Nakon što se saznalo da se jedan od njihovih zaposlenika zarazio koronavirusom tisuću i pol inženjera zagrebačke centrale Ericsson Nikole Tesle poslano je svojim kućama. Bilo je tu nesnalaženja i gubljenja, ali odluka je ipak donesena. Umjesto u uredu, do daljnjeg će raditi iz svog doma.

Nije ova praksa ništa revolucionarno, zbog opasnosti od širenja koronavirusa ona se već primjenjuje u tvrtkama širom svijeta. 

Rad od kuće, kako to pokazuju podaci s platforme Sentieo, doživio je nagli skok u popularnosti. U veljači prošle godine fraza „rad od kuće“ u javno objavljenim poslovnim dokumentima na engleskom jeziku spomenuta je samo četiri puta, a ove veljače je broj spominjanja već skočio na – 77.

Točan postotak ljudi koji u Hrvatskoj rade iz udobnosti svog doma je teško naći, ali prema podacima Eurostata u Europskoj uniji oko pet posto zaposlenih radi od kuće.  

Da Hrvatima ovaj način rada nije mrzak pokazuje i ranije objavljeno istraživanje tvrtke Regus prema kojem u Hrvatskoj dvije petine rukovoditelja fleksibilno radi najmanje polovicu tjedna (40 posto), a čak 37 posto ispitanika vjeruje da mlađi zaposlenici postaju odgovorniji ako rade s udaljene lokacije.

Zbog panike koju stvara širenje koronavirusa ovaj bi trend mogao bi dobiti novi zamah. Sad sve zapravo ovisi o trajanju epidemije - što duže radnici provedu radeći izvan ureda to će rad od kuće postajati izglednija opcija za budućnost.

Naravno, ne pružaju svi poslovi ovu mogućnost. Radnici u uslužnim i sličnim djelatnostima teško mogu iti sanjati o radu od kuće, ali za ostale ovo može predstavljati alternativu osmosatnom sjedenju za uredskim stolom.

Nisu radne navike jedino na što je utjecao koronavirus. Zbog širenja epidemije burze diljem svijeta bilježe pad, nagoviješta se i pad BDP-a u zemljama pogođenima virusom, a pate i proizvođači automobila i mobitela. Međutim, neke tvrtke bilježe i rast.

Među njima su kompanije koje se bave ili surađuju sa zdravstvenim sustavima i prodajom zlata, ali i Zoom i Slack - tvrtke koje su vlasnice softvere za online poslovnu komunikaciju.

Rad od kuće, kako to pokazuju podaci s platforme Sentieo, doživio je nagli skok u popularnosti. U veljači prošle godine fraza „rad od kuće“ u javno objavljenim poslovnim dokumentima na engleskom jeziku spomenuta je samo četiri puta, a ove veljače je broj spominjanja već skočio na – 77.

Točan postotak ljudi koji u Hrvatskoj rade iz udobnosti svog doma je teško naći, ali prema podacima Eurostata u Europskoj uniji oko pet posto zaposlenih radi od kuće.  

Da Hrvatima ovaj način rada nije mrzak pokazuje i ranije objavljeno istraživanje tvrtke Regus prema kojem u Hrvatskoj dvije petine rukovoditelja fleksibilno radi najmanje polovicu tjedna (40 posto), a čak 37 posto ispitanika vjeruje da mlađi zaposlenici postaju odgovorniji ako rade s udaljene lokacije.

Zbog panike koju stvara širenje koronavirusa ovaj bi trend mogao bi dobiti novi zamah. Sad sve zapravo ovisi o trajanju epidemije - što duže radnici provedu radeći izvan ureda to će rad od kuće postajati izglednija opcija za budućnost.

Naravno, ne pružaju svi poslovi ovu mogućnost. Radnici u uslužnim i sličnim djelatnostima teško mogu iti sanjati o radu od kuće, ali za ostale ovo može predstavljati alternativu osmosatnom sjedenju za uredskim stolom.

Nisu radne navike jedino na što je utjecao koronavirus. Zbog širenja epidemije burze diljem svijeta bilježe pad, nagoviješta se i pad BDP-a u zemljama pogođenima virusom, a pate i proizvođači automobila i mobitela. Međutim, neke tvrtke bilježe i rast.

Među njima su kompanije koje se bave ili surađuju sa zdravstvenim sustavima i prodajom zlata, ali i Zoom i Slack - tvrtke koje su vlasnice softvere za online poslovnu komunikaciju.
