Kada vas zove klub poput Manchester Uniteda, to se ne odbija, kazao je njemački nogometni stručnjak Ralf Rangnick (63) u prvom razgovoru s medijima nakon što je preuzeo "Crvene vragove".

"To je jedan od najvećih klubova, ako ne i najveći klub na svijetu i sretan sam što ću raditi s ovom grupom igrača", rekao je Rangnick koji je započeo svoju ulogu privremenog menadžera do kraja sezone nakon što mu je odobrena radna dozvola i sva neophodna dokumentacija.

Rangnick je poručio kako je pratio posljednje utakmice Uniteda i kako je upoznat sa situacijom u elitnom razredu "otočkog" nogometa.

"Naravno, gledao sam sve posljednje utakmice, čak i prije kontakta iz kluba. Prilično sam svjestan što se događa ovdje i u Premier ligi. Ova momčad ima talent i iskustvo, a glavni cilj je unijeti ravnotežu u momčad. Ako se pogleda ukupan broj primljenih golova, to je u prosjeku dva po utakmici. To je jednostavno previše", rekao je.

"Utakmica protiv Arsenala je bila uzbudljiva za navijače, ali kao trener ne želite takve utakmice svaki dan. Ambiciozan sam, želim napraviti ovu sezonu uspješno. Ali, moramo biti realni. Razlika između nas i vodeća tri kluba je velika. Ali, vidjet  ćemo," dodao je.

Novi šef Uniteda pokušao je nagovoriti privremenog menadžera Michaela Carricka da ostane, ali on se već odlučio na odlazak.

"Razgovarali smo i pokušao sam ga nagovoriti da ostane, ali razumijem njegovu odluku," kazao je dodavši kako je s prethodnim menadžerom Ole Gunnar Solskjaerom dva sata razgovarao o stanju u momčadi.

Kada mu u lipnju istekne ugovor, bivši trener RB Leipziga, Schalkea i Hoffenheima će ostati na Old Traffordu još najmanje dvije godine kao savjetnik. Odgovorio je i na pitanje postoji li mogućnost da ostane za kormilom i nakon ove sezone.

"Ljudi s kojima sam razgovarao bili su jasni kako je ovo šestomjesečna uloga."

Nijemac je komentirao i Cristiana Ronalda koji je protiv Arsenala zabio dva gola stigavši do brojke od 801 pogotka u karijeri.

"Uvijek morate prilagoditi svoj stil igre igračima koje imate na raspolaganju. Nikada nisam vidio igrača koji je tako fizički spreman sa 36 godina. Ali ne radi se samo o njemu, već o razvoju cijele ekipe," naveo je Rangnick.

Otkrio je kako s upravom kluba još nije razgovarao o eventualnim pojačanjima.

"Sada je vrijeme da se detaljno upoznam s trenutnom ekipom. Ima dovoljno igrača. Možda će nakon Božića doći vrijeme za ragovore o mogućim transferima na zimu, ali zima nikad nije dobro vrijeme za dovođenje igrača", poručio je Nijemac koji će na klupi Uniteda debitirati u nedjelju kod kuće protiv Crystal Palacea.

United se trenutačno nalazi na sedmom mjestu sa 21 bodom, 12 manje od lidera Chelsea.

Kada vas zove klub poput Manchester Uniteda, to se ne odbija, kazao je njemački nogometni stručnjak Ralf Rangnick (63) u prvom razgovoru s medijima nakon što je preuzeo "Crvene vragove".

"To je jedan od najvećih klubova, ako ne i najveći klub na svijetu i sretan sam što ću raditi s ovom grupom igrača", rekao je Rangnick koji je započeo svoju ulogu privremenog menadžera do kraja sezone nakon što mu je odobrena radna dozvola i sva neophodna dokumentacija.

Rangnick je poručio kako je pratio posljednje utakmice Uniteda i kako je upoznat sa situacijom u elitnom razredu "otočkog" nogometa.

"Naravno, gledao sam sve posljednje utakmice, čak i prije kontakta iz kluba. Prilično sam svjestan što se događa ovdje i u Premier ligi. Ova momčad ima talent i iskustvo, a glavni cilj je unijeti ravnotežu u momčad. Ako se pogleda ukupan broj primljenih golova, to je u prosjeku dva po utakmici. To je jednostavno previše", rekao je.

"Utakmica protiv Arsenala je bila uzbudljiva za navijače, ali kao trener ne želite takve utakmice svaki dan. Ambiciozan sam, želim napraviti ovu sezonu uspješno. Ali, moramo biti realni. Razlika između nas i vodeća tri kluba je velika. Ali, vidjet  ćemo," dodao je.

Novi šef Uniteda pokušao je nagovoriti privremenog menadžera Michaela Carricka da ostane, ali on se već odlučio na odlazak.

"Razgovarali smo i pokušao sam ga nagovoriti da ostane, ali razumijem njegovu odluku," kazao je dodavši kako je s prethodnim menadžerom Ole Gunnar Solskjaerom dva sata razgovarao o stanju u momčadi.

Kada mu u lipnju istekne ugovor, bivši trener RB Leipziga, Schalkea i Hoffenheima će ostati na Old Traffordu još najmanje dvije godine kao savjetnik. Odgovorio je i na pitanje postoji li mogućnost da ostane za kormilom i nakon ove sezone.

"Ljudi s kojima sam razgovarao bili su jasni kako je ovo šestomjesečna uloga."

Nijemac je komentirao i Cristiana Ronalda koji je protiv Arsenala zabio dva gola stigavši do brojke od 801 pogotka u karijeri.

"Uvijek morate prilagoditi svoj stil igre igračima koje imate na raspolaganju. Nikada nisam vidio igrača koji je tako fizički spreman sa 36 godina. Ali ne radi se samo o njemu, već o razvoju cijele ekipe," naveo je Rangnick.

Otkrio je kako s upravom kluba još nije razgovarao o eventualnim pojačanjima.

"Sada je vrijeme da se detaljno upoznam s trenutnom ekipom. Ima dovoljno igrača. Možda će nakon Božića doći vrijeme za ragovore o mogućim transferima na zimu, ali zima nikad nije dobro vrijeme za dovođenje igrača", poručio je Nijemac koji će na klupi Uniteda debitirati u nedjelju kod kuće protiv Crystal Palacea.

United se trenutačno nalazi na sedmom mjestu sa 21 bodom, 12 manje od lidera Chelsea.

Kada vas zove klub poput Manchester Uniteda, to se ne odbija, kazao je njemački nogometni stručnjak Ralf Rangnick (63) u prvom razgovoru s medijima nakon što je preuzeo "Crvene vragove".

"To je jedan od najvećih klubova, ako ne i najveći klub na svijetu i sretan sam što ću raditi s ovom grupom igrača", rekao je Rangnick koji je započeo svoju ulogu privremenog menadžera do kraja sezone nakon što mu je odobrena radna dozvola i sva neophodna dokumentacija.

Rangnick je poručio kako je pratio posljednje utakmice Uniteda i kako je upoznat sa situacijom u elitnom razredu "otočkog" nogometa.

"Naravno, gledao sam sve posljednje utakmice, čak i prije kontakta iz kluba. Prilično sam svjestan što se događa ovdje i u Premier ligi. Ova momčad ima talent i iskustvo, a glavni cilj je...
