Obnovljivi izvori energije sve su značajniji u hrvatskom energetskom miksu, a lokalne zajednice postaju sve značajniji faktor u njihovom razvitku. Tim povodom razgovarali smo s Antom Renićem, direktorom razvoja projekta tvrtke VSB Obnovljiva Energija Hrvatska d.o.o.

Kakva je trenutna situacija u Hrvatskoj glede razvoja obnovljivih izvora energije?

Prvi zakonski okvir koji je omogućio razvoj obnovljivih izvora energije donesen je još 2001. no kako je to bila nova i nepoznate tehnologija trebalo je dosta vremena i truda da se prihvati kako u stručnim krugovima tako i od zajednica na čijim su terenima razvijani prvi projekti. Danas imamo oko 1 GW instalirane snage uglavnom vjetroelektrana, ali stav stručne javnosti, a i lokalnih zajednica drastično je promijenjen na bolje. Isto tako i nova zakonska regulativa ide u smjeru lakšeg razvoja takvih projekata.

Trebaju li nama ti obnovljivi izvori energije?

Pa ako želimo uhvatiti korak s razvijenim zemljama i iskoristiti prirodni potencijal kojim obilujemo onda nam trebaju. Obnovljivi izvori energije omogućuju nam pravu energetsku neovisnost, jer nam nitko ne može zaustaviti vjetar i sunce i to je mnogo zemalja već shvatilo i krenulo u brzi razvoj te tehnologije. Dobar primjer je Njemačka koja iz svojih solarnih sustava proizvodi više od ukupne hrvatske potrošnje električne energije, a naš solarni potencijal je znatno veći od njihovog. Uz to takvi projekti nose sa sobom ulaganja u infrastrukturu, za njihov razvoj nužna su stručna i dobro plaćena radna mjesta, sve ono što nam nasušno treba.

Može li se samo s malim, krovnim solarima postići zacrtani ciljevi?

Naše stanovništvo velikom većinom živi u gradovima tako da smo prilično ograničeni u količini malih sustava koje možemo instalirati, te je tako nemoguće zadovoljiti sve naše potrebe. O potrebama elektrifikacije prometa i industrije da ne pričamo. Kako bi postigli visoke ciljeve dekarbonizacije i iskoristili naš veliki potencijal nužno je razvijati sustave svih veličina. Sad su mogući mali kućni sustavi, moguće su energetske zajednice i naravno veliki sustavi. Oni se međusobno ne isključuju i svi su nam potrebni, mali mogu pokrivati osobnu potrošnju, dok veliki mogu zadovoljavati potrebe sve veće elektrifikacije.

Što lokalne zajednice imaju od razvoja projekata na njihovom području?

Lokalne zajednice postižu višestruke benefite. Aktiviraju zemljišta koja ničemu ne služe, ubiru komunalnu naknadu, ubiru zakonsku energetsku rentu koja može biti značajan dio njihovog proračuna, zapošljavaju dio stanovništva, stvaraju preduvjete za dolazak druge prerađivačke industrije. Zemljište se ne devastira, ne zagađuju okoliš, a na kraju ti projekti traju oko 20 godina i nakon toga se to zemljište može ponovo koristiti i za neku drugu namjenu.

Kakav je odnos vaše tvrtke prema lokalnim zajednicama?

VSB Grupa već skoro trideset godina razvija projekte vjetroelektrana i sunčanih elektrana, te je za nas suradnja s lokalnom zajednicom krucijalna i nezaobilazna u razvoju takvih projekata. Svjesni smo da te lokalne zajednice podnose najveći teret i zato odnos mora biti iskren i otvoren od početka. Moram istaknuti da su u zadnje vrijeme svi kontakti s čelnicima lokalnih zajednica izuzetno pozitivni, nikom više ne treba posebno objašnjavati prednosti razvoja projekata na njihovom području i čini mi se da smo na dobrom putu primjene neškodljive tehnologije u cilju dekarbonizacije i općeg napretka našeg društva.

Obnovljivi izvori energije sve su značajniji u hrvatskom energetskom miksu, a lokalne zajednice postaju sve značajniji faktor u njihovom razvitku. Tim povodom razgovarali smo s Antom Renićem, direktorom razvoja projekta tvrtke VSB Obnovljiva Energija Hrvatska d.o.o.

