Predsjednik uprave Raiffeisen banke Michael Müller podnio je danas ostavku nakon što je otkriveno da je banka natječajem tražila PR-ovce za vršenje pritiska na Ustavni sud i druge hrvatske sudove, javlja Index koji je i otkrio aferu.

Michale Müller je na vlastiti zahtjev podnio neopozivu ostavku na mjesto predsjednika Uprave Raiffeisen banke, a vezano uz negativnu percepciju javnosti oko pozivnog natječaja za odabir PR agencije, priopćili su iz Raiffeisen banke.

- Svjestan sam snažnog negativnog dojma koji je nastao oko Raiffeisen banke i njezinog menadžmenta te naglašavam kako predmetni dokument ni na koji način ne odražava namjeru menadžmenta Banke. Kao profesionalni menadžer, odlučio sam odstupiti sa svoje pozicije kako bih spriječio daljnju reputacijsku štetu banci - poručio je sad već bivši šef RBA.  

- Prihvatio sam ostavku Michaela Müllera kao znak njegovog odgovornog stava, te mu se zahvaljujem na dugogodišnjem radu i doprinosu Raiffeisen banci i RBI grupaciji. Naglasio bih kako se RBI i Raiffeisen banka zalažu za zakonitost, visoke etičke standarde i povjerenje - izjavio je Andreas Gschwenter, predsjednik Nadzornog odbora Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d. i član Uprave matične banke Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI).

U ovom prijelaznom razdoblju, Liana Keserić, iskusna članica tima Uprave Raiffeisen banke bit će vršiteljica dužnosti predsjednika Uprave Banke, po odobrenju Hrvatske narodne banke, poručili su iz Raiffeisen banke.

Predsjednik uprave Raiffeisen banke Michael Müller podnio je danas ostavku nakon što je otkriveno da je banka natječajem tražila PR-ovce za vršenje pritiska na Ustavni sud i druge hrvatske sudove, javlja Index koji je i otkrio aferu.

Michale Müller je na vlastiti zahtjev podnio neopozivu ostavku na mjesto predsjednika Uprave Raiffeisen banke, a vezano uz negativnu percepciju javnosti oko pozivnog natječaja za odabir PR agencije, priopćili su iz Raiffeisen banke.

- Svjestan sam snažnog negativnog dojma koji je nastao oko Raiffeisen banke i njezinog menadžmenta te naglašavam kako predmetni dokument ni na koji način ne odražava namjeru menadžmenta Banke. Kao profesionalni menadžer, odlučio sam odstupiti sa svoje pozicije kako bih spriječio daljnju reputacijsku štetu banci - poručio je sad već bivši šef RBA.  

- Prihvatio sam ostavku Michaela Müllera kao znak njegovog odgovornog stava, te mu se zahvaljujem na dugogodišnjem radu i doprinosu Raiffeisen banci i RBI grupaciji. Naglasio bih kako se RBI i Raiffeisen banka zalažu za zakonitost, visoke etičke standarde i povjerenje - izjavio je Andreas Gschwenter, predsjednik Nadzornog odbora Raiffeisenbank Austria d.d. i član Uprave matične banke Raiffeisen Bank International (RBI).

U ovom prijelaznom razdoblju, Liana Keserić, iskusna članica tima Uprave Raiffeisen banke bit će vršiteljica dužnosti predsjednika Uprave Banke, po odobrenju Hrvatske narodne banke, poručili su iz Raiffeisen banke.
