Naša se društva trenutno suočavaju s velikim promjenama i izazovima. U tom smislu, Ujedinjeni narodi su objavili Agendu za održivi razvoj 2030., koja se oslanja na 17 ciljeva koji zahtijevaju konstantno djelovanje. Kako bi se inovativne ideje prenijele u stvarnost, našim društvima je potrebno više poduzetnika s razvijenim znanjima i vještinama te težnjom za napredovanje u svijetu koji se brzo mijenja. "Impact Entrepreneurship" odnosi se na proces koji pogoduje stvaranju i rastu poduzeća koja su etička, transparentna i imaju značajan utjecaj na naše živote i društvo. Za razliku od neprofitnih, oni se usredotočuju na stvaranje društvenog učinka kroz tržišne strategije. Utjecajni poduzetnici usredotočuju se na trostruki krajnji rezultat: ljudi-planet-profit, kako bi postigli odgovarajuću ravnotežu između svake dimenzije.

Zagrebačka škola ekonomije i managementa je u suradnji s University of Management and Economics (ISM) iz Litve te s HEC Liège – Management School, University of Liège iz Belgije omogućila studiranje na Erasmus Mundus Master in Impact Entrepreneurship (EMMIE) programu.

Misija ovog studija je doprinijeti obrazovanju nove generacije utjecajnih poduzetnika. Njegova je krajnja vizija doprinijeti stvaranju uključivoga gospodarstva potaknutog vrijednostima jednakosti, koje daju smisao zajedničkom životu stvaranjem ljudske, ekološke i ekonomske vrijednosti kroz poduzetnički pristup.

EMMIE je 18-mjesečni diplomski studij gdje će studenti studirati po jedan semestar na svakom od partnerskih sveučilišta. Tijekom prvog semestra u Hrvatskoj na Zagrebačkoj školi ekonomije i managementa polaznici će steći opća znanja poslovnog upravljanja. Studenti će razviti ključne menadžerske kompetencije koje bi svaki budući poduzetnik trebao imati. Drugi semestar studenti će na University of Management and Economics u Litvi proučavati ključne koncepte vezane uz upravljanje tehnologijom i inovacijama, a treći semestar održava se u Belgiji, u HEC Liège – ULiège. U tom će završnom semestru studenti steći bitna znanja koja se odnose na poduzetništvo s posebnim naglaskom na učinkovite projekte.

Program je namijenjen onima koji žele razvijati svoje kompetencije i stvarati projekte koji imaju pozitivan utjecaj na društvo, te biti akteri pozitivnih promjena unutar zajednice.

Prijave za osvajanje stipendije otvorene su do 1. veljače 2023., a stipendija pokriva troškove školarine i osiguranja (13.500 EUR) kao i mjesečnu stipendiju od 1400 EUR za troškove života za vrijeme trajanja programa.

Prijave za studij otvorene su do kraja svibnja 2023., a prijaviti se mogu kandidati s prethodno završenim studijem od najmanje 240 ECTS boda.

Erasmus Mundus Master in Impact Entrepreneurship (EMMIE) program pokrenut je 2022. godine, kada je upisana prva generacija studenata. Da je ovdje zaista riječ o studiju koji je zanimljiv studentima iz svih dijelova svijeta, dokazala je i prva generacija studenata koja je na Zagrebačku školu ekonomije i managementa pristigla iz Malezije, Argentine, Kazahstana, Armenije, Nigerije, Čilea, Brazila, Pakistana, Meksika, Bangladeša, Ekvadora, Salvadora, Litve, Hondurasa, Turske, Mongolije, Azerbajdžana i Ukrajine. Svima njima zajednička je želja za daljnjim usavršavanjem kako bi nakon studija imali potrebna znanja i vještine za realizaciju svojih poduzetničkih projekata.

Tijekom semestra na ZŠEM-u, EMMIE studenti slušali su i polagali kolegije iz menadžmenta.

Akmaral Yermukhanbetova došla je iz Kazastana, gdje je studirala ekonomiju te radila kao voditeljica odjela korisničke podrške i IT tvrtki. Za vrijeme studija bila je na razmjeni u Poljskoj i Slovačkoj, za koje smatra da su kulturološki slične Hrvatskoj, zbog čega se u Zagrebu brzo prilagodila. Svoj daljnji poslovni put Akmaral zamišlja kroz upravljanja IT startupovima i iznajmljivanje nekretnina.

