Tko se prošle godine slušao savjete čuvenog Marca Fabera švicarskog investicijskog i ekonomskog gurua-zvanog dr. Doom, odnosno doktor Propast)mogao je na tome dobro zaraditi jer su Faberu, izdavaču magazina Gloom, Boom and Doom Report skoro sve prognoze bile uspješne!
Početkom veljače je, na primjer, preporučio kupovinu američkih IT dionica. Dionice Microsofta i Cisca, koje je Faber preporučio, na kraju su završile među najunosnijima.
Početkom ožujka Faber je kategorički tvrdio da će masivna injekcije američke vlade izazvati rast na burzama. “Nastojanja vlada da podrže ekonomski rast biti će uzaludna ali mogu podržati rast dionica”, izjavio je on, uz prognozu da će uspon dionica doći do kraja travnja.
Burze su se još u ožujku počele podizati od dna i do kraja travnja američki indeks dionica Dow Jones je porastao za 25 posto. Istovremeno, Faber je tvrdio da su burzovne robe kao primjerice nafta, žito ili bakar atraktivnije od zlata.
No nije ni zlato odbacio - jer je ukazivao da ga treba “uvažavati” jer će prijetnja inflacije “dolar pretvoriti u toalet-papir”.
I zaista, veći dio godine slabi dolar je nastavio dalje slabibi i od kursa od 1,25 na početku godine došao je na preko 1,5 za euro krajem godine. Faber je lani, također, dosta polagao i na azijske dionice koje su bolje prolazile od dionica europskih i američkih kompanija.
Nedavno je, međutim, “okrenuo ploču”:”Osjećam da će američke dionice u prvoj polovici nove godine prerasti rast dionica razvijajućih ekonomija”, rekao je Faber uoči samog Silvestrova.
No, niko nije savršen pa ni Faber. U rujnu je rekao da su dionice dostigle vrhunac za cijelu godinu i da će do kraja godine pasti za 20 posto. Dow Jones ga nije “poslušao” nego je čak i porastao do kraja godine za 10 posto...

Tko se prošle godine slušao savjete čuvenog Marca Fabera švicarskog investicijskog i ekonomskog gurua-zvanog dr. Doom, odnosno doktor Propast)mogao je na tome dobro zaraditi jer su Faberu, izdavaču magazina Gloom, Boom and Doom Report skoro sve prognoze bile uspješne!
Početkom veljače je, na primjer, preporučio kupovinu američkih IT dionica. Dionice Microsofta i Cisca, koje je Faber preporučio, na kraju su završile među najunosnijima.
Početkom ožujka Faber je kategorički tvrdio da će masivna injekcije američke vlade izazvati rast na burzama. “Nastojanja vlada da podrže ekonomski rast biti će uzaludna ali mogu podržati rast dionica”, izjavio je on, uz prognozu da će uspon dionica doći do kraja travnja.
Burze su se još u ožujku počele podizati od dna i do kraja travnja američki indeks dionica Dow Jones je porastao za 25 posto. Istovremeno, Faber je tvrdio da su burzovne robe kao primjerice nafta, žito ili bakar atraktivnije od zlata.
No nije ni zlato odbacio - jer je ukazivao da ga treba “uvažavati” jer će prijetnja inflacije “dolar pretvoriti u toalet-papir”.
I zaista, veći dio godine slabi dolar je nastavio dalje slabibi i od kursa od 1,25 na početku godine došao je na preko 1,5 za euro krajem godine. Faber je lani, također, dosta polagao i na azijske dionice koje su bolje prolazile od dionica europskih i američkih kompanija.
Nedavno je, međutim, “okrenuo ploču”:”Osjećam da će američke dionice u prvoj polovici nove godine prerasti rast dionica razvijajućih ekonomija”, rekao je Faber uoči samog Silvestrova.
No, niko nije savršen pa ni Faber. U rujnu je rekao da su dionice dostigle vrhunac za cijelu godinu i da će do kraja godine pasti za 20 posto. Dow Jones ga nije “poslušao” nego je čak i porastao do kraja godine za 10 posto...
