Voditeljica odjela za anesteziologiju i reanimaciju Tajana Milanović Robina u bolnici u Novoj Gradiški za N1 pojasnila je kako je izgledao prijem teško ozlijeđene dvoipolgodišnje djevojčice u njihovu bolnicu. Djevojčica je nakon prijema u bolnicu u Novoj Gradiški u srijedu prebačena u zagrebačku Kliniku za dječje bolesti Klaićeva i u izuzetno je kritičnom stanju.
“Dijete je u našu ustanovu dovezeno u izrazito kritičnom stanju, blijede kože, komatozna, bez svijesti, ugroženih vitalnih funkcija, usporene srčane aktivnosti i rijetkih, spontanih udisaja. Pristupilo se oživljavanju od strane pedijatra, te od anesteziološkog-reanimacijskog tima, te smo nakon inicijalne stabilizacije i zbrinjavanja djeteta učinili kompletnu laboratorijsku i CTG dijagnostiku, a potom je djevojčica smještena u našu jedinicu intenzivnog liječenja da bismo terapijskim postupcima spriječili moguće intenzivne ozljede mozga”, rekla je Tajana Milanović Robina.
Ozljede koje dijete ima su opasne po život, ali izvana se nije vidjelo da su takvog karaktera, dok nisu napravili CTG dijagnostiku, istaknula je.
“Djevojčica je došla u dosta zapuštenom stanju. Očito je odrastala u higijenskim uvjetima nižih mjera. Na koži smo prvo posumnjali na svrab, na skabijes, ali bilo je prioritetnijih situacija zbog kojih je došla u bolnicu, pa nismo ulazili u dijagnoze dermatološkog stanja.
Po tijelu je bilo nešto hematoma na potkoljenicama, ali na to nismo puno obraćali pažnju, jer smo se posvećivali neurotraumi”, dodala je doktorica.
Ona je s djevojčicom išla u pratnju, a uz njih je bio i tehničar.
“Pred bolnicom su bili i otac i majka. Nismo ulazili u detalje, roditeljima je rečeno da nas slijede svojim vozilom. Prvo je bitno bilo zbrinuti dijete, a u detalje događaja nismo ulazili.
Bilo je evidentno da je to životno ugrožavajuća situacija i tome smo pristupili kao i uvijek kada rješavamo neurotraume. Dijete je odmah nakon oživljavanja u postupku KPR-a intubirano, sedirano i praćen je protokol zbrinjavanja neurotraume”, rekla je Milanović Robina.
Opskrba lijekovima u njihovoj bolnici, tj. na njezinom odjelu, je bez zastoja.
“Na odjelu intenzivnog liječenja sve funkcionira kako treba, nismo osjetili nestašicu”, rekla je Milanović Robina.

Voditeljica odjela za anesteziologiju i reanimaciju Tajana Milanović Robina u bolnici u Novoj Gradiški za N1 pojasnila je kako je izgledao prijem teško ozlijeđene dvoipolgodišnje djevojčice u njihovu bolnicu. Djevojčica je nakon prijema u bolnicu u Novoj Gradiški u srijedu prebačena u zagrebačku Kliniku za dječje bolesti Klaićeva i u izuzetno je kritičnom stanju.
“Dijete je u našu ustanovu dovezeno u izrazito kritičnom stanju, blijede kože, komatozna, bez svijesti, ugroženih vitalnih funkcija, usporene srčane aktivnosti i rijetkih, spontanih udisaja. Pristupilo se oživljavanju od strane pedijatra, te od anesteziološkog-reanimacijskog tima, te smo nakon inicijalne stabilizacije i zbrinjavanja djeteta učinili kompletnu laboratorijsku i CTG dijagnostiku, a potom je djevojčica smještena u našu jedinicu intenzivnog liječenja da bismo terapijskim postupcima spriječili moguće intenzivne ozljede mozga”, rekla je Tajana Milanović Robina.
Ozljede koje dijete ima su opasne po život, ali izvana se nije vidjelo da su takvog karaktera, dok nisu napravili CTG dijagnostiku, istaknula je.
“Djevojčica je došla u dosta zapuštenom stanju. Očito je odrastala u higijenskim uvjetima nižih mjera. Na koži smo prvo posumnjali na svrab, na skabijes, ali bilo je prioritetnijih situacija zbog kojih je došla u bolnicu, pa nismo ulazili u dijagnoze dermatološkog stanja.
Po tijelu je bilo nešto hematoma na potkoljenicama, ali na to nismo puno obraćali pažnju, jer smo se posvećivali neurotraumi”, dodala je doktorica.
Ona je s djevojčicom išla u pratnju, a uz njih je bio i tehničar.
“Pred bolnicom su bili i otac i majka. Nismo ulazili u detalje, roditeljima je rečeno da nas slijede svojim vozilom. Prvo je bitno bilo zbrinuti dijete, a u detalje događaja nismo ulazili.
Bilo je evidentno da je to životno ugrožavajuća situacija i tome smo pristupili kao i uvijek kada rješavamo neurotraume. Dijete je odmah nakon oživljavanja u postupku KPR-a intubirano, sedirano i praćen je protokol zbrinjavanja neurotraume”, rekla je Milanović Robina.
Opskrba lijekovima u njihovoj bolnici, tj. na njezinom odjelu, je bez zastoja.
“Na odjelu intenzivnog liječenja sve funkcionira kako treba, nismo osjetili nestašicu”, rekla je Milanović Robina.
