Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš poručio je u utorak da je rješenje za akutne probleme nedostatka radiologa u KBC-u Sestre milosrdnice i Klinici za tumore, na upravi KBC-a i kako očekuje da svim pacijentima bude žurno osigurana odgovarajuća medicinska usluga. 

"Rješenje za akutne probleme nedostatka radiologa u KBC-u Sestre milosrdnice kao i u Klinici za tumore, koja je u sastavu te zdravstvene ustanove, je na upravi KBC-a i očekujem da svim pacijentima žurno bude osigurana odgovarajuća medicinska usluga, posebno onkološkim bolesnicima i onima s drugim težim oboljenjima", poručio je Beroš.

Istaknuo je da pacijenti KBC-a Sestre milosrdnice moraju biti iznad organizacijskih problema ustanove. 
Beroš ističe kako pacijenti ne smiju biti uskraćeni za usluge zbog organizacijskih problema niti zbog međuljudskih odnosa.

"Takva moja jasna poruka je upućena ravnatelju i svim njegovim suradnicima odgovornima za upravljanje svim procesima u bolnici. Problem mora biti riješen", poručuje ministar Beroš. 

Pojasniko je da telemedicina daje mogućnost da se usluge, kao što su radiološki nalazi, očitavaju za potrebe više zdravstvenih ustanova na jednom mjestu, te da postojeći broj radiologa može opslužiti sve potrebe bolnica i zdravstvenih ustanova u Hrvatskoj.

Kaže i da je za jedan dio specifičnih specijalističkih očitanja nalaza potrebna nazočnost radiologa u samoj zdravstvenoj ustanovi kod dijagnostičkog pregleda, ali veći dio nalaza moguće je očitati “na daljinu” zahvaljujući tehnološkim mogućnostima prijenosa informacija između ustanova.

Beroš ističe da je dugoročno rješenje problema nedostatka radiologa upravo poticanje prijenosa informacija između ustanova i očitavanja nalaza “na daljinu” čime se dobiva na brzini i učinkovitosti, te povezanosti više stručnjaka u razmjeni informacija i mišljenja, kao i na optimalizaciji troškova.

Kaže da u Hrvatskoj imamo sve više radiologa mlađe generacije s iskustvima rada u kliničkim centrima i zdravstvenim ustanovama koji mogu biti jezgra za stvaranje takvog sustava rada po uzoru na zemlje s razvijenijim i naprednijim zdravstvenim sustavima.

"Stvaranje učinkovitog sustava radioloških usluga na razini cijele zemlje, koji bi mogao učinkovito, kvalitetno i financijski racionalno pružati usluge za veći broj zdravstvenih ustanova koje se susreću s nedostatkom kadrova poput radiologa koji je isplivao na površinu u KBC-u Sestre milosrdnice, neophodan je korak u rješavanju ovakvih i sličnih problema", naglasio je.

Ističe da je kao ministar zdravstva već "potaknuo određene aktivnosti na stvaranju mogućnosti za organizirano pružanje radioloških usluga na tragu iskustava drugih zemalja čija su se rješenja pokazala učinkovitima i ekonomski opravdana, a primjerena su našim potrebama i mogućnostima.

Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš poručio je u utorak da je rješenje za akutne probleme nedostatka radiologa u KBC-u Sestre milosrdnice i Klinici za tumore, na upravi KBC-a i kako očekuje da svim pacijentima bude žurno osigurana odgovarajuća medicinska usluga. 

"Rješenje za akutne probleme nedostatka radiologa u KBC-u Sestre milosrdnice kao i u Klinici za tumore, koja je u sastavu te zdravstvene ustanove, je na upravi KBC-a i očekujem da svim pacijentima žurno bude osigurana odgovarajuća medicinska usluga, posebno onkološkim bolesnicima i onima s drugim težim oboljenjima", poručio je Beroš.

Istaknuo je da pacijenti KBC-a Sestre milosrdnice moraju biti iznad organizacijskih problema ustanove. 
Beroš ističe kako pacijenti ne smiju biti uskraćeni za usluge zbog organizacijskih problema niti zbog međuljudskih odnosa.

"Takva moja jasna poruka je upućena ravnatelju i svim njegovim suradnicima odgovornima za upravljanje svim procesima u bolnici. Problem mora biti riješen", poručuje ministar Beroš. 

Pojasniko je da telemedicina daje mogućnost da se usluge, kao što su radiološki nalazi, očitavaju za potrebe više zdravstvenih ustanova na jednom mjestu, te da postojeći broj radiologa može opslužiti sve potrebe bolnica i zdravstvenih ustanova u Hrvatskoj.

Kaže i da je za jedan dio specifičnih specijalističkih očitanja nalaza potrebna nazočnost radiologa u samoj zdravstvenoj ustanovi kod dijagnostičkog pregleda, ali veći dio nalaza moguće je očitati “na daljinu” zahvaljujući tehnološkim mogućnostima prijenosa informacija između ustanova.

Beroš ističe da je dugoročno rješenje problema nedostatka radiologa upravo poticanje prijenosa informacija između ustanova i očitavanja nalaza “na daljinu” čime se dobiva na brzini i učinkovitosti, te povezanosti više stručnjaka u razmjeni informacija i mišljenja, kao i na optimalizaciji troškova.

Kaže da u Hrvatskoj imamo sve više radiologa mlađe generacije s iskustvima rada u kliničkim centrima i zdravstvenim ustanovama koji mogu biti jezgra za stvaranje takvog sustava rada po uzoru na zemlje s razvijenijim i naprednijim zdravstvenim sustavima.

"Stvaranje učinkovitog sustava radioloških usluga na razini cijele zemlje, koji bi mogao učinkovito, kvalitetno i financijski racionalno pružati usluge za veći broj zdravstvenih ustanova koje se susreću s nedostatkom kadrova poput radiologa koji je isplivao na površinu u KBC-u Sestre milosrdnice, neophodan je korak u rješavanju ovakvih i sličnih problema", naglasio je.

Ministar zdravstva Vili Beroš poručio je u utorak da je rješenje za akutne probleme nedostatka radiologa u KBC-u Sestre milosrdnice i Klinici za tumore, na upravi KBC-a i kako očekuje da svim pacijentima bude žurno osigurana odgovarajuća medicinska usluga. 

"Rješenje za akutne probleme nedostatka radiologa u KBC-u Sestre milosrdnice kao i u Klinici za tumore, koja je u sastavu te zdravstvene ustanove, je na upravi KBC-a i očekujem da svim pacijentima žurno bude osigurana odgovarajuća medicinska usluga, posebno onkološkim bolesnicima i onima s drugim težim oboljenjima", poručio je Beroš.

Istaknuo je da pacijenti KBC-a Sestre milosrdnice moraju biti iznad organizacijskih problema ustanove.
