Dragan (40) je pravomoćno osuđen zbog bludnih radnji koje je počinio prema susjedi Štefici (28) koju je povezao automobilom i dirao po intimnim dijelovima.

Prema presudi, on je u listopadu u poslijepodnevnim satima Štefici nanio duševne boli te joj okaljao dostojanstvo, čast i ugled počinivši kazneno djelo protiv spolne slobode – bludnom radnjom. Sve se dogodilo na području Međimurja.

“U cilju zadovoljenja spolnog nagona, za vrijeme vožnje svoju desnu ruku stavio je na njezinu lijevu nogu, rekao joj da je lijepa, da mu se sviđa i da će biti njegova. Ponudio joj 300 kuna za spolni odnos te ju upitao zašto radi teške poslove, kada bi novac mogla zaraditi na lakši način.

Potom je desnu ruku pomaknuo prema njezinom međunožju, a kada je ona odmaknula njegovu ruku, rekla mu da prestane i počela plakati, svoju desnu ruku stavio ispod njezine veste te ju uhvatio za desnu dojku”, navodi se u presudi.

No, žrtva je tog časa otvorila vrata automobila pa je vozač morao usporiti. Potom je iskočila iz vozila i pobjegla cestom. Pritom je naletjela na poznanika koji je tog časa u polju bio na kombajnu i koji je kasnije svjedočio na sudu o nemilom događaju.

“Vidio sam da je zašla iz auta van i počela vikat upomoć, upomoć. Skočila je gore na kombajn i počela nam je to pričati, da je taj čovjek ju počeo pipat, svašta ono… I onda je ona tražila pomoć od nas da joj damo neki mobitel da nazove svog dečka, bila je uplašena jako, plakala je”, potvrdio je svjedok.

Dragan je pravomoćno osuđen na sedam mjeseci zatvora uvjetno. Štefici mora platiti 11.000 kuna odštete za duševne boli i povredu dostojanstva, časti i ugleda.

Dragan (40) je pravomoćno osuđen zbog bludnih radnji koje je počinio prema susjedi Štefici (28) koju je povezao automobilom i dirao po intimnim dijelovima.

Prema presudi, on je u listopadu u poslijepodnevnim satima Štefici nanio duševne boli te joj okaljao dostojanstvo, čast i ugled počinivši kazneno djelo protiv spolne slobode – bludnom radnjom. Sve se dogodilo na području Međimurja.

“U cilju zadovoljenja spolnog nagona, za vrijeme vožnje svoju desnu ruku stavio je na njezinu lijevu nogu, rekao joj da je lijepa, da mu se sviđa i da će biti njegova. Ponudio joj 300 kuna za spolni odnos te ju upitao zašto radi teške poslove, kada bi novac mogla zaraditi na lakši način.

Potom je desnu ruku pomaknuo prema njezinom međunožju, a kada je ona odmaknula njegovu ruku, rekla mu da prestane i počela plakati, svoju desnu ruku stavio ispod njezine veste te ju uhvatio za desnu dojku”, navodi se u presudi.

No, žrtva je tog časa otvorila vrata automobila pa je vozač morao usporiti. Potom je iskočila iz vozila i pobjegla cestom. Pritom je naletjela na poznanika koji je tog časa u polju bio na kombajnu i koji je kasnije svjedočio na sudu o nemilom događaju.

“Vidio sam da je zašla iz auta van i počela vikat upomoć, upomoć. Skočila je gore na kombajn i počela nam je to pričati, da je taj čovjek ju počeo pipat, svašta ono… I onda je ona tražila pomoć od nas da joj damo neki mobitel da nazove svog dečka, bila je uplašena jako, plakala je”, potvrdio je svjedok.

Dragan je pravomoćno osuđen na sedam mjeseci zatvora uvjetno. Štefici mora platiti 11.000 kuna odštete za duševne boli i povredu dostojanstva, časti i ugleda.

Dragan (40) je pravomoćno osuđen zbog bludnih radnji koje je počinio prema susjedi Štefici (28) koju je povezao automobilom i dirao po intimnim dijelovima.

Prema presudi, on je u listopadu u poslijepodnevnim satima Štefici nanio duševne boli te joj okaljao dostojanstvo, čast i ugled počinivši kazneno djelo protiv spolne slobode – bludnom radnjom. Sve se dogodilo na području Međimurja.

“U cilju zadovoljenja spolnog nagona, za vrijeme vožnje svoju desnu ruku stavio je na njezinu lijevu nogu, rekao joj da je lijepa, da mu se sviđa i da će biti njegova. Ponudio joj 300 kuna za spolni odnos te ju upitao zašto radi teške poslove, kada bi novac mogla zaraditi na lakši način.

Potom je desnu ruku pomaknuo prema njezinom međunožju, a kada je ona odmaknula njegovu ruku, rekla...