"Upisala sam EMMIE kako bi me pripremio za moj budući posao. Dok me moj preddiplomski studij pripremao za poslove ekonomista, konzultanta, gdje većina mojih kolega radi za neku organizaciju, EMMIE me priprema za svijet poduzetništva, u koji ću krenuti lansiranjem svoje poslovne ideje po završetku studija gdje ću raditi sama za sebe", ističe Akmaral.

Chahrour Abdulmajid je Palestinac rođen u Iraku, a odrastao u Libanonu, koji je otišao u Maleziju sa 17 godina, gdje je živio do dolaska u Hrvatsku. Diplomirao je elektrotehniku, ali nikada nije radio u struci jer voli raditi u malim organizacijama s ograničenim resursima.

"Moj nedavni rad fokusiran je na uzdizanje raseljenih ljudi u zaboravljenim kontekstima kako bi vodili dostojanstven život s mogućnosti obrazovanja. Moj će se poduzetnički projekt po završetku studija fokusirati na izgradnju zajednice za pomaganje izbjeglicama (počevši od Malezije i SEA) gdje bi im se omogućilo visoko obrazovanje i rad na daljinu", ističe Chahrour.

Jason Bonete na EMMIE je stigao iz Ekvadora, gdje je završio studij strojarstva. Želja mu je razviti poduzetnički projekt za proizvodnju sunčanih naočala od reciklirane plastike i biorazgradivih materijala.

"Živio sam u Pragu četiri godine pa nisam doživio kulturološki šok došavši u Zagreb, ali moram napomenuti da mi je bilo malo čudno jer su ljudi ovdje jako dragi i prijateljski raspoloženi, što nisam osjetio u Pragu", ističe Jason.

Ana Carolina Sanches Fernandes dolazi iz Brazila i ovo je njezino prvo međunarodno putovanje. Diplomirala je gastronomiju i ugostiteljstvo u Rio de Janeiru i zanima je umjetnost kulinarstva i menadžment. 

"Radila sam u poduzetništvu i kada sam vidjela natječaj za EMMIE, odlučila sam se prijaviti za studij kako bih stekla međunarodno iskustvo koje mi je nedostajalo i kako bih dobila nova znanja te malo izišla iz zone komfora", ističe Ana Carolina.

Poduzetnički projekt Ane Caroline usredotočen je na prehrambeni sektor te ima za cilj razviti alat za smanjenje bacanja hrane te edukaciju stanovništva o njegovu utjecaju na okoliš.

Naša se društva trenutno suočavaju s velikim promjenama i izazovima. U tom smislu, Ujedinjeni narodi su objavili Agendu za održivi razvoj 2030., koja se oslanja na 17 ciljeva koji zahtijevaju konstantno djelovanje. Kako bi se inovativne ideje prenijele u stvarnost, našim društvima je potrebno više poduzetnika s razvijenim znanjima i vještinama te težnjom za napredovanje u svijetu koji se brzo mijenja. "Impact Entrepreneurship" odnosi se na proces koji pogoduje stvaranju i rastu poduzeća koja su etička, transparentna i imaju značajan utjecaj na naše živote i društvo. Za razliku od neprofitnih, oni se usredotočuju na stvaranje društvenog učinka kroz tržišne strategije. Utjecajni poduzetnici usredotočuju se na trostruki krajnji rezultat: ljudi-planet-profit, kako bi postigli odgovarajuću ravnotežu između svake dimenzije.

Zagrebačka škola ekonomije i managementa je u suradnji s University of Management and Economics (ISM) iz Litve te s HEC Liège – Management School, University of Liège iz Belgije omogućila studiranje na Erasmus Mundus Master in Impact Entrepreneurship (EMMIE) programu.

Misija ovog studija je doprinijeti obrazovanju nove generacije utjecajnih poduzetnika. Njegova je krajnja vizija doprinijeti stvaranju uključivoga gospodarstva potaknutog vrijednostima jednakosti, koje daju smisao zajedničkom životu stvaranjem ljudske, ekološke i ekonomske vrijednosti kroz poduzetnički pristup.

EMMIE je 18-mjesečni diplomski studij gdje će studenti studirati po jedan semestar na svakom od partnerskih sveučilišta. Tijekom prvog semestra u Hrvatskoj na Zagrebačkoj školi ekonomije i managementa polaznici će steći opća znanja poslovnog upravljanja. Studenti će razviti ključne menadžerske kompetencije koje bi svaki budući poduzetnik trebao imati. Drugi semestar studenti će na University of Management and Economics u Litvi proučavati ključne koncepte vezane uz upravljanje tehnologijom i inovacijama, a treći semestar održava se u Belgiji, u HEC Liège – ULiège. U tom će završnom semestru studenti steći bitna znanja koja se odnose na poduzetništvo s posebnim naglaskom na učinkovite projekte.

