Iako je Ustavni sud zabranu rada nedjeljom u vrijeme lockdowna proglasio protuustavnom, ova tema opet je u središtu pozornosti.

Nakon što je ovo proljeće većina građana (71 posto) podržavala zabranu rada nedjeljom, MojPosao je najnovijom anketom, u kojoj je sudjelovalo više od 700 ispitanika, odlučio provjeriti smatraju li građani da će možebitno ograničavanje, odnosno zabrana rada nedjeljom poslodavce natjerati na otpuštanje dijela zaposlenika.

Polovica ispitanika (51%) smatra kako zabrana ne bi rezultirala masovnijim dijeljenjem otkaza jer je u trgovinama ionako prisutan manjak radnika koji uz to rade i prekovremeno.

'Mediji su zadnjih tjedana objavljivali prijetnje poslodavaca o potencijalnim otpuštanjima 10-15.000 radnika ako se uvede neradna nedjelja. No, takve izjave su uobičajene u situacijama kad radnici traže svoja prava.

Trgovine su do sada manjak radnika nadoknađivale zapošljavanjem studenata i umirovljenika, kao i velikim brojem prekovremenih sati koje su odrađivali zaposleni radnici, a uvođenjem neradne nedjelje ne bi se smanjio fond sati nego bi se umanjio broj prekovremenih koje radnici sada odrađuju“, komentira jedan ispitanik, a drugi dodaje:

'Trgovački udio u bruto godišnjem prometu neće se smanjiti uvođenjem neradne nedjelje. Doći će jedino do preraspodjele i djelomičnog rasterećenja radne snage. Dakle neće biti kolateralnih žrtava, kao što pojedine interesne skupine to pokušavaju prikazati.'

S druge strane, podjednak broj ljudi (49%) ipak vjeruje da će uvođenjem zabrane doći do otpuštanja radnika, i to prvenstveno zbog toga što bi manja satnica dovela do manje potrebe za radnicima.

„Čista matematika, jedan radni dan manje, zarada manja“, tvrdi jedan ispitanik.

Dio građana tvrdi da bi se radnici u slučaju uvođenja zabrane mogli preraspodijeliti i da su ionako pretrpani poslom, ali da do toga neće doći, već su izgledniji otkazi.

„Ne bi bilo u redu radi jednog dana smanjiti broj radnika, ali moguće da će poslodavci otpuštanjem iskazati svoj revolt“, poručuju.

Iako je Ustavni sud zabranu rada nedjeljom u vrijeme lockdowna proglasio protuustavnom, ova tema opet je u središtu pozornosti.

Nakon što je ovo proljeće većina građana (71 posto) podržavala zabranu rada nedjeljom, MojPosao je najnovijom anketom, u kojoj je sudjelovalo više od 700 ispitanika, odlučio provjeriti smatraju li građani da će možebitno ograničavanje, odnosno zabrana rada nedjeljom poslodavce natjerati na otpuštanje dijela zaposlenika.

Polovica ispitanika (51%) smatra kako zabrana ne bi rezultirala masovnijim dijeljenjem otkaza jer je u trgovinama ionako prisutan manjak radnika koji uz to rade i prekovremeno.

'Mediji su zadnjih tjedana objavljivali prijetnje poslodavaca o potencijalnim otpuštanjima 10-15.000 radnika ako se uvede neradna nedjelja. No, takve izjave su uobičajene u situacijama kad radnici traže svoja prava.

Trgovine su do sada manjak radnika nadoknađivale zapošljavanjem studenata i umirovljenika, kao i velikim brojem prekovremenih sati koje su odrađivali zaposleni radnici, a uvođenjem neradne nedjelje ne bi se smanjio fond sati nego bi se umanjio broj prekovremenih koje radnici sada odrađuju“, komentira jedan ispitanik, a drugi dodaje:

'Trgovački udio u bruto godišnjem prometu neće se smanjiti uvođenjem neradne nedjelje. Doći će jedino do preraspodjele i djelomičnog rasterećenja radne snage. Dakle neće biti kolateralnih žrtava, kao što pojedine interesne skupine to pokušavaju prikazati.'

S druge strane, podjednak broj ljudi (49%) ipak vjeruje da će uvođenjem zabrane doći do otpuštanja radnika, i to prvenstveno zbog toga što bi manja satnica dovela do manje potrebe za radnicima.

„Čista matematika, jedan radni dan manje, zarada manja“, tvrdi jedan ispitanik.

Dio građana tvrdi da bi se radnici u slučaju uvođenja zabrane mogli preraspodijeliti i da su ionako pretrpani poslom, ali da do toga neće doći, već su izgledniji otkazi.

„Ne bi bilo u redu radi jednog dana smanjiti broj radnika, ali moguće da će poslodavci otpuštanjem iskazati svoj revolt“, poručuju.

Iako je Ustavni sud zabranu rada nedjeljom u vrijeme lockdowna proglasio protuustavnom, ova tema opet je u središtu pozornosti.

Nakon što je ovo proljeće većina građana (71 posto) podržavala zabranu rada nedjeljom, MojPosao je najnovijom anketom, u kojoj je sudjelovalo više od 700 ispitanika, odlučio provjeriti smatraju li građani da će možebitno ograničavanje, odnosno zabrana rada nedjeljom poslodavce natjerati na otpuštanje dijela zaposlenika.

Polovica ispitanika (51%) smatra kako zabrana ne bi rezultirala masovnijim dijeljenjem otkaza jer je u trgovinama ionako prisutan manjak radnika koji uz to rade i prekovremeno.

'Mediji su zadnjih tjedana objavljivali prijetnje poslodavaca o potencijalnim otpuštanjima 10-15.000 radnika ako se uvede neradna nedjelja. No, takve izjave...
