Na uvjetnu kaznu zatvora od osam mjeseci uz rok kušnje od dvije godine osuđen je 41-godišnjak sa splitskog područja koji je tijekom četiri godine ostao dužan ukupno 93.000 kuna alimentacije za svoje maloljetne kćeri.

Dio je platio prije presude, a ako u roku od šest mjeseci od pravomoćnosti presude ne uplati ostatak od 42.000 kuna, uvjetna kazna će se opozvati te ide u zatvor.

Postupak se proveo na temelju optužnice Općinskog državnog odvjetništva koja ga je teretila za povredu prava uzdržavanja. Kako stoji u optužnici, 41-godišnjak od kraja 2016. do početka ove godine nije mjesečno plaćao iznose od 1.200 kuna za jednu te 1.100 kuna za drugu kćer.

Navedeni iznosi su određeni presudom iz 2015. godine u kojoj se procijenio iznos alimentacije po pojedinom djetetu. Kako tijekom nekoliko godina 41-godišnjak nije izvršavao svoju obavezu, u rujnu 2018. godine je protiv njega podignuta optužnica koja je naknadno nadopunjena razdobljem do ove godine.

Ukupno je ostao dužan za alimentaciju više od 93.000 kuna. Nakon pokretanja kaznenog postupka 41-godišnjak je platio dio od oko 51.000 kuna. Tijekom suđenja na Dračevcu je priznao da je još ostao dužan malo više od 42.000 kuna.

Nije se izjasnio da je postojala ijedna okolnost koja bi ga onemogućavala u izvršavanju obveze, a nije dovodio u pitanje ni svoju radnu sposobnost i mogućnost zarađivanja.

Bivša supruga, majka djevojčica je potvrdila kako je platio dio duga.

Slijedom svega navedenog sud ga je proglasio krivim i odredio mu uvjetnu kaznu. Kao olakotna okolnost mu se uračunalo što je podmirio više od pola iznosa.

Međutim, u presudi je izrečena i posebna obveza da za pola godine od pravomoćnosti isplati jednoj kćeri 19.500 kuna i drugog 22.700 kuna inače će uvjetna kazna biti opozvana. Istom odlukom Općinskog suda u Splitu dužan je nadoknaditi i troškove sudskog postupka u iznosu od 500 kuna.

Na uvjetnu kaznu zatvora od osam mjeseci uz rok kušnje od dvije godine osuđen je 41-godišnjak sa splitskog područja koji je tijekom četiri godine ostao dužan ukupno 93.000 kuna alimentacije za svoje maloljetne kćeri.

Dio je platio prije presude, a ako u roku od šest mjeseci od pravomoćnosti presude ne uplati ostatak od 42.000 kuna, uvjetna kazna će se opozvati te ide u zatvor.

Postupak se proveo na temelju optužnice Općinskog državnog odvjetništva koja ga je teretila za povredu prava uzdržavanja. Kako stoji u optužnici, 41-godišnjak od kraja 2016. do početka ove godine nije mjesečno plaćao iznose od 1.200 kuna za jednu te 1.100 kuna za drugu kćer.

Navedeni iznosi su određeni presudom iz 2015. godine u kojoj se procijenio iznos alimentacije po pojedinom djetetu. Kako tijekom nekoliko godina 41-godišnjak nije izvršavao svoju obavezu, u rujnu 2018. godine je protiv njega podignuta optužnica koja je naknadno nadopunjena razdobljem do ove godine.

Ukupno je ostao dužan za alimentaciju više od 93.000 kuna. Nakon pokretanja kaznenog postupka 41-godišnjak je platio dio od oko 51.000 kuna. Tijekom suđenja na Dračevcu je priznao da je još ostao dužan malo više od 42.000 kuna.

Nije se izjasnio da je postojala ijedna okolnost koja bi ga onemogućavala u izvršavanju obveze, a nije dovodio u pitanje ni svoju radnu sposobnost i mogućnost zarađivanja.

Bivša supruga, majka djevojčica je potvrdila kako je platio dio duga.

Slijedom svega navedenog sud ga je proglasio krivim i odredio mu uvjetnu kaznu. Kao olakotna okolnost mu se uračunalo što je podmirio više od pola iznosa.

Međutim, u presudi je izrečena i posebna obveza da za pola godine od pravomoćnosti isplati jednoj kćeri 19.500 kuna i drugog 22.700 kuna inače će uvjetna kazna biti opozvana. Istom odlukom Općinskog suda u Splitu dužan je nadoknaditi i troškove sudskog postupka u iznosu od 500 kuna.

Muškarac sa splitskog područja godinama nije plaćao alimentaciju za svoje kćeri, sad im mora isplatiti gotovo 100 tisuća kuna ili ide u zatvor

Na uvjetnu kaznu zatvora od osam mjeseci uz rok kušnje od dvije godine osuđen je 41-godišnjak sa splitskog područja koji je tijekom četiri godine ostao dužan ukupno 93.000 kuna alimentacije za svoje maloljetne kćeri.

Dio je platio prije presude, a ako u roku od šest mjeseci od pravomoćnosti presude ne uplati ostatak od 42.000 kuna, uvjetna kazna će se opozvati te ide u zatvor.

Postupak se proveo na temelju optužnice Općinskog državnog odvjetništva koja ga je teretila za povredu prava uzdržavanja. Kako stoji u optužnici, 41-godišnjak od kraja 2016. do početka ove godine nije mjesečno plaćao iznose od 1.200 kuna za jednu te 1.100 kuna za drugu kćer.

Navedeni iznosi su određeni presudom iz 2015. godine u kojoj se procijenio iznos alimentacije po pojedinom djetetu. Kako...
