Danas je nastavljeno suđenje Smiljani Srnec za ubojstvo sestre Jasmine Dominić, čije tijelo je u veljači pronađeno u zamrzivaču u obiteljskoj kući u Palovcu.
Rasprava je počela u 9 sati na Županijskom sudu u Varaždinu, a trebao je svjedočiti Smiljanin suprug Ivan. No na pitanje suca želi li svjedočiti, rekao je, kako prenosi Jutarnji list, da ne želi i napustio sudnicu. Nije tražio troškove dolaska na sud. Na izlasku je razmijenio poglede sa svojom suprugom.
On je, naime, iskoristio zakonsku blagodat i odbio svjedočiti. Trebao je svjedočiti još prošli tjedan, ali se nije pojavio. Sudu je telefonski javio da ne može doći zbog posla.
Ivan Srnec je tijekom istrage, kako piše Index, bio na poligrafskom testiranju zbog sumnje da ima saznanja o Jasmininom nestanku. Policijski je službenik rekao da je od Ivana Srneca saznao da su mu postavljena neugodna pitanja te je prekinuo poligrafsko testiranje.
Sudac je nastavio s čitanjem nalaza koji se odnosi na identifikaciju žrtve. Pregledane su i fotografije koje je kći Smiljane Srnec slala policajki Silviji Maraković, a na njima se nalazi unutrašnjost škrinje.
Smiljanin branitelj je, kako piše Index, ukazao na detalj s fotografija s obdukcije, a to je sijeda vlas koja je pronađena na desnoj ruci na tijelu Jasmine. Tvrdi kako Jasmina, u trenutku kada je ubijena, nije imala sijedu kosu. Sugerirao je kako bi na toj vlasi mogao biti DNK ubojice i zapitao se zašto ta vlas nije evidentirana i istražena.
Pročitan je i alkotest Jasmine u kojem je ustanovljena prisutnost 0,1 promila alkohola.

Danas je nastavljeno suđenje Smiljani Srnec za ubojstvo sestre Jasmine Dominić, čije tijelo je u veljači pronađeno u zamrzivaču u obiteljskoj kući u Palovcu.
Rasprava je počela u 9 sati na Županijskom sudu u Varaždinu, a trebao je svjedočiti Smiljanin suprug Ivan. No na pitanje suca želi li svjedočiti, rekao je, kako prenosi Jutarnji list, da ne želi i napustio sudnicu. Nije tražio troškove dolaska na sud. Na izlasku je razmijenio poglede sa svojom suprugom.
On je, naime, iskoristio zakonsku blagodat i odbio svjedočiti. Trebao je svjedočiti još prošli tjedan, ali se nije pojavio. Sudu je telefonski javio da ne može doći zbog posla.
Ivan Srnec je tijekom istrage, kako piše Index, bio na poligrafskom testiranju zbog sumnje da ima saznanja o Jasmininom nestanku. Policijski je službenik rekao da je od Ivana Srneca saznao da su mu postavljena neugodna pitanja te je prekinuo poligrafsko testiranje.
Sudac je nastavio s čitanjem nalaza koji se odnosi na identifikaciju žrtve. Pregledane su i fotografije koje je kći Smiljane Srnec slala policajki Silviji Maraković, a na njima se nalazi unutrašnjost škrinje.
Smiljanin branitelj je, kako piše Index, ukazao na detalj s fotografija s obdukcije, a to je sijeda vlas koja je pronađena na desnoj ruci na tijelu Jasmine. Tvrdi kako Jasmina, u trenutku kada je ubijena, nije imala sijedu kosu. Sugerirao je kako bi na toj vlasi mogao biti DNK ubojice i zapitao se zašto ta vlas nije evidentirana i istražena.
Pročitan je i alkotest Jasmine u kojem je ustanovljena prisutnost 0,1 promila alkohola.
