Policijska uprava dubrovačko-neretvanska danas je na konferenciji za novinare u Villa Palma izvijestila detaljnije o zapljeni 220 kilograma heroina i 62 kilograma kokaina, koji bi na crnom tržištu dosegnuli vrijednost od ukupno 17 milijuna eura. Novinari su doznali kako su akcije zapljene samo rezultat uspješnog niza ove Policijske uprave od ukupno oko 9500 zapljena narkotika u posljednjem desetljeću, a rezultat su iznimne suradnje dubrovačke PU s Ravnateljstvom MUP-a i Upravom Carine, piše Jutarnji list.

Na konferenciji za novinare bili su voditelj Službe kriminaliteta droga PNUSKOK-a u Upravi kriminalističke policije MUP-a Dražen Rastović, načelnik PU dubrovačko-neretvanske Ivan Pavličević, voditelj Službe kriminalističke policije PU dubrovačko- neretvanske Zoran Tikvica i voditelj Službe za mobilne jedinice Carinske uprave Dubrovnik Pero Perić.

Zapljene su, kako je rečeno novinarima, rezultat dvaju, međusobno nepovezanih, kriminalističkih istraživanja sofisticiranih načina krijumčarenja opijata. Riječ je o dosad najvećoj zapljeni heroina u Hrvatskoj, prije koje je rekordna bila ona od 140 kg heroina na graničnom prijelazu Bajakovo 2015. Obje vrste narkotika zaplijenjene su u Luci Ploče.

Heroin je zaplijenjen 11. listopada, a kokain 3. studenog prošle godine. Heroin je bio skriven u olovnim ingotima, pravokutnim odljevima mase 80 tona koji su prevoženi brodom preko Turske. Provjerom je utvrđeno da je u unutrašnjosti polovice ingota bio skriven heroin, pakiran u ukupno 256 paketića. Naravno, heroin je otkriven pretragom broda uz ishođeni nalog suca istrage Županijskog suda u Dubrovniku.

Kokain je u 54 paketića bio skriven u posebno načinjenom čeličnom spremištu koje je bilo magnetom te vijcima pričvršćeno u podmorskom dijelu broda za rasute terete koji je u luku Ploče doplovio iz jedne kolumbijske luke na obali Tihog oceana. Riječ je o teretu ugljena na brodu dužine 220, a širine 30 metara. Čelični se minikontejner nalazio na oko 16 metara ispod površine mora, a otkriven je također uz pribavljeni nalog suca istrage Županijskog suda u Dubrovniku.

Policijskim službenicima PU dubrovačko-neretvanske neizmjernu su pomoć pružili ronioci ATJ-a Lučko i pripadnici Interventne policije iz Splita. Utvrđeno je da su i heroin i kokain izvrsne čistoće, odnosno koncentracije, a bili su namijenjeni zapadnoeuropskom tržištu.

Na temelju izračuna, smatra se da je ovim zapljenama spašeno 110 ljudskih života, a nakon opsežno provedenih kriminalističkih istraga te saslušanja zapovjednika brodova i posade utvrđeno je da nemaju veze s ovom vrstom transporta, nakon čega su brodovi otplovili dalje.

U svim tim aktivnostima pomažu nam u vezi s kriptokomunikacijom između pripadnika zločinačkih organizacija. Mi kontinuirano provodimo aktivnosti, a o rezultatima će te biti informirani, kao i o te dvije izuzetno vrijedne zapljene - rekao nam je voditelj Službe kriminaliteta droga PNUSKOK-a u Upravi kriminalističke policije MUP-a Dražen Rastović.

Na naš izravni upit jesu li DEA i FBI pomogli našem MUP-u u dekodiranju dosad otkrivenih poruka pripadnika zločinačkih organizacija te jesu li te dvije akcije izravni rezultat dekodiranja, Rastović nije ništa odgovorio.

Policijska uprava dubrovačko-neretvanska danas je na konferenciji za novinare u Villa Palma izvijestila detaljnije o zapljeni 220 kilograma heroina i 62 kilograma kokaina, koji bi na crnom tržištu dosegnuli vrijednost od ukupno 17 milijuna eura. Novinari su doznali kako su akcije zapljene samo rezultat uspješnog niza ove Policijske uprave od ukupno oko 9500 zapljena narkotika u posljednjem desetljeću, a rezultat su iznimne suradnje dubrovačke PU s Ravnateljstvom MUP-a i Upravom Carine, piše Jutarnji list.

Na konferenciji za novinare bili su voditelj Službe kriminaliteta droga PNUSKOK-a u Upravi kriminalističke policije MUP-a Dražen Rastović, načelnik PU dubrovačko-neretvanske Ivan Pavličević, voditelj Službe kriminalističke policije PU dubrovačko- neretvanske Zoran Tikvica i voditelj Službe za mobilne jedinice Carinske uprave Dubrovnik Pero Perić.

Zapljene su, kako je rečeno novinarima, rezultat dvaju, međusobno nepovezanih, kriminalističkih istraživanja sofisticiranih načina krijumčarenja opijata. Riječ je o dosad najvećoj zapljeni heroina u Hrvatskoj, prije koje je rekordna bila ona od 140 kg heroina na graničnom prijelazu Bajakovo 2015. Obje vrste narkotika zaplijenjene su u Luci Ploče.

Heroin je zaplijenjen 11. listopada, a kokain 3. studenog prošle godine. Heroin je bio skriven u olovnim ingotima, pravokutnim odljevima mase 80 tona koji su prevoženi brodom preko Turske. Provjerom je utvrđeno da je u unutrašnjosti polovice ingota bio skriven heroin, pakiran u ukupno 256 paketića. Naravno, heroin je otkriven pretragom broda uz ishođeni nalog suca istrage Županijskog suda u Dubrovniku.

Kokain je u 54 paketića bio skriven u posebno načinjenom čeličnom spremištu koje je bilo magnetom te vijcima pričvršćeno u podmorskom dijelu broda za rasute terete koji je u luku Ploče doplovio iz jedne kolumbijske luke na obali Tihog oceana. Riječ je o teretu ugljena na brodu dužine 220, a širine 30 metara. Čelični se minikontejner nalazio na oko 16 metara ispod površine mora, a otkriven je također uz pribavljeni nalog suca istrage Županijskog suda u Dubrovniku.

Policijskim službenicima PU dubrovačko-neretvanske neizmjernu su pomoć pružili ronioci ATJ-a Lučko i pripadnici Interventne policije iz Splita. Utvrđeno je da su i heroin i kokain izvrsne čistoće, odnosno koncentracije, a bili su namijenjeni zapadnoeuropskom tržištu.

Na temelju izračuna, smatra se da je ovim zapljenama spašeno 110 ljudskih života, a nakon opsežno provedenih kriminalističkih istraga te saslušanja zapovjednika brodova i posade utvrđeno je da nemaju veze s ovom vrstom transporta, nakon čega su brodovi otplovili dalje.

Mi kontinuirano provodimo aktivnosti, a o rezultatima će te biti informirani, kao i o te dvije izuzetno vrijedne zapljene - rekao nam je voditelj Službe kriminaliteta droga PNUSKOK-a u Upravi kriminalističke policije MUP-a Dražen Rastović.

Na naš izravni upit jesu li DEA i FBI pomogli našem MUP-u u dekodiranju dosad otkrivenih poruka pripadnika zločinačkih organizacija te jesu li te dvije akcije izravni rezultat dekodiranja, Rastović nije ništa odgovorio.
