Europu je zbog energetske krize izazvane napadom Rusije na Ukrajinu zahvatila panika; najveći dio europskih zemalja na brzinu zbraja i računa što i kako učiniti da se kompenzira nedostatak ruskog plina na europskom tržištu.

Zemni plin koji je stizao iz Rusije plinovodima, uz višegodišnje ugovore s fiksnim cijenama, pokušava se što prije zamijeniti na različite načine - povećavanjem vlastite proizvodnje, ponovnim aktiviranjem nuklearnih elektrana i elektrana na ugljen, intenzivnijim ritmom uvođenja energije iz obnovljivih izvora, ali prije svega stvaranjem uvjeta za uvoz ili povećanje uvoza ukapljenog plina (LNG) izgradnjom terminala kakav Hrvatska ima na Krku.

Predsjednica Europske komisije Ursula von der Leyen izjavila je da je cilj EU-a eliminirati potrebu za ruskim fosilnim gorivima - naftom, ugljenom i plinom - do 2027. godine, u čemu bi trebale pomoći i mjere iz paketa REPowerEU, čije se uvođenje očekuje u svibnju.

Portal Balkan Green Energy donosi članak o tome kako zemlje jugoistočne Europe hitno smanjuju birokratsku proceduru za istraživanje i proizvodnju plina na moru, nudeći poticaje i gledajući upravo na LNG kao na alternativu ruskom plinu.

Ističu da se Europska unija i njezine zemlje članice još uvijek formalno drže svojih klimatskih obećanja i čak obećavaju više čistih rješenja nego što je planirano. No, OIE ne mogu pokriti cjelokupnu dodatnu potražnju u kratkom roku.

Uz drastičan porast cijena energije, Europska komisija, države članice EU-a i tvrtke za fosilna goriva promiču ulaganja u plin na moru, LNG terminale i pripadajuću infrastrukturu, donosi portal, no dodaje da je financiranje takvog pothvata druga stvar te da potrošači mogu očekivati ​​da će cijene energije godinama ostati visoke.

Kakva je situacija s balkanskim zemljama?

Ukratko - Rumunjska donosi zakon koji bi osigurao da što prije, uz smanjene poreze i ukidanje ograničenja izvoza goriva, krene s proizvodnjom plina u Crnom moru, što bi trebalo početi u drugoj polovici godine; u Bugarskoj su dvije kompanije, TotalEnergies i OMV Petrom, dobile produženje licencije iz 2012. za istraživanje nafte i plina u crnomorskom podmorju; Hrvatska je objavila povećanje kapaciteta LNG terminala na Krku s 2,6 milijardi metara kubnih godišnje na 2,9 milijardi, uz nastojanja da to bude i 3,5 milijardi, dok je INA, u većinskom vlasništvu mađarskog MOL-a, počela proizvoditi plin na novoj bušotini u sjevernom Jadranu, s kapacitetom 55 milijuna kubnih metara godišnje.

Slovenija razmatra mogućnost izgradnje LNG terminala na svom dijelu jadranske obale, a Turska, izrazito ovisna o uvoznom plinu, smanjuje poreze kako bi ubrzala razvoj golemog plinskog polja na Crnom moru, otkrivenog 2020., sa zalihama koje se procjenjuju na 540 milijardi metara kubnih. Grčka je objavila da će zemlja ubrzati napore za istraživanje i iskorištavanje potencijalnih rezervi nafte i plina i izgradnju infrastrukture za ugljikovodike i plinovode, proizvodit će 50 posto više lignita, a dvije stare elektrane na ugljen mogle bi po potrebi dulje ostati aktivne.

Što se Crne Gore tiče - prva istražna bušotina u Jadranu pokazala se suhom, ali u planu je još bušenja u potrazi za naftom i plinom. Istražno bušenje na moru dopustit će i Albanija, a u BiH je, što se tiče ugljena, rok za zatvaranje nekih energetskih jedinica odgođen na neodređeno vrijeme.

