Hrvatska poštanska banka objavila je da je prva banka koja povećava kamatne stope na oročene depozite nakon razgovora u Vladi o podizanju zarada štediša.
Od 2. listopada će kamate na štednju koju građani oroče na pola godine iznositi 2,80 posto, kamate za devet mjeseci iznosit će 2,90 posto, dok će tri posto biti kamate za oročenje od 12 mjeseci. Trenutačno je u toj banci kamata na štednju oročenu na šest mjeseci 0,02 posto, a 0,60 posto na oročenje od jedne godine.
– Slijedom konstruktivnih razgovora s Ministarstvom financija i Vladom o učincima inflacije na naše građane, kao i očekivanog utjecaja najave izdanja trezorskih zapisa Ministarstva financija na tržišne kamatne stope, HPB kao aktivni sudionik novčanog tržišta prva je banka na domaćem tržištu koja nudi novi i jedinstveni štedni proizvod kojim klijenti uz oročavanje minimalno 250 eura na rok od 12 mjeseci mogu ostvariti prinos od čak tri posto – kažu u toj banci.
Vjeruju da će taj potez pridonijeti zauzdavanju inflacije kroz pasivizaciju oročenih sredstava te omogućiti štedišama atraktivni prinos kojim se ublažavaju negativni efekti inflacije na vrijednost novca.
Vlada je s bankama dogovorila podizanje kamata na štednju uz uvjet da ne poskupljuju nenamjenske i stambene kredite. Dogovorili su se lako, vjerojatno mnogo lakše nego što bi to bilo da se razgovaralo o porezu na ekstraprofit, koji je Hrvatska već imala i platile su ga neke banke.
Jednokratni dodatni porez na dobit po stopi od 33 posto uveden je krajem prošle godine za sve tvrtke i djelatnosti. Stigle su 353 porezne prijave s obvezom plaćanja 236 milijuna eura tog nameta, a među njima je bilo šest tvrtki iz financijskih i djelatnosti osiguranja s 23 milijuna eura porezne obveze.

U prvih pola godine banke su zaradile 703,8 milijuna eura dobiti, kako je objavila Hrvatska narodna banka, a u istom lanjskom razdoblju njihova dobit bila je znatno niža i iznosila je 406 milijuna eura. Banke su u prvoj polovini ove godine od građana koji im otplaćuju kredite naplatile 413,9 milijuna eura kamata, a istodobno su svojim štedišama isplatile 15,6 milijuna eura kamata.
U odnosu na prvo polugodište prošle godine, banke su od građana naplatile 243 tisuće eura više kamata i isplatile im 1,7 milijuna eura više za štednju.
Danas banke plaćaju štedišama samo trećinu onoga što su im plaćale u prvoj polovini 2019., kada su za depozite građana isplatile 48,5 milijuna eura kamata, dok im je trenutačno za oko 10 posto manja zarada od kamata na kredite.
U prvoj polovini 2019. godine banke su od kredita građana bile naplatile 458 milijuna eura kamata. Budu li zbog Vladina poticaja porasle kamate na štednju, bankama će pasti zarada, no nadoknadit će to većim kamatama na kredite, koje također rastu.
Hrvatska je u srpnju, prema podacima Europske središnje banke, na prekonoćne depozite u kojima je štednja po viđenju, novac na tekućim i žiroračunima, odobravala 0,02 posto kamate, dok je prosječna kamata u eurozoni 0,27 posto.
Manje od hrvatskih kamata u eurozoni daju samo Portugal, 0,01 posto, i Cipar u kojem nema nikakvih kamata. Banke u Luksemburgu plaćaju najviše za prekonoćne depozite, i to 1,35 posto kamate, a slijede Austrija i Njemačka s kamatama od 0,69 i 0,41 posto.

Oročenja štednje do godine dana hrvatske banke su prosječno plaćale u srpnju po 0,92 posto, a samo dvije zemlje plaćaju manje. Većina ostalih zemalja europodručja plaća štednju oročenu do godine dana kamatom koja prosječno iznosi više od dva posto. Prosjek eurozone je 2,83 posto, a najviše, 3,51 posto kamate, plaćaju banke u Francuskoj.
Marko Primorac, ministar financija, najavio je da će banke u listopadu značajnije povećavati kamate, a nakon toga, do kraja godine, izdavat će se trezorski zapisi. Dodao je da će Ministarstvo financija pratiti rast kamatnih stopa na štednju i u skladu s tim utvrđivati izdanja kratkoročnih vrijednosnih papira i kamate na njih.
Prošlog je tjedna Tamara Perko, direktorica Hrvatske udruge banaka, za ovu jesen i zimu najavila rast kamata na depozite, a poticaj za taj rast je i najava izdanja narodnih trezora. Tako će banke, koje su već podignule kamate na štednju činiti to i dalje, ali nešto sporije, dok će one koje to nisu napravile sada malo brže podizati stope.
Kamatne stope na kredite građanima i tvrtkama, prema riječima Tamare Perko, ne bi trebale rasti barem do druge polovine sljedeće godine.•

