U skladu sa sveopćim stanjem na svjetskoj razini, globalna se panika zbog pandemije reflektira i na tržište nekretnina. Iako su, prema podacima oglasnika za nekretnine Crozilla.com, cijene kuća i stanova više no prijašnjih godina, nastavak takve situacije trenutačno je pod velikim upitnikom.

Slabljenje tržišta i smanjenje potražnje, prema ranije odigranom scenariju, otprije desetak godina, moglo bi utjecati i na cijene nekretnina. Valja računati kako u ovom trenutku potražnja za nekretninama nije potpuno prestala u svim dijelovima zemlje, pa na oglasniku Crozilla.com i dalje ima upita i interesa za najam i kupnju nekretnina, što pokazuje kako je unatoč teškom stanju optimizam još uvijek prisutan među građanima.

Većina upita preko tog oglasnika odnosi se na stanove za prodaju, od kojih je većina, oko 30 posto, bila još prije deset dana na one u Zagrebu, a zatim na one u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji, piše Novac.hr.

No za Zagreb je nakon potresa i to sada dovedeno u pitanje. Potencijalni strani kupci, uglavnom iz Njemačke, koji su u zadnje vrijeme slali upite za nekretnine s oglasnika Crozilla.com, uglavnom su se raspitivali za kuće koje se prodaju na području Istarske i Primorsko-goranske županije, no razgledavanje nekretnina u ovoj je fazi odgođeno do nekog sigurnijeg razdoblja.

Posrednici, investitori, prodavatelji, iznajmljivači te drugi sudionici tržišta nekretnina svjesni su trenutačnog stanja i suočeni su s otkazivanjem razgledavanja objekata, odgađanjem potpisivanja ugovora te nizom drugih problema.

- Ravnamo se u skladu s preporukama Kriznog stožera. Radimo od kuće, a razgledavanja nekretnina odgođena su do daljnjeg - komentirala je Ivana Čikić iz zagrebačke agencije za nekretnine Dom ekspert, te dodala kako sada ne primaju nove nekretnine u ponudu, već završavaju ranije dogovorene poslove.

- Interes za nekretninama već je i prije potresa drastično pao, smanjen je barem 70 posto - dodala je Čikić.

Ivan Bižanović, vlasnik i direktor agencije Lika nekretnine, za Crozilla.com rekao je kako su u njihovoj agenciji otkazani svi termini za razgledavanje za 4. i 5. mjesec, i to najmanje 20 potencijalnih klijenata.

- Upita nema, ured je zatvoren, radimo od kuće, situacija je vrlo teška i komplicirana - rekao je Bižanović.

Njegova su se ranija predviđanja o teškoj 2020. godini, kako kaže, na žalost, obistinila.

- Koronavirus za sobom povlači sve - od turizma, ulaganja u nekretnine, do upitne ljetne sezone, kada nam je promet najveći - kaže on.

Zbog navedenog lanca Bižanović očekuje pad cijena nekretnina, kao i izuzetno tešku ovu, ali i sljedeću godinu, za koje smatra da će biti teže i od 2008. godine, piše Novac.hr.

- Puno će nam više vremena trebati da stanemo na noge, a mnoge male agencije zatvorit će se jer je nemoguće plaćati najam prostora, režije, plaće, oglase… - smatra.

U skladu sa sveopćim stanjem na svjetskoj razini, globalna se panika zbog pandemije reflektira i na tržište nekretnina. Iako su, prema podacima oglasnika za nekretnine Crozilla.com, cijene kuća i stanova više no prijašnjih godina, nastavak takve situacije trenutačno je pod velikim upitnikom.

Slabljenje tržišta i smanjenje potražnje, prema ranije odigranom scenariju, otprije desetak godina, moglo bi utjecati i na cijene nekretnina. Valja računati kako u ovom trenutku potražnja za nekretninama nije potpuno prestala u svim dijelovima zemlje, pa na oglasniku Crozilla.com i dalje ima upita i interesa za najam i kupnju nekretnina, što pokazuje kako je unatoč teškom stanju optimizam još uvijek prisutan među građanima.

Većina upita preko tog oglasnika odnosi se na stanove za prodaju, od kojih je većina, oko 30 posto, bila još prije deset dana na one u Zagrebu, a zatim na one u Splitsko-dalmatinskoj županiji, piše Novac.hr.

No za Zagreb je nakon potresa i to sada dovedeno u pitanje. Potencijalni strani kupci, uglavnom iz Njemačke, koji su u zadnje vrijeme slali upite za nekretnine s oglasnika Crozilla.com, uglavnom su se raspitivali za kuće koje se prodaju na području Istarske i Primorsko-goranske županije, no razgledavanje nekretnina u ovoj je fazi odgođeno do nekog sigurnijeg razdoblja.

Posrednici, investitori, prodavatelji, iznajmljivači te drugi sudionici tržišta nekretnina svjesni su trenutačnog stanja i suočeni su s otkazivanjem razgledavanja objekata, odgađanjem potpisivanja ugovora te nizom drugih problema.

- Ravnamo se u skladu s preporukama Kriznog stožera. Radimo od kuće, a razgledavanja nekretnina odgođena su do daljnjeg - komentirala je Ivana Čikić iz zagrebačke agencije za nekretnine Dom ekspert, te dodala kako sada ne primaju nove nekretnine u ponudu, već završavaju ranije dogovorene poslove.

- Interes za nekretninama već je i prije potresa drastično pao, smanjen je barem 70 posto - dodala je Čikić.

Ivan Bižanović, vlasnik i direktor agencije Lika nekretnine, za Crozilla.com rekao je kako su u njihovoj agenciji otkazani svi termini za razgledavanje za 4. i 5. mjesec, i to najmanje 20 potencijalnih klijenata.

- Upita nema, ured je zatvoren, radimo od kuće, situacija je vrlo teška i komplicirana - rekao je Bižanović.

Njegova su se ranija predviđanja o teškoj 2020. godini, kako kaže, na žalost, obistinila.

- Koronavirus za sobom povlači sve - od turizma, ulaganja u nekretnine, do upitne ljetne sezone, kada nam je promet najveći - kaže on.

Zbog navedenog lanca Bižanović očekuje pad cijena nekretnina, kao i izuzetno tešku ovu, ali i sljedeću godinu, za koje smatra da će biti teže i od 2008. godine, piše Novac.hr.

- Puno će nam više vremena trebati da stanemo na noge, a mnoge male agencije zatvorit će se jer je nemoguće plaćati najam prostora, režije, plaće, oglase… - smatra.

U skladu sa sveopćim stanjem na svjetskoj razini, globalna se panika zbog pandemije reflektira i na tržište nekretnina. Iako su, prema podacima oglasnika za nekretnine Crozilla.com, cijene kuća i stanova više no prijašnjih godina, nastavak takve situacije trenutačno je pod velikim upitnikom.

Slabljenje tržišta i smanjenje potražnje, prema ranije odigranom scenariju, otprije desetak godina, moglo bi utjecati i na cijene nekretnina. Valja računati kako u ovom trenutku potražnja za nekretninama nije potpuno prestala u svim dijelovima zemlje, pa na oglasniku Crozilla.com i dalje ima upita i interesa za najam i kupnju nekretnina, što pokazuje kako je unatoč teškom stanju optimizam još uvijek prisutan među građanima.
