Japanska Toyota, najveći svjetski proizvođač automobila, objavila je da je obustavila prodaju modela lexus HS250h, jer je tijekom testova koje je obavila američka agencija za sigurnost vozila došlo do izlijevanja prevelike količine goriva.

Udarcem u stražnji dio vozila dolazi do izlijevanja goriva, zbog čega se automobil može lako pretvoriti u buktinju.

Toyota, koja je ove godine platila rekordnu kaznu od 16,4 milijuna dolara zbog nepoštovanja propisa o sigurnosti u vožnji, uputila je pismo američkoj Nacionalnoj upravi za sigurnost u prometu da povlači oko 17.000 luksuznih HS250h, proizvedenih ove godine.

Uprava je otkrila kvar prilikom probnih sudara, kad je pri simulaciji udarca u stražnji dio vozila pri brzini od 80 kilometara na sat došlo do okretanja i podizanja automobila, te je otkriveno curenje goriva.

Glasnogovornik Toyote u SAD-u Brian Lyons istaknuo je da kompanija nije dobila ni jedan izvještaj o nesrećama ili ozljedama prouzročenim tim nedostatkom, ali nije naveo što će kompanija poduzeti da bi se problem riješio.

Japanska Toyota, najveći svjetski proizvođač automobila, objavila je da je obustavila prodaju modela lexus HS250h, jer je tijekom testova koje je obavila američka agencija za sigurnost vozila došlo do izlijevanja prevelike količine goriva.

Udarcem u stražnji dio vozila dolazi do izlijevanja goriva, zbog čega se automobil može lako pretvoriti u buktinju.

Toyota, koja je ove godine platila rekordnu kaznu od 16,4 milijuna dolara zbog nepoštovanja propisa o sigurnosti u vožnji, uputila je pismo američkoj Nacionalnoj upravi za sigurnost u prometu da povlači oko 17.000 luksuznih HS250h, proizvedenih ove godine.

Uprava je otkrila kvar prilikom probnih sudara, kad je pri simulaciji udarca u stražnji dio vozila pri brzini od 80 kilometara na sat došlo do okretanja i podizanja automobila, te je otkriveno curenje goriva.

Glasnogovornik Toyote u SAD-u Brian Lyons istaknuo je da kompanija nije dobila ni jedan izvještaj o nesrećama ili ozljedama prouzročenim tim nedostatkom, ali nije naveo što će kompanija poduzeti da bi se problem riješio.

Toyota prekinula prodaju hibridnog lexusa

Japanska Toyota, najveći svjetski proizvođač automobila, objavila je da je obustavila prodaju modela lexus HS250h, jer je tijekom testova koje je obavila američka agencija za sigurnost vozila došlo do izlijevanja prevelike količine goriva.
