Prije dva dana u Varaždinu je pokopan Nino Čengić, profesor engleskoj jezika koji je brutalno pretučen.
Povodom interesa građana i brojnih upita medija koji se odnose na događaje vezane uz kazneno djelo ubojstva 35-godišnjaka u Varaždinu, Policijska uprava varaždinska izdala je detaljno priopćenje u kojem su opisani svi detalji njihovog postupanja te večeri.
- Kriminalističkim istraživanjem i analizom događaja, utvrđeno je da je dana 29. svibnja 2021. godine oko 4 sata Operativno-komunikacijski centar PU varaždinske zaprimio dvije dojave od anonimnih građana kojima prijavljuju da se u prostoru jedne udruge u Varaždinu, Graberje, krše epidemiološke mjere koje su na snazi. Odmah po prvoj dojavi, na mjesto događaja upućena je ophodnja temeljne policije Policijske postaje Varaždin.
Dolaskom na mjesto događaja, policijski su službenici došli do ulaznih vrata spomenute udruge koja su bila zaključana, a u unutrašnjosti se čula prigušena glazba. Policijski službenici su se na adresi zadržali 30-ak minuta, a cijelo to vrijeme su pokušavali dozvati osobe iz unutrašnjosti, no nitko nije otvarao vrata niti u tom vremenu nitko nije izašao iz objekta dok policijski službenici prema zakonskim odredbama, s obzirom na utvrđene okolnosti nisu imali ovlasti za nasilno ulaženje u objekt.
Prilikom tog postupanja, na prostoru ispred udruge nalazio se i muškarac, za kojeg su provjerili identitet i utvrdili da se radi o oštećenom 35-godišnjaku, a koji je policajcima dao informacije da se u unutrašnjosti objekta krše epidemiološke mjere. Iste prilike nije izjavljivao da se prethodno nalazio u objektu, niti da bi se ranije sukobio sa nekim, dok vidljivih ozljeda nije imao.
Policijski su službenici napustili adresu postupanja zbog drugih zadaća, no o utvrđenom su izrađena pismena temeljem kojih su se trebale prikupiti dodatne informacije i činjenice o okolnostima dojave o kršenju epidemioloških mjera, a temeljem čega bi se o ishodu utvrđenog poduzele odgovarajuće mjere i radnje i obavijestila druga nadležna tijela, dok je 35-godišnjak ostao na istoj adresi.
Istog dana oko 6 sati, Operativno-komunikacijski centar Policijske uprave varaždinske zaprimio je dojavu građanina da u Varaždinu, ulica Graberje, leži ozlijeđena muška osoba bez svijesti. Dolaskom policijskih službenika na mjesto događaja, utvrđeno je da se radi o spomenutom 35-godišnjaku s vidljivim tjelesnim ozljedama. Na mjesto događaja izašla je ekipa Zavoda za hitnu medicinu Varaždinske županije koji su mu pružili hitnu medicinsku pomoć, nakon čega je prevezen u Opću bolnicu Varaždin, gdje je zbog teških ozljeda zadržan na daljnjem liječenju.
Nažalost, u nedjelju, 30. svibnja, uslijed zadobivenih teških ozljeda, 35-godišnjak je preminuo u bolnici.
Provedenim izvidima i kriminalističkim istraživanjem, koje je promptno poduzeto od strane policijskih službenika kriminalističke policije Policijske uprave varaždinske, identificirani su i uhićeni počinitelji navedenog kaznenog djela, pretraženi su domovi i drugi prostori kojima se isti koriste te su po dovršetku kriminalističkog istraživanja predani pritvorskom nadzorniku Policijske uprave varaždinske.
Također se i dalje, u koordinaciji sa Županijskim državnim odvjetništvom u Varaždinu, nastavlja kriminalističko istraživanje u cilju utvrđivanja svih okolnosti ovog kaznenog djela.
U razdoblju od veljače 2020. godine do 29. svibnja 2021. godine, policijski su službenici zaprimili 5 dojava o kršenju epidemioloških mjera u spomenutom objektu te su postupanjem policijskih službenika, u 2 slučaja utvrđene povrede Zakona o zaštiti pučanstva od zaraznih bolesti, u svezi čega je odgovornoj osobi izdan prekršajni nalog. U ostala 3 slučaja nisu utvrđeni elementi prekršaja.
Osim navedenih izdanih prekršajnih naloga, o tim je događajima obavješten Državni inspektorat vezano uz utvrđivanje prekršaja iz njihove nadležnosti zbog obavljanja djelatnosti usluživanja alkoholnih pića suprotno zakonskim propisima- kazali su iz PU varaždinske.