Kakva je trenutna situacija u Hrvatskoj glede razvoja obnovljivih izvora energije?

Prvi zakonski okvir koji je omogućio razvoj obnovljivih izvora energije donesen je još 2001. no kako je to bila nova i nepoznate tehnologija trebalo je dosta vremena i truda da se prihvati kako u stručnim krugovima tako i od zajednica na čijim su terenima razvijani prvi projekti. Danas imamo oko 1 GW instalirane snage uglavnom vjetroelektrana, ali stav stručne javnosti, a i lokalnih zajednica drastično je promijenjen na bolje. Isto tako i nova zakonska regulativa ide u smjeru lakšeg razvoja takvih projekata.

Trebaju li nama ti obnovljivi izvori energije?

Pa ako želimo uhvatiti korak s razvijenim zemljama i iskoristiti prirodni potencijal kojim obilujemo onda nam trebaju. Obnovljivi izvori energije omogućuju nam pravu energetsku neovisnost, jer nam nitko ne može zaustaviti vjetar i sunce i to je mnogo zemalja već shvatilo i krenulo u brzi razvoj te tehnologije. Dobar primjer je Njemačka koja iz svojih solarnih sustava proizvodi više od ukupne hrvatske potrošnje električne energije, a naš solarni potencijal je znatno veći od njihovog. Uz to takvi projekti nose sa sobom ulaganja u infrastrukturu, za njihov razvoj nužna su stručna i dobro plaćena radna mjesta, sve ono što nam nasušno treba.

Može li se samo s malim, krovnim solarima postići zacrtani ciljevi?

Naše stanovništvo velikom većinom živi u gradovima tako da smo prilično ograničeni u količini malih sustava koje možemo instalirati, te je tako nemoguće zadovoljiti sve naše potrebe. O potrebama elektrifikacije prometa i industrije da ne pričamo. Kako bi postigli visoke ciljeve dekarbonizacije i iskoristili naš veliki potencijal nužno je razvijati sustave svih veličina. Sad su mogući mali kućni sustavi, moguće su energetske zajednice i naravno veliki sustavi. Oni se međusobno ne isključuju i svi su nam potrebni, mali mogu pokrivati osobnu potrošnju, dok veliki mogu zadovoljavati potrebe sve veće elektrifikacije.

Što lokalne zajednice imaju od razvoja projekata na njihovom području?

Lokalne zajednice postižu višestruke benefite. Aktiviraju zemljišta koja ničemu ne služe, ubiru komunalnu naknadu, ubiru zakonsku energetsku rentu koja može biti značajan dio njihovog proračuna, zapošljavaju dio stanovništva, stvaraju preduvjete za dolazak druge prerađivačke industrije. Zemljište se ne devastira, ne zagađuju okoliš, a na kraju ti projekti traju oko 20 godina i nakon toga se to zemljište može ponovo koristiti i za neku drugu namjenu.

Kakav je odnos vaše tvrtke prema lokalnim zajednicama?

VSB Grupa već skoro trideset godina razvija projekte vjetroelektrana i sunčanih elektrana, te je za nas suradnja s lokalnom zajednicom krucijalna i nezaobilazna u razvoju takvih projekata. Svjesni smo da te lokalne zajednice podnose najveći teret i zato odnos mora biti iskren i otvoren od početka. Moram istaknuti da su u zadnje vrijeme svi kontakti s čelnicima lokalnih zajednica izuzetno pozitivni, nikom više ne treba posebno objašnjavati prednosti razvoja projekata na njihovom području i čini mi se da smo na dobrom putu primjene neškodljive tehnologije u cilju dekarbonizacije i općeg napretka našeg društva.

Obnovljivi izvori energije sve su značajniji u hrvatskom energetskom miksu, a lokalne zajednice postaju sve značajniji faktor u njihovom razvitku. Tim povodom razgovarali smo s Antom Renićem, direktorom razvoja projekta tvrtke VSB Obnovljiva Energija Hrvatska d.o.o.

Kakva je trenutna situacija u Hrvatskoj glede razvoja obnovljivih izvora energije?

Prvi zakonski okvir koji je omogućio razvoj obnovljivih izvora energije donesen je još 2001. no kako je to bila nova i nepoznate tehnologija trebalo je dosta vremena i truda da se prihvati kako u stručnim krugovima tako i od zajednica na čijim su terenima razvijani prvi projekti.
