Bivša prva tenisačica svijeta, Rumunjka Simona Halep privremeno je suspendirana zbog pozitivnog dopinškog nalaza na zabranjenu supstancu roxadustat tijekom ovogodišnjeg US Opena, objavila je Međunarodna jedinica za teniski integritet (ITIA).

Roxadustat je lijek koji se koristi protiv slabokrvnosti.

- I A i B nalaz 31-godišnje tenisačice iz Rumunjske Simone Halep bili su pozitivni te je stoga suspendirana prema članku 7.12.1 Teniskog antidopinškog programa - objavila je ITIA.

Halep je vijest o pozitivnom nalazu okarakterizirala kao "najveći šok u životu".

- Ideja kako bih varala nikada mi nije niti došla na pamet tijekom čitave karijere, to je potpuno u suprotnosti sa svim vrijednostima kojima sam učena. Suočena s ovakvom situacijom, osjećam se zbunjeno i izdano - objavila je Halep putem twittera.

Halep je tijekom karijere osvojila 24 turnira među kojima su i Roland Garros 2018. te Wimbledon 2019., a na ovogodišnjem US Openu je izgubila u 1. kolu.

Bivša prva tenisačica svijeta, Rumunjka Simona Halep privremeno je suspendirana zbog pozitivnog dopinškog nalaza na zabranjenu supstancu roxadustat tijekom ovogodišnjeg US Opena, objavila je Međunarodna jedinica za teniski integritet (ITIA).

Roxadustat je lijek koji se koristi protiv slabokrvnosti.

- I A i B nalaz 31-godišnje tenisačice iz Rumunjske Simone Halep bili su pozitivni te je stoga suspendirana prema članku 7.12.1 Teniskog antidopinškog programa - objavila je ITIA.

Halep je vijest o pozitivnom nalazu okarakterizirala kao "najveći šok u životu".

- Ideja kako bih varala nikada mi nije niti došla na pamet tijekom čitave karijere, to je potpuno u suprotnosti sa svim vrijednostima kojima sam učena. Suočena s ovakvom situacijom, osjećam se zbunjeno i izdano - objavila je Halep putem twittera.

Halep je tijekom karijere osvojila 24 turnira među kojima su i Roland Garros 2018. te Wimbledon 2019., a na ovogodišnjem US Openu je izgubila u 1. kolu.

Bivša prva tenisačica svijeta, Rumunjka Simona Halep privremeno je suspendirana zbog pozitivnog dopinškog nalaza na zabranjenu supstancu roxadustat tijekom ovogodišnjeg US Opena, objavila je Međunarodna jedinica za teniski integritet (ITIA).

Roxadustat je lijek koji se koristi protiv slabokrvnosti.

- I A i B nalaz 31-godišnje tenisačice iz Rumunjske Simone Halep bili su pozitivni te je stoga suspendirana prema članku 7.12.1 Teniskog antidopinškog programa - objavila je ITIA.

Halep je vijest o pozitivnom nalazu okarakterizirala kao "najveći šok u životu".

- Ideja kako bih varala nikada mi nije niti došla na pamet tijekom čitave karijere, to je potpuno u suprotnosti sa svim vrijednostima kojima sam učena. Suočena s ovakvom situacijom, osjećam se zbunjeno i izdano - objavila...
