Turistički sektor vjeruje da će iduća sezona biti bolja od ovogodišnje, no bit će izuzetno zahtjevna, a ključno će i dalje biti epidemiološko stanje, poručuje direktor Hrvatske udruge turizma (HUT) Veljko Ostojić.

"Unatoč financijski izuzetno teškoj situaciji i drugim eksternim faktorima koji će utjecati na rezultat 2021. poput cijepljenja, mjera ograničavanja kretanja, do epidemiološke situacije u zemlji, nadamo se kako će turizam s iskustvom iz 2020. postići dobar rezultat. Pokazali smo da znamo kvalitetno funkcionirati i u ekstremnim uvjetima, pa gajimo opravdani optimizam za iduću godinu", rekao je Ostojić za Hinu.

S oko 50 posto ostvarenih turističkih noćenja iz 2019., hrvatski turizam je do pred kraj 2020. zabilježio nešto bolji rezultat u usporedbi s mnogim zemljama i ukupnim padom na globalnoj razini koji se kreće od 70 do 80 posto u odnosu na prošlu godinu.

Glavna prednost Hrvatske - autodestinacija

Važnu ulogu pritom imali su hotelijeri i kampovi, ali i drugi u sektoru turizma i ugostiteljstva s odgovornim pridržavanjem i provođenjem svih propisanih protupandemijskih mjera za zaposlenike, turiste i u samim objektima, zbog čega, kako kaže Ostojić, ove godine nije zabilježen nijedan slučaj zaraze u komercijalnim smještajnim objektima.

"Vjerujemo da će se tako nastaviti i u 2021., a ako se ostvari niz sigurnosno-epidemioloških pretpostavki, prvi jači turistički promet moguć je za Uskrs, početkom travnja, za što su hotelijeri spremni", kaže Ostojić.

Dodaje da će i u 2021. glavna prednost Hrvatske biti što je autodestinacija, te da su stoga i dalje naša ključna emitivna tržišta njemačko, austrijsko, slovensko i poljsko.

Poduprijeti likvidnost i zadržati radna mjesta

Ostojić se nada nastavku dobre suradnje s vladom i drugim institucijama, posebice u kreiranju i provedbi novih mjera.
Kaže da su hotelijeri do sada izuzetno zadovoljni brzinom vladine reakcije i donesenim mjerama te da će u 2021. ključno biti osiguravanje likvidnih sredstava, kao preduvjeta preživljavanja do početka ostvarivanja značajnijih vlastitih prihoda, kao i zadržavanje mjera za očuvanje radnih mjesta svakako do početka sezone.

Upozorava da će konkurencija biti aktivnija nego u 2020., ali i da Hrvatska, ako se kvalitetno pripremi, može i treba ostati najpoželjnija mediteranska destinacija.

U tom kontekstu smatra da bi važnu ulogu trebao imati nedavno osnovani Savjet za oporavak turizma u Ministarstvu turizma i sporta.

Investicije spremne, ali na čekanju

O ishodu iduće sezone, ali i epidemiološkoj situaciji, EU sredstvima i novim zakonskim odredbama, ovisit će i kada će hotelijeri i drugi u sektoru turizma krenuti u jače investicije, od kojih su mnoge zbog pandemije odgođene za neko bolje vrijeme i teško da će se pokretati 2021. godine.

HUT je od svojih članica-najvećih hotelskih kompanija i grupacija u Hrvatskoj prikupio podatke koji pokazuju oko 25 milijardi kuna spremnih investicijskih projekata u različitim fazama pripreme, iznosi Ostojić. Najviše ih je planirano za podizanje kvalitete, ali ima i ulaganja u infrastrukturu, digitalni razvoj i zeleno gospodarstvo.

"Više smo puta isticali kako vjerujemo da će europska sredstva za oporavak biti u najvećoj mjeri usmjerena privatnom sektoru i očekujemo da već početkom ljeta budu raspisani prvi natječaji. Očekujemo i da se nove mogućnosti otvore i donošenjem Zakona o poticanju ulaganja koji predviđa izmjenu NUTS regija, te bi u tom slučaju mnoge zaustavljene, ali i nove investicije, mogle krenuti. Ako se to ne dogodi, onda će biti potrebno čekati tek 2022.", kaže Ostojić.

Otkriva i da će odluku o investicijama kompanije donositi većinom u lipnju i srpnju, kada već bude poznat okvir sezone, a europska sredstva stavljena na raspolaganje i kada se donese investicijski poticajan zakon o poticaju ulaganja.

Važno da nova strategija razvoja turizma bude provediva, a ne 'mrtvo slovo'

Komentirajući najavu izrade nove nacionalne razvojne strategije za razdoblje do 2030., a koja se planira izrađivati u 2021., direktor HUT-a naglašava da bi njeni ključni ciljevi trebali biti podizanje konkurentnosti i održivosti kroz formuliranje strateškog koncepta s planom budućih turističkih proizvoda, redefinicijom koncepata funkcioniranja vodećih turističkih destinacija, definiranjem modela unapređenje smještajne strukture, integriranjem projekata turističke i agroindustrije te reformiranjem marketinškog sustava zemlje.

Upozorava da će od presudnog značaja biti da strategija ne postane mrtvo slovo na papiru, te da zato treba izraditi detaljne provedbene planove, uz konsenzus ključnih dionika u sektoru i kontinuirani nadzor ostvarivanja zacrtanih ciljeva.