Europu je zbog energetske krize izazvane napadom Rusije na Ukrajinu zahvatila panika; najveći dio europskih zemalja na brzinu zbraja i računa što i kako učiniti da se kompenzira nedostatak ruskog plina na europskom tržištu.

Zemni plin koji je stizao iz Rusije plinovodima, uz višegodišnje ugovore s fiksnim cijenama, pokušava se što prije zamijeniti na različite načine - povećavanjem vlastite proizvodnje, ponovnim aktiviranjem nuklearnih elektrana i elektrana na ugljen, intenzivnijim ritmom uvođenja energije iz obnovljivih izvora, ali prije svega stvaranjem uvjeta za uvoz ili povećanje uvoza ukapljenog plina (LNG) izgradnjom terminala kakav Hrvatska ima na Krku.

Predsjednica Europske komisije Ursula von der Leyen izjavila je da je cilj EU-a eliminirati potrebu za ruskim fosilnim gorivima - naftom, ugljenom i plinom - do 2027. godine, u čemu bi trebale pomoći i mjere iz paketa REPowerEU, čije se uvođenje očekuje u svibnju.

Portal Balkan Green Energy donosi članak o tome kako zemlje jugoistočne Europe hitno smanjuju birokratsku proceduru za istraživanje i proizvodnju plina na moru, nudeći poticaje i gledajući upravo na LNG kao na alternativu ruskom plinu.

Ističu da se Europska unija i njezine zemlje članice još uvijek formalno drže svojih klimatskih obećanja i čak obećavaju više čistih rješenja nego što je planirano. No, OIE ne mogu pokriti cjelokupnu dodatnu potražnju u kratkom roku.

Uz drastičan porast cijena energije, Europska komisija, države članice EU-a i tvrtke za fosilna goriva promiču ulaganja u plin na moru, LNG terminale i pripadajuću infrastrukturu, donosi portal, no dodaje da je financiranje takvog pothvata druga stvar te da potrošači mogu očekivati ​​da će cijene energije godinama ostati visoke.

Kakva je situacija s balkanskim zemljama?

Ukratko - Rumunjska donosi zakon koji bi osigurao da što prije, uz smanjene poreze i ukidanje ograničenja izvoza goriva, krene s proizvodnjom plina u Crnom moru, što bi trebalo početi u drugoj polovici godine; u Bugarskoj su dvije kompanije, TotalEnergies i OMV Petrom, dobile produženje licencije iz 2012. za istraživanje nafte i plina u crnomorskom podmorju; Hrvatska je objavila povećanje kapaciteta LNG terminala na Krku s 2,6 milijardi metara kubnih godišnje na 2,9 milijardi, uz nastojanja da to bude i 3,5 milijardi, dok je INA, u većinskom vlasništvu mađarskog MOL-a, počela proizvoditi plin na novoj bušotini u sjevernom Jadranu, s kapacitetom 55 milijuna kubnih metara godišnje.

Slovenija razmatra mogućnost izgradnje LNG terminala na svom dijelu jadranske obale, a Turska, izrazito ovisna o uvoznom plinu, smanjuje poreze kako bi ubrzala razvoj golemog plinskog polja na Crnom moru, otkrivenog 2020., sa zalihama koje se procjenjuju na 540 milijardi metara kubnih. Grčka je objavila da će zemlja ubrzati napore za istraživanje i iskorištavanje potencijalnih rezervi nafte i plina i izgradnju infrastrukture za ugljikovodike i plinovode, proizvodit će 50 posto više lignita, a dvije stare elektrane na ugljen mogle bi po potrebi dulje ostati aktivne.

Što se Crne Gore tiče - prva istražna bušotina u Jadranu pokazala se suhom, ali u planu je još bušenja u potrazi za naftom i plinom. Istražno bušenje na moru dopustit će i Albanija, a u BiH je, što se tiče ugljena, rok za zatvaranje nekih energetskih jedinica odgođen na neodređeno vrijeme.

Europu je zbog energetske krize izazvane napadom Rusije na Ukrajinu zahvatila panika; najveći dio europskih zemalja na brzinu zbraja i računa što i kako učiniti da se kompenzira nedostatak ruskog plina na europskom tržištu.
