Vidno shrvanog i utučenog 73-godišnjeg Stevana R., profesionalnog vozača iz Srbije, danas popodne dovela je zagrebačka policija u lisicama na Županijski sud u Velikoj Gorici uz kaznenu prijavu za izazivanje prometne nesreće sa smrtnim ishodom jer je tužiteljstvo tražilo za njega pritvor.

Kako doznajemo, u trenutku naleta na zaustavljeni kombi, 73-godišnjak se kretao brzinom između 70 i 80 kilometara na sat i prošao je alkotest, a u tužiteljstvu kao niti na sudu, nije mogao suspregnuti suze, piše Jutarnji list.

- Žao mi je, najiskrenije mi je žao. Više od 40 godina vozim i nikada nisam imao nikakav prekršaj u prometu a kamoli ovo - izustio je tek kratko vremešni vozač kamiona Stevan R. koji je 10. listopada u 14.16 sati na zaustavnoj traci na autocesti A3 kod zagrebačkih čvorova Jakuševac i Kosnica usmrtio nedužnog 64-godišnjeg vozača koji se, najvjerojatnije, zbog kvara na vozilu zaustavio na spornom traku.

Navedenu trasu navodno dobro poznaje jer surađuje s jednom riječkom tvrtkom, a sudu je ponudio i jamčevinu od 10 tisuća eura koja, međutim, trenutno nije prihvaćena te mu je dežurna sutkinja istrage Županijskog suda u Velikoj Gorici odredila jednomjesečni istražni zatvor s obzirom na to da je strani državljanin pa postoji opasnost od bijega.

Branio se šutnjom, kaznena i prekršajna evidencija su mu sve do trenutka nesreće bile čiste, a kamion kojim je upravljao pod stare dane kako bi si poboljšao kućni budžet poslan je na vještačenje kao i njegov mobitel. Ujedno se čekaju i rezultati vještačenja kombija na koji je naletio kao i obdukcija preminulog muškarca.

Obitelj želi doznati istinu

Kako smo jutros objavili, za osumnjičenog srbijanskog vozača je tijekom policijskog očevida koji je trajao satima na mjestu užasa utvrđeno da je skrivio nesreću navedenog datuma u 14.16 sati kada je teretnjakom srbijanskih nacionalnih oznaka u zaustavnoj traci naletio na kombi i na čovjeka koji je bio pored kombija.

- Obavljenim očevidom kojim je rukovodila zamjenica Općinskog državnog odvjetništva u Velikoj Gorici te prikupljenim obavijestima svjedoka koji su se javili temeljem objavljenih oglasa u medijima od policije utvrđeno je kako je za izazivanje prometne nesreće odgovoran 73-godišnji državljanin Srbije koji je upravljao teretnim automobilom srbijanskih nacionalnih oznaka s priključnim vozilom kojom prilikom je prednjim dijelom teretnog automobila naletio na teretno kombi vozilo zagrebačkih registarskih oznaka koje je bilo zaustavljeno na prometnoj traci za zaustavljanje vozila u nuždi - kažu iz PU zagrebačke navodeći da je vozač kombija u kobnom trenutku bio izvan vozila i njemu, nažalost, nije bilo spasa unatoč promptnoj medicinskoj intervenciji. Obitelji preminulog čovjeka pritvaranje krivca nesreće nije nikakva utjeha a dok se pripremaju za posljednji oproštaj, žele doznati istinu i prave razloge tragedije koja ih je zavila u crno, piše Jutarnji list.

Vidno shrvanog i utučenog 73-godišnjeg Stevana R., profesionalnog vozača iz Srbije, danas popodne dovela je zagrebačka policija u lisicama na Županijski sud u Velikoj Gorici uz kaznenu prijavu za izazivanje prometne nesreće sa smrtnim ishodom jer je tužiteljstvo tražilo za njega pritvor.

Kako doznajemo, u trenutku naleta na zaustavljeni kombi, 73-godišnjak se kretao brzinom između 70 i 80 kilometara na sat i prošao je alkotest, a u tužiteljstvu kao niti na sudu, nije mogao suspregnuti suze, piše Jutarnji list.

ponudio jamčevinu od 10 tisuća eura

- Žao mi je, najiskrenije mi je žao. Više od 40 godina vozim i nikada nisam imao nikakav prekršaj u prometu a kamoli ovo - izustio je tek kratko vremešni vozač kamiona Stevan R. koji je 10. listopada u 14.16 sati na zaustavnoj traci na autocesti A3 kod zagrebačkih čvorova Jakuševac i Kosnica usmrtio nedužnog 64-godišnjeg vozača koji se, najvjerojatnije, zbog kvara na vozilu zaustavio na spornom traku.

Navedenu trasu navodno dobro poznaje jer surađuje s jednom riječkom tvrtkom, a sudu je ponudio i jamčevinu od 10 tisuća eura koja, međutim, trenutno nije prihvaćena te mu je dežurna sutkinja istrage Županijskog suda u Velikoj Gorici odredila jednomjesečni istražni zatvor s obzirom na to da je strani državljanin pa postoji opasnost od bijega.

Branio se šutnjom, kaznena i prekršajna evidencija su mu sve do trenutka nesreće bile čiste, a kamion kojim je upravljao pod stare dane kako bi si poboljšao kućni budžet poslan je na vještačenje kao i njegov mobitel. Ujedno se čekaju i rezultati vještačenja kombija na koji je naletio kao i obdukcija preminulog muškarca.

Obitelj želi doznati istinu

Kako smo jutros objavili, za osumnjičenog srbijanskog vozača je tijekom policijskog očevida koji je trajao satima na mjestu užasa utvrđeno da je skrivio nesreću navedenog datuma u 14.16 sati kada je teretnjakom srbijanskih nacionalnih oznaka u zaustavnoj traci naletio na kombi i na čovjeka koji je bio pored kombija.

- Obavljenim očevidom kojim je rukovodila zamjenica Općinskog državnog odvjetništva u Velikoj Gorici te prikupljenim obavijestima svjedoka koji su se javili temeljem objavljenih oglasa u medijima od policije utvrđeno je kako je za izazivanje prometne nesreće odgovoran 73-godišnji državljanin Srbije koji je upravljao teretnim automobilom srbijanskih nacionalnih oznaka s priključnim vozilom kojom prilikom je prednjim dijelom teretnog automobila naletio na teretno kombi vozilo zagrebačkih registarskih oznaka koje je bilo zaustavljeno na prometnoj traci za zaustavljanje vozila u nuždi - kažu iz PU zagrebačke navodeći da je vozač kombija u kobnom trenutku bio izvan vozila i njemu, nažalost, nije bilo spasa unatoč promptnoj medicinskoj intervenciji. Obitelji preminulog čovjeka pritvaranje krivca nesreće nije nikakva utjeha a dok se pripremaju za posljednji oproštaj, žele doznati istinu i prave razloge tragedije koja ih je zavila u crno, piše Jutarnji list.