Program je namijenjen onima koji žele razvijati svoje kompetencije i stvarati projekte koji imaju pozitivan utjecaj na društvo, te biti akteri pozitivnih promjena unutar zajednice.

Prijave za osvajanje stipendije otvorene su do 1. veljače 2023., a stipendija pokriva troškove školarine i osiguranja (13.500 EUR) kao i mjesečnu stipendiju od 1400 EUR za troškove života za vrijeme trajanja programa.

Prijave za studij otvorene su do kraja svibnja 2023., a prijaviti se mogu kandidati s prethodno završenim studijem od najmanje 240 ECTS boda.

Erasmus Mundus Master in Impact Entrepreneurship (EMMIE) program pokrenut je 2022. godine, kada je upisana prva generacija studenata. Da je ovdje zaista riječ o studiju koji je zanimljiv studentima iz svih dijelova svijeta, dokazala je i prva generacija studenata koja je na Zagrebačku školu ekonomije i managementa pristigla iz Malezije, Argentine, Kazahstana, Armenije, Nigerije, Čilea, Brazila, Pakistana, Meksika, Bangladeša, Ekvadora, Salvadora, Litve, Hondurasa, Turske, Mongolije, Azerbajdžana i Ukrajine. Svima njima zajednička je želja za daljnjim usavršavanjem kako bi nakon studija imali potrebna znanja i vještine za realizaciju svojih poduzetničkih projekata.

Tijekom semestra na ZŠEM-u, EMMIE studenti slušali su i polagali kolegije iz menadžmenta.

Akmaral Yermukhanbetova došla je iz Kazastana, gdje je studirala ekonomiju te radila kao voditeljica odjela korisničke podrške i IT tvrtki. Za vrijeme studija bila je na razmjeni u Poljskoj i Slovačkoj, za koje smatra da su kulturološki slične Hrvatskoj, zbog čega se u Zagrebu brzo prilagodila. Svoj daljnji poslovni put Akmaral zamišlja kroz upravljanja IT startupovima i iznajmljivanje nekretnina.

"Upisala sam EMMIE kako bi me pripremio za moj budući posao. Dok me moj preddiplomski studij pripremao za poslove ekonomista, konzultanta, gdje većina mojih kolega radi za neku organizaciju, EMMIE me priprema za svijet poduzetništva, u koji ću krenuti lansiranjem svoje poslovne ideje po završetku studija gdje ću raditi sama za sebe", ističe Akmaral.

Chahrour Abdulmajid je Palestinac rođen u Iraku, a odrastao u Libanonu, koji je otišao u Maleziju sa 17 godina, gdje je živio do dolaska u Hrvatsku. Diplomirao je elektrotehniku, ali nikada nije radio u struci jer voli raditi u malim organizacijama s ograničenim resursima.

"Moj nedavni rad fokusiran je na uzdizanje raseljenih ljudi u zaboravljenim kontekstima kako bi vodili dostojanstven život s mogućnosti obrazovanja. Moj će se poduzetnički projekt po završetku studija fokusirati na izgradnju zajednice za pomaganje izbjeglicama (počevši od Malezije i SEA) gdje bi im se omogućilo visoko obrazovanje i rad na daljinu", ističe Chahrour.

Jason Bonete na EMMIE je stigao iz Ekvadora, gdje je završio studij strojarstva. Želja mu je razviti poduzetnički projekt za proizvodnju sunčanih naočala od reciklirane plastike i biorazgradivih materijala.

"Živio sam u Pragu četiri godine pa nisam doživio kulturološki šok došavši u Zagreb, ali moram napomenuti da mi je bilo malo čudno jer su ljudi ovdje jako dragi i prijateljski raspoloženi, što nisam osjetio u Pragu", ističe Jason.

Ana Carolina Sanches Fernandes dolazi iz Brazila i ovo je njezino prvo međunarodno putovanje. Diplomirala je gastronomiju i ugostiteljstvo u Rio de Janeiru i zanima je umjetnost kulinarstva i menadžment. 

"Radila sam u poduzetništvu i kada sam vidjela natječaj za EMMIE, odlučila sam se prijaviti za studij kako bih stekla međunarodno iskustvo koje mi je nedostajalo i kako bih dobila nova znanja te malo izišla iz zone komfora", ističe Ana Carolina.

Poduzetnički projekt Ane Caroline usredotočen je na prehrambeni sektor te ima za cilj razviti alat za smanjenje bacanja hrane te edukaciju stanovništva o njegovu utjecaju na okoliš.