"Unatoč financijski izuzetno teškoj situaciji i drugim eksternim faktorima koji će utjecati na rezultat 2021. poput cijepljenja, mjera ograničavanja kretanja, do epidemiološke situacije u zemlji, nadamo se kako će turizam s iskustvom iz 2020. postići dobar rezultat. Pokazali smo da znamo kvalitetno funkcionirati i u ekstremnim uvjetima, pa gajimo opravdani optimizam za iduću godinu", rekao je Ostojić za Hinu.

S oko 50 posto ostvarenih turističkih noćenja iz 2019., hrvatski turizam je do pred kraj 2020. zabilježio nešto bolji rezultat u usporedbi s mnogim zemljama i ukupnim padom na globalnoj razini koji se kreće od 70 do 80 posto u odnosu na prošlu godinu.

Glavna prednost Hrvatske - autodestinacija

Važnu ulogu pritom imali su hotelijeri i kampovi, ali i drugi u sektoru turizma i ugostiteljstva s odgovornim pridržavanjem i provođenjem svih propisanih protupandemijskih mjera za zaposlenike, turiste i u samim objektima, zbog čega, kako kaže Ostojić, ove godine nije zabilježen nijedan slučaj zaraze u komercijalnim smještajnim objektima.

"Vjerujemo da će se tako nastaviti i u 2021., a ako se ostvari niz sigurnosno-epidemioloških pretpostavki, prvi jači turistički promet moguć je za Uskrs, početkom travnja, za što su hotelijeri spremni", kaže Ostojić.

Dodaje da će i u 2021. glavna prednost Hrvatske biti što je autodestinacija, te da su stoga i dalje naša ključna emitivna tržišta njemačko, austrijsko, slovensko i poljsko.

Poduprijeti likvidnost i zadržati radna mjesta

Ostojić se nada nastavku dobre suradnje s vladom i drugim institucijama, posebice u kreiranju i provedbi novih mjera.
Kaže da su hotelijeri do sada izuzetno zadovoljni brzinom vladine reakcije i donesenim mjerama te da će u 2021. ključno biti osiguravanje likvidnih sredstava, kao preduvjeta preživljavanja do početka ostvarivanja značajnijih vlastitih prihoda, kao i zadržavanje mjera za očuvanje radnih mjesta svakako do početka sezone.

Upozorava da će konkurencija biti aktivnija nego u 2020., ali i da Hrvatska, ako se kvalitetno pripremi, može i treba ostati najpoželjnija mediteranska destinacija.

U tom kontekstu smatra da bi važnu ulogu trebao imati nedavno osnovani Savjet za oporavak turizma u Ministarstvu turizma i sporta.

Investicije spremne, ali na čekanju

O ishodu iduće sezone, ali i epidemiološkoj situaciji, EU sredstvima i novim zakonskim odredbama, ovisit će i kada će hotelijeri i drugi u sektoru turizma krenuti u jače investicije, od kojih su mnoge zbog pandemije odgođene za neko bolje vrijeme i teško da će se pokretati 2021. godine.

HUT je od svojih članica-najvećih hotelskih kompanija i grupacija u Hrvatskoj prikupio podatke koji pokazuju oko 25 milijardi kuna spremnih investicijskih projekata u različitim fazama pripreme, iznosi Ostojić. Najviše ih je planirano za podizanje kvalitete, ali ima i ulaganja u infrastrukturu, digitalni razvoj i zeleno gospodarstvo.

"Više smo puta isticali kako vjerujemo da će europska sredstva za oporavak biti u najvećoj mjeri usmjerena privatnom sektoru i očekujemo da već početkom ljeta budu raspisani prvi natječaji. Očekujemo i da se nove mogućnosti otvore i donošenjem Zakona o poticanju ulaganja koji predviđa izmjenu NUTS regija, te bi u tom slučaju mnoge zaustavljene, ali i nove investicije, mogle krenuti. Ako se to ne dogodi, onda će biti potrebno čekati tek 2022.", kaže Ostojić.

Otkriva i da će odluku o investicijama kompanije donositi većinom u lipnju i srpnju, kada već bude poznat okvir sezone, a europska sredstva stavljena na raspolaganje i kada se donese investicijski poticajan zakon o poticaju ulaganja.

Važno da nova strategija razvoja turizma bude provediva, a ne 'mrtvo slovo'

Komentirajući najavu izrade nove nacionalne razvojne strategije za razdoblje do 2030., a koja se planira izrađivati u 2021., direktor HUT-a naglašava da bi njeni ključni ciljevi trebali biti podizanje konkurentnosti i održivosti kroz formuliranje strateškog koncepta s planom budućih turističkih proizvoda, redefinicijom koncepata funkcioniranja vodećih turističkih destinacija, definiranjem modela unapređenje smještajne strukture, integriranjem projekata turističke i agroindustrije te reformiranjem marketinškog sustava zemlje.

Upozorava da će od presudnog značaja biti da strategija ne postane mrtvo slovo na papiru, te da zato treba izraditi detaljne provedbene planove, uz konsenzus ključnih dionika u sektoru i kontinuirani nadzor ostvarivanja zacrtanih ciljeva.

Turistički sektor vjeruje da će iduća sezona biti bolja od ovogodišnje, no bit će izuzetno zahtjevna, a ključno će i dalje biti epidemiološko stanje, poručuje direktor Hrvatske udruge turizma (HUT) Veljko Ostojić.
