Vladinu odluku o odgodi plaćanja doprinosa, poreza na dobit i dohodak treba pozdraviti, to je dobra odluka.

Tako je prof. Drago Jakovčević reagirao na najavu premijera Andreja Plenkovića da će odgoditi plaćanje dvaju poreza, onog na dohodak i poreza na dobit te doprinosa na račun središnjeg proračuna koji će nadomjestiti novac koji bude nedostajao zbog odgode.

Prof. Jakovčević nam je kazao da će ova odluka pomoći likvidnosti poduzetnika. Naravno, više će pomoći onima koji su manje pogođeni posljedicama epidemije koronavirusa, a manje onima koji trenutačno nemaju nijednog gosta ili ih neće ni imati idućih mjeseci, no makar im neće stajati nad glavom obveze po porezima i doprinosima.

- Pomoći će to poduzetnicima mnogo jer će im održati likvidnost. Ako im dospijeva porezna obveza po porezu na dohodak i porezu na dobit, koju ne moraju platiti nego se ta obveza odgađa, onda će imati likvidnost i ne moraju se izlagati odljevu prema državi. To je važno. Problem su krediti koji dospijevaju na naplatu jer je bankovni sustav privatiziran i banke će te rate odgoditi uz državna jamstva. To država ne može napraviti jer tolikog potencijala i kapaciteta državni proračun nema. Jedino ako se u Europskoj uniji ne postigne neki dogovor oko deficita, onda bi mogle stvari drugačije stajati - objašnjava prof. Drago Jakovčević.

Porez na dohodak je zajednički porez koji je uglavnom prihod općina i gradova koje također imaju pravo za svoje potrebe popisati i prirez na taj porez, porez na dobit je prihod državnog proračuna, dok mirovinski doprinos od 15 posto što se uplaćuje u takozvani prvi mirovinski stup ide na račun Hrvatskog zavoda za mirovinsko osiguranje, a pet posto od bruto plaće ide u drugi mirovinski stup na račune svakog zaposlenog u obveznim mirovinskim fondovima.

Zdravstveni doprinos je prihod Hrvatskog zavoda za zdravstveno osiguranje. Ove je godine planirano u državnom proračunu od poreza na dobit prihod od 9,35 milijarde kuna, od mirovinskog doprinosa u prvom stupu planirano je 24,99 milijarde kuna, a 22,75 milijardi kuna od doprinosa za zdravstveno osiguranje.

Državni je proračun ove godine od poreza trebao ubrati 84 milijarde kuna od čega je samo od PDV-a 74,38 milijarde kuna. Koliko će ti prihodi biti ugroženi epidemijom, pitanje je na kojeg sada odgovor malo tko ima.

Vladinu odluku o odgodi plaćanja doprinosa, poreza na dobit i dohodak treba pozdraviti, to je dobra odluka.

Tako je prof. Drago Jakovčević reagirao na najavu premijera Andreja Plenkovića da će odgoditi plaćanje dvaju poreza, onog na dohodak i poreza na dobit te doprinosa na račun središnjeg proračuna koji će nadomjestiti novac koji bude nedostajao zbog odgode.

Prof. Jakovčević nam je kazao da će ova odluka pomoći likvidnosti poduzetnika. Naravno, više će pomoći onima koji su manje pogođeni posljedicama epidemije koronavirusa, a manje onima koji trenutačno nemaju nijednog gosta ili ih neće ni imati idućih mjeseci, no makar im neće stajati nad glavom obveze po porezima i doprinosima.

- Pomoći će to poduzetnicima mnogo jer će im održati likvidnost. Ako im dospijeva porezna obveza po porezu na dohodak i porezu na dobit, koju ne moraju platiti nego se ta obveza odgađa, onda će imati likvidnost i ne moraju se izlagati odljevu prema državi. To je važno. Problem su krediti koji dospijevaju na naplatu jer je bankovni sustav privatiziran i banke će te rate odgoditi uz državna jamstva. To država ne može napraviti jer tolikog potencijala i kapaciteta državni proračun nema. Jedino ako se u Europskoj uniji ne postigne neki dogovor oko deficita, onda bi mogle stvari drugačije stajati - objašnjava prof. Drago Jakovčević.

Porez na dohodak je zajednički porez koji je uglavnom prihod općina i gradova koje također imaju pravo za svoje potrebe popisati i prirez na taj porez, porez na dobit je prihod državnog proračuna, dok mirovinski doprinos od 15 posto što se uplaćuje u takozvani prvi mirovinski stup ide na račun Hrvatskog zavoda za mirovinsko osiguranje, a pet posto od bruto plaće ide u drugi mirovinski stup na račune svakog zaposlenog u obveznim mirovinskim fondovima.

Zdravstveni doprinos je prihod Hrvatskog zavoda za zdravstveno osiguranje. Ove je godine planirano u državnom proračunu od poreza na dobit prihod od 9,35 milijarde kuna, od mirovinskog doprinosa u prvom stupu planirano je 24,99 milijarde kuna, a 22,75 milijardi kuna od doprinosa za zdravstveno osiguranje.

Državni je proračun ove godine od poreza trebao ubrati 84 milijarde kuna od čega je samo od PDV-a 74,38 milijarde kuna. Koliko će ti prihodi biti ugroženi epidemijom, pitanje je na kojeg sada odgovor malo tko ima.

Vladinu odluku o odgodi plaćanja doprinosa, poreza na dobit i dohodak treba pozdraviti, to je dobra odluka.

Tako je prof. Drago Jakovčević reagirao na najavu premijera Andreja Plenkovića da će odgoditi plaćanje dvaju poreza, onog na dohodak i poreza na dobit te doprinosa na račun središnjeg proračuna koji će nadomjestiti novac koji bude nedostajao zbog odgode.

Prof. Jakovčević nam je kazao da će ova odluka pomoći likvidnosti poduzetnika. Naravno, više će pomoći onima koji su manje pogođeni posljedicama epidemije koronavirusa, a manje onima koji trenutačno nemaju nijednog gosta ili ih neće ni imati idućih mjeseci, no makar im neće stajati nad glavom obveze po porezima i doprinosima.

- Pomoći će to poduzetnicima mnogo jer će im održati likvidnost. Ako im dospijeva...
