ATP je u ponedjeljak objavio da je, nakon brojnih ovogodišnjih polemika, izmijenio pravilo o pauzama za odlazak na WC za vrijeme mečeva - koje će od sada biti ograničene na najviše pet minuta.

Prema novom pravilu, jedna takva pauza će biti "ograničena na najviše tri minute od trenutka kada igrač uđe u WC", sa "dvije dodatne minute za presvlačenje", izjavio je glasnogovornik Toura.

Osim toga, samo jedna pauza za WC bit će odobrena tijekom meča svakom tenisaču koji će je moći koristiti samo između dva seta.

Ovu godinu obilježilo je, između ostaloga, nekoliko incidenata vezanih za ove pauze. U dva navrata na Roland-Garrosu u osmini finala protiv Lorenza Musettija i u finalu protiv Stefanosa Tsitsipasa, Novak Đoković je uzeo dugu pauzu kada je gubio da bi nakon toga preokrenuo rezultat u svoju korist.

Tsitsipas je također uzimao duge pauze tog tipa, posebice u prvom kolu US Opena u kojem je pobijedio Andyja Murraya koji je izjavio da je "izgubio svako poštovanje" prema grčkom tenisaču nakon tog incidenta.

ATP je u ponedjeljak objavio da je, nakon brojnih ovogodišnjih polemika, izmijenio pravilo o pauzama za odlazak na WC za vrijeme mečeva - koje će od sada biti ograničene na najviše pet minuta.

Prema novom pravilu, jedna takva pauza će biti "ograničena na najviše tri minute od trenutka kada igrač uđe u WC", sa "dvije dodatne minute za presvlačenje", izjavio je glasnogovornik Toura.

Osim toga, samo jedna pauza za WC bit će odobrena tijekom meča svakom tenisaču koji će je moći koristiti samo između dva seta.

Ovu godinu obilježilo je, između ostaloga, nekoliko incidenata vezanih za ove pauze. U dva navrata na Roland-Garrosu u osmini finala protiv Lorenza Musettija i u finalu protiv Stefanosa Tsitsipasa, Novak Đoković je uzeo dugu pauzu kada je gubio da bi nakon toga preokrenuo rezultat u svoju korist.

Tsitsipas je također uzimao duge pauze tog tipa, posebice u prvom kolu US Opena u kojem je pobijedio Andyja Murraya koji je izjavio da je "izgubio svako poštovanje" prema grčkom tenisaču nakon tog incidenta.

Nakon brojnih polemika ove godine: ATP izmijenio pravilo o pauzama za odlazak na WC tijekom mečeva

ATP je u ponedjeljak objavio da je, nakon brojnih ovogodišnjih polemika, izmijenio pravilo o pauzama za odlazak na WC za vrijeme mečeva - koje će od sada biti ograničene na najviše pet minuta.

Prema novom pravilu, jedna takva pauza će biti "ograničena na najviše tri minute od trenutka kada igrač uđe u WC", sa "dvije dodatne minute za presvlačenje", izjavio je glasnogovornik Toura.

Osim toga, samo jedna pauza za WC bit će odobrena tijekom meča svakom tenisaču koji će je moći koristiti samo između dva seta.

Ovu godinu obilježilo je, između ostaloga, nekoliko incidenata vezanih za ove pauze. U dva navrata na Roland-Garrosu u osmini finala protiv Lorenza Musettija i u finalu protiv Stefanosa Tsitsipasa, Novak Đoković je uzeo dugu pauzu kada je gubio da bi nakon toga...
