Nakon što je za vrijeme dvomjesečne karantene  69 posto zaposlenih radilo na daljinu, zahvaljujući povoljnoj epidemiološkoj situaciji i popuštanju restrikcija gospodarstvo se pokrenulo, a ljudi su se polako krenuli vraćati na svoja uobičajena radna mjesta.

Čak 61 posto zaposlenih koji su tijekom karantene radili na daljinu ističe da im je drago zbog smirenja situacije, ali i da žele nastaviti raditi od kuće.  

Kako napominju, glavne prednosti takvog oblika rada su ušteda vremena na putovanju na posao i nazad te izostanak stresa kojeg stvaraju prometne gužve.

Također, radom od kuće efikasnije se koristi radno vrijeme. Naime, velik broj ljudi smatra da su učinkovitiji kada posao obavljaju od doma jer nisu suočeni s toliko smetnji i prekida u radu kao što je to slučaj kada prostor dijele s kolegama.

I dok je neke poslove lakše odraditi licem u lice (sastanke, dogovore), oni zadaci za koje zaposlenici trebaju mir i tišinu brže se odrade od kuće, tvrde ispitanici. Stoga, dio građana rješenje pronalazi u 'kombiniranom modelu' rada – dio vremena bi proveli u uredima kako bi obavili sastanke uživo, a preostalo vrijeme bi radili od kuće.

Bez obzira na prednosti rada na daljinu, 39 posto ispitanika koji su radili od kuće jedva su dočekali povratak u urede, prvenstveno zbog socijalizacije s kolegama.

Zanimljivo, dio građana je rad od kuće počeo povezivati s pandemijom koronavirusa pa je samim time povratak u urede za njih značio svojevrsni kraj neizvjesnosti i smanjivanje opterećenja i pritiska.

Zbog stresa i nedostatka kretanja, dio ljudi je tijekom rada od doma nabacio višak kilograma te se nadaju da će povratkom u urede i taj dio života dovesti u red.

Rezultati su ovo istraživanja kojeg je proveo portal MojPosao na više od tisuću ispitanika.

Nakon što je za vrijeme dvomjesečne karantene  69 posto zaposlenih radilo na daljinu, zahvaljujući povoljnoj epidemiološkoj situaciji i popuštanju restrikcija gospodarstvo se pokrenulo, a ljudi su se polako krenuli vraćati na svoja uobičajena radna mjesta.

Čak 61 posto zaposlenih koji su tijekom karantene radili na daljinu ističe da im je drago zbog smirenja situacije, ali i da žele nastaviti raditi od kuće.  

Kako napominju, glavne prednosti takvog oblika rada su ušteda vremena na putovanju na posao i nazad te izostanak stresa kojeg stvaraju prometne gužve.

Također, radom od kuće efikasnije se koristi radno vrijeme. Naime, velik broj ljudi smatra da su učinkovitiji kada posao obavljaju od doma jer nisu suočeni s toliko smetnji i prekida u radu kao što je to slučaj kada prostor dijele s kolegama.

I dok je neke poslove lakše odraditi licem u lice (sastanke, dogovore), oni zadaci za koje zaposlenici trebaju mir i tišinu brže se odrade od kuće, tvrde ispitanici. Stoga, dio građana rješenje pronalazi u 'kombiniranom modelu' rada – dio vremena bi proveli u uredima kako bi obavili sastanke uživo, a preostalo vrijeme bi radili od kuće.

Bez obzira na prednosti rada na daljinu, 39 posto ispitanika koji su radili od kuće jedva su dočekali povratak u urede, prvenstveno zbog socijalizacije s kolegama.

Zanimljivo, dio građana je rad od kuće počeo povezivati s pandemijom koronavirusa pa je samim time povratak u urede za njih značio svojevrsni kraj neizvjesnosti i smanjivanje opterećenja i pritiska.

Zbog stresa i nedostatka kretanja, dio ljudi je tijekom rada od doma nabacio višak kilograma te se nadaju da će povratkom u urede i taj dio života dovesti u red.

Rezultati su ovo istraživanja kojeg je proveo portal MojPosao na više od tisuću ispitanika.

Mjere su popustile ali zaposleni ne žele nazad u ured, kolege ih na poslu smetaju i ometaju u radu

Nakon što je za vrijeme dvomjesečne karantene  69 posto zaposlenih radilo na daljinu, zahvaljujući povoljnoj epidemiološkoj situaciji i popuštanju restrikcija gospodarstvo se pokrenulo, a ljudi su se polako krenuli vraćati na svoja uobičajena radna mjesta.

Čak 61 posto zaposlenih koji su tijekom karantene radili na daljinu ističe da im je drago zbog smirenja situacije, ali i da žele nastaviti raditi od kuće.  

Kako napominju, glavne prednosti takvog oblika rada su ušteda vremena na putovanju na posao i nazad te izostanak stresa kojeg stvaraju prometne gužve.

Također, radom od kuće efikasnije se koristi radno vrijeme. Naime, velik broj ljudi smatra da su učinkovitiji kada posao obavljaju od doma jer nisu suočeni s toliko smetnji i prekida u radu kao što je to slučaj...
