Tužiteljstvo je tražilo da se nad njim odredi istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti od utjecaja na svjedoke i ponavljanje nedjela.

Nakon privođenja i ispitivanja prije desetak dana, sudac istrage odredio je mjeru opreza, pa se 67-godišnjak ne smije približavati svjedocima i ne smije komunicirati s njima, što je uvjet da ostane na slobodi. Na njegovu odluku žalilo se Županijsko državno odvjetništvo koje je smatralo kako postoji opasnost da će osumnjičenik ponoviti kazneno djelo jer živi u istoj zgradi gdje i maloljetnice te da će utjecati na svjedoke koji će davati iskaz u istrazi.

Malodobnice u dobi od 13 i 17 godina žive same s bakom, a radi se o djeci s posebnim potrebama. Njihov susjed sumnjiči se za spolno zlostavljanje i iskorištavanje djeteta, te zadovoljavanje pohote pred djetetom i upoznavanje djece s pornografijom. Jednu od curica namamio je u svoj stan i prikazivao joj pornofilmove, a tužitelji strahuju kako postoji mogućnost da je imao i spolni odnos s jednom od žrtava.

Izvanraspravno vijeće smatra kako je bespredmetno odrediti istražni zatvor kako bi se izbjegao utjecaj na svjedoke jer je već prošlo više od 10 dana od uhićenja, te je osumnjičenik imao dovoljno vremena za ometanje istrage. Tvrde i kako ne postoji opasnost da će ponoviti kazneno djelo, jer osoba ima zdravstvenih problema i otežano se kreće.

Tužiteljstvo je tražilo da se nad njim odredi istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti od utjecaja na svjedoke i ponavljanje nedjela.

Nakon privođenja i ispitivanja prije desetak dana, sudac istrage odredio je mjeru opreza, pa se 67-godišnjak ne smije približavati svjedocima i ne smije komunicirati s njima, što je uvjet da ostane na slobodi. Na njegovu odluku žalilo se Županijsko državno odvjetništvo koje je smatralo kako postoji opasnost da će osumnjičenik ponoviti kazneno djelo jer živi u istoj zgradi gdje i maloljetnice te da će utjecati na svjedoke koji će davati iskaz u istrazi.

Malodobnice u dobi od 13 i 17 godina žive same s bakom, a radi se o djeci s posebnim potrebama. Njihov susjed sumnjiči se za spolno zlostavljanje i iskorištavanje djeteta, te zadovoljavanje pohote pred djetetom i upoznavanje djece s pornografijom. Jednu od curica namamio je u svoj stan i prikazivao joj pornofilmove, a tužitelji strahuju kako postoji mogućnost da je imao i spolni odnos s jednom od žrtava.

Izvanraspravno vijeće smatra kako je bespredmetno odrediti istražni zatvor kako bi se izbjegao utjecaj na svjedoke jer je već prošlo više od 10 dana od uhićenja, te je osumnjičenik imao dovoljno vremena za ometanje istrage. Tvrde i kako ne postoji opasnost da će ponoviti kazneno djelo, jer osoba ima zdravstvenih problema i otežano se kreće.