Prije dva dana u Varaždinu je pokopan Nino Čengić, profesor engleskoj jezika koji je brutalno pretučen.
Povodom interesa građana i brojnih upita medija koji se odnose na događaje vezane uz kazneno djelo ubojstva 35-godišnjaka u Varaždinu, Policijska uprava varaždinska izdala je detaljno priopćenje u kojem su opisani svi detalji njihovog postupanja te večeri.
- Kriminalističkim istraživanjem i analizom događaja, utvrđeno je da je dana 29. svibnja 2021. godine oko 4 sata Operativno-komunikacijski centar PU varaždinske zaprimio dvije dojave od anonimnih građana kojima prijavljuju da se u prostoru jedne udruge u Varaždinu, Graberje, krše epidemiološke mjere koje su na snazi. Odmah po prvoj dojavi, na mjesto događaja upućena je ophodnja temeljne policije Policijske postaje Varaždin.
Dolaskom na mjesto događaja, policijski su službenici došli do ulaznih vrata spomenute udruge koja su bila zaključana, a u unutrašnjosti se čula prigušena glazba. Policijski službenici su se na adresi zadržali 30-ak minuta, a cijelo to vrijeme su pokušavali dozvati osobe iz unutrašnjosti, no nitko nije otvarao vrata niti u tom vremenu nitko nije izašao iz objekta dok policijski službenici prema zakonskim odredbama, s obzirom na utvrđene okolnosti nisu imali ovlasti za nasilno ulaženje u objekt.
Prilikom tog postupanja, na prostoru ispred udruge nalazio se i muškarac, za kojeg su provjerili identitet i utvrdili da se radi o oštećenom 35-godišnjaku, a koji je policajcima dao informacije da se u unutrašnjosti objekta krše epidemiološke mjere. Iste prilike nije izjavljivao da se prethodno nalazio u objektu, niti da bi se ranije sukobio sa nekim, dok vidljivih ozljeda nije imao.
Policijski su službenici napustili adresu postupanja zbog drugih zadaća, no o utvrđenom su izrađena pismena temeljem kojih su se trebale prikupiti dodatne informacije i činjenice o okolnostima dojave o kršenju epidemioloških mjera, a temeljem čega bi se o ishodu utvrđenog poduzele odgovarajuće mjere i radnje i obavijestila druga nadležna tijela, dok je 35-godišnjak ostao na istoj adresi.
Istog dana oko 6 sati, Operativno-komunikacijski centar Policijske uprave varaždinske zaprimio je dojavu građanina da u Varaždinu, ulica Graberje, leži ozlijeđena muška osoba bez svijesti. Dolaskom policijskih službenika na mjesto događaja, utvrđeno je da se radi o spomenutom 35-godišnjaku s vidljivim tjelesnim ozljedama. Na mjesto događaja izašla je ekipa Zavoda za hitnu medicinu Varaždinske županije koji su mu pružili hitnu medicinsku pomoć, nakon čega je prevezen u Opću bolnicu Varaždin, gdje je zbog teških ozljeda zadržan na daljnjem liječenju.
Nažalost, u nedjelju, 30. svibnja, uslijed zadobivenih teških ozljeda, 35-godišnjak je preminuo u bolnici.
Provedenim izvidima i kriminalističkim istraživanjem, koje je promptno poduzeto od strane policijskih službenika kriminalističke policije Policijske uprave varaždinske, identificirani su i uhićeni počinitelji navedenog kaznenog djela, pretraženi su domovi i drugi prostori kojima se isti koriste te su po dovršetku kriminalističkog istraživanja predani pritvorskom nadzorniku Policijske uprave varaždinske.
Također se i dalje, u koordinaciji sa Županijskim državnim odvjetništvom u Varaždinu, nastavlja kriminalističko istraživanje u cilju utvrđivanja svih okolnosti ovog kaznenog djela.
U razdoblju od veljače 2020. godine do 29. svibnja 2021. godine, policijski su službenici zaprimili 5 dojava o kršenju epidemioloških mjera u spomenutom objektu te su postupanjem policijskih službenika, u 2 slučaja utvrđene povrede Zakona o zaštiti pučanstva od zaraznih bolesti, u svezi čega je odgovornoj osobi izdan prekršajni nalog. U ostala 3 slučaja nisu utvrđeni elementi prekršaja.
Osim navedenih izdanih prekršajnih naloga, o tim je događajima obavješten Državni inspektorat vezano uz utvrđivanje prekršaja iz njihove nadležnosti zbog obavljanja djelatnosti usluživanja alkoholnih pića suprotno zakonskim propisima- kazali su iz PU varaždinske.
