uključujući obje države, i Srbiju i Hrvatsku″, ustvrdio je.
Odgovarajući na pitanje je li njegov odlazak u Knin priznanje Oluje kao vojno-redarstvene akcije, Milošević je kazao kako legitimnost Oluje nikada nije ni bila upitna jer ″uopće nije sporno da je to bio teritorij Republike Hrvatske i da je Republika Hrvatska imala pravo to vratiti pod svoj ustavno-pravni poredak″. Što se tiče mogućnosti njegova sudjelovanja na komemoraciji žrtvama u Vukovaru, Milošević je kazao kako se o tome još nije razgovaralo ali "kad dođe vrijeme razgovarat ćemo i na pravi način ćemo organizirati odlazak u Vukovar i iskazati dužan pijetet vukovarskim žrtvama".
Govoreći o tome koliko će za ljude na ovome području značiti okončanje postupka koji se na sudu u Den Haagu vodi protiv Ratka Mladića, Milošević je ocijenio kako ″Haag sigurno nije donio apsolutnu istinu i pravdu, ali ipak je pridonio da se sudi pojedinim ratnim akterima″. ″Da nije bilo Haaga,ne bi bilo ni suđenja u Hrvatskoj za Grubore. Vezano za sudske postupke, važna je poruka da svaki zločin povlači pojedinačnu odgovornost, odnosno, odgovornost pojedinaca bilo kao neposrednih izvršitelja, bilo kao nalogodavaca, bilo kao planera″, rekao je potpredsjednik Vlade Milošević.