Hrvatska poštanska banka objavila je da je prva banka koja povećava kamatne stope na oročene depozite nakon razgovora u Vladi o podizanju zarada štediša.
Od 2. listopada će kamate na štednju koju građani oroče na pola godine iznositi 2,80 posto, kamate za devet mjeseci iznosit će 2,90 posto, dok će tri posto biti kamate za oročenje od 12 mjeseci. Trenutačno je u toj banci kamata na štednju oročenu na šest mjeseci 0,02 posto, a 0,60 posto na oročenje od jedne godine.
– Slijedom konstruktivnih razgovora s Ministarstvom financija i Vladom o učincima inflacije na naše građane, kao i očekivanog utjecaja najave izdanja trezorskih zapisa Ministarstva financija na tržišne kamatne stope, HPB kao aktivni sudionik novčanog tržišta prva je banka na domaćem tržištu koja nudi novi i jedinstveni štedni proizvod kojim klijenti uz oročavanje minimalno 250 eura na rok od 12 mjeseci mogu ostvariti prinos od čak tri posto – kažu u toj banci.
Vjeruju da će taj potez pridonijeti zauzdavanju inflacije kroz pasivizaciju oročenih sredstava te omogućiti štedišama atraktivni prinos kojim se ublažavaju negativni efekti inflacije na vrijednost novca.
Vlada je s bankama dogovorila podizanje kamata na štednju uz uvjet da ne poskupljuju nenamjenske i stambene kredite. Dogovorili su se lako, vjerojatno mnogo lakše nego što bi to bilo da se razgovaralo o porezu na ekstraprofit, koji je Hrvatska već imala i platile su ga neke banke.
Jednokratni dodatni porez na dobit po stopi od 33 posto uveden je krajem prošle godine za sve tvrtke i djelatnosti. Stigle su 353 porezne prijave s obvezom plaćanja 236 milijuna eura tog nameta, a među njima je bilo šest tvrtki iz financijskih i djelatnosti osiguranja s 23 milijuna eura porezne obveze.

U prvih pola godine banke su zaradile 703,8 milijuna eura dobiti, kako je objavila Hrvatska narodna banka, a u istom lanjskom razdoblju njihova dobit bila je znatno niža i iznosila je 406 milijuna eura. Banke su u prvoj polovini ove godine od građana koji im otplaćuju kredite naplatile 413,9 milijuna eura kamata, a istodobno su svojim štedišama isplatile 15,6 milijuna eura kamata.
U odnosu na prvo polugodište prošle godine, banke su od građana naplatile 243 tisuće eura više kamata i isplatile im 1,7 milijuna eura više za štednju.
Danas banke plaćaju štedišama samo trećinu onoga što su im plaćale u prvoj polovini 2019., kada su za depozite građana isplatile 48,5 milijuna eura kamata, dok im je trenutačno za oko 10 posto manja zarada od kamata na kredite.
U prvoj polovini 2019. godine banke su od kredita građana bile naplatile 458 milijuna eura kamata. Budu li zbog Vladina poticaja porasle kamate na štednju, bankama će pasti zarada, no nadoknadit će to većim kamatama na kredite, koje također rastu.
Hrvatska je u srpnju, prema podacima Europske središnje banke, na prekonoćne depozite u kojima je štednja po viđenju, novac na tekućim i žiroračunima, odobravala 0,02 posto kamate, dok je prosječna kamata u eurozoni 0,27 posto.
Manje od hrvatskih kamata u eurozoni daju samo Portugal, 0,01 posto, i Cipar u kojem nema nikakvih kamata. Banke u Luksemburgu plaćaju najviše za prekonoćne depozite, i to 1,35 posto kamate, a slijede Austrija i Njemačka s kamatama od 0,69 i 0,41 posto.

Oročenja štednje do godine dana hrvatske banke su prosječno plaćale u srpnju po 0,92 posto, a samo dvije zemlje plaćaju manje. Većina ostalih zemalja europodručja plaća štednju oročenu do godine dana kamatom koja prosječno iznosi više od dva posto. Prosjek eurozone je 2,83 posto, a najviše, 3,51 posto kamate, plaćaju banke u Francuskoj.
Marko Primorac, ministar financija, najavio je da će banke u listopadu značajnije povećavati kamate, a nakon toga, do kraja godine, izdavat će se trezorski zapisi. Dodao je da će Ministarstvo financija pratiti rast kamatnih stopa na štednju i u skladu s tim utvrđivati izdanja kratkoročnih vrijednosnih papira i kamate na njih.
Prošlog je tjedna Tamara Perko, direktorica Hrvatske udruge banaka, za ovu jesen i zimu najavila rast kamata na depozite, a poticaj za taj rast je i najava izdanja narodnih trezora. Tako će banke, koje su već podignule kamate na štednju činiti to i dalje, ali nešto sporije, dok će one koje to nisu napravile sada malo brže podizati stope.
Kamatne stope na kredite građanima i tvrtkama, prema riječima Tamare Perko, ne bi trebale rasti barem do druge polovine sljedeće godine.•
