Kako li je brzo pala u zaborav Superliga... 

„Famozni“ projekt najavljen u travnju ove godine kao nešto novo, revolucionarno, nešto što će zauvijek promijeniti nogomet. Postao je to zapravo odgovor najbogatijih klubova na financijsku krizu uzrokovanu pandemijom koronavirusa. Blagajne su postajale sve praznije, već se počela „hvatati paučina“.

Onda je veličanstvenih 12 na prečac oformilo novo natjecanje, klub namijenjen isključivo bogatima. Čitav projekt se, na sreću navijačkog puka, za tili čas urušio. Ustali su navijači diljem Europe, jasno i glasno izrazili svoje nezadovoljstvo i Superliga je propala prije nego što je zapravo i zaživjela.

No, zanimljivo je zamisliti što bi bilo da je kojim slučajem krenula ove sezone. Kako u domaćim prvenstvima stoje odabrani? Letimičan pogleda na tablice liga petice otkriva nam da možda jesu najbogatiji, ali najbolji zasigurno nisu.

Za oko nam je prvi zapeo Juventus kojemu nikako da krene. Od odlaska Cristiana Ronalda nisu uspjeli posložiti redove, porazi su sve češći, a i kada pobjede – to je na jedvite jade. Drugi poraz u nizu nanio im je proteklog vikenda Igor Tudor sa svojom Veronom bacivši tako „staru damu“ tek na deveto mjesto u Serie A.

Nisu oni jedini koji se ne mogu „zbrojiti“. U Španjolskoj je na istim mukama Barcelona. Njih je napustio Lionel Messi, a oni su također potonuli do devete pozicije. Porazi u ‘El clasicu’ sada su za njih uobičajeni, nanizali su već četiri. Mrski rival im je osam bodova daleko. Bezidejna igra rezultirala je otkazom treneru Ronaldu Koemanu. Navijači na njegovo mjesto zazivaju povratak klupske legende Xavija.

Tek jedno mjesto bolje u Premiershipu kotira Tottenham, no ni to nije spasilo njihovog sada već bivšeg trenera Nuna Espirita Santa. Portugalcu je uručen otkaz nakon poraza od Manchester United (0:3). Daleko se sada čini kolovoz za Spurse, kada su s uvodne tri pobjede bili na čelu poretka.

Muče se i „crveni vragovi“ pod Solskjaerovim vodstvom kojemu već neko vrijeme prijeti „trenerski biro“. Spasio se pobjedom nad Tottenhamom što ih je nakon katastrofalnog ulaska u sezonu podignulo do petog mjesta.

Odmah iza njih je još jedan „superligaš“ – Arsenal. Oni već godinama nisu relevantan faktor kada se na „otoku“ dijele trofeji. Ipak, u posljednje vrijeme su se pribrali. Nakon boravka na dnu ljestvica na početku, ne znaju za poraz od kolovoza i poniženja protiv Manchester Cityja (0:5).

Ipak, ima i onih kojima ide sasvim dobro, opravdali su epitet najboljih. Europski prvak Chelsea u Engleskoj drži prvu poziciju, ispred Liverpoola i „građana“. Milan je u Italiji drugi, a Inter treći. Real Madrid kao glavni osnivač, zadnji je odustao od Superlige. Oni su trenutno drugoplasirani s bodom manje od Real Sociedada, ali i utakmicom manjka.

‘Suma sumarum’, polovica od 12 bogataša za sada igra sezonu za zaborav. Da je kontroverzna ideja nekim čudom oživjela, samoprozvani velikani „tukli“ bi se međusobno, dok bi im kod kuće bodove uzimali Verona, Sassuolo, Rayo Vallecano, Alaves i Brighton...

Kako li je brzo pala u zaborav Superliga... 

„Famozni“ projekt najavljen u travnju ove godine kao nešto novo, revolucionarno, nešto što će zauvijek promijeniti nogomet. Postao je to zapravo odgovor najbogatijih klubova na financijsku krizu uzrokovanu pandemijom koronavirusa. Blagajne su postajale sve praznije, već se počela „hvatati paučina“.

Onda je veličanstvenih 12 na prečac oformilo novo natjecanje, klub namijenjen isključivo bogatima. Čitav projekt se, na sreću navijačkog puka, za tili čas urušio. Ustali su navijači diljem Europe, jasno i glasno izrazili svoje nezadovoljstvo i Superliga je propala prije nego što je zapravo i zaživjela.

No, zanimljivo je zamisliti što bi bilo da je kojim slučajem krenula ove sezone. Kako u domaćim prvenstvima stoje odabrani? Letimičan pogleda na tablice liga petice otkriva nam da možda jesu najbogatiji, ali najbolji zasigurno nisu.

Za oko nam je prvi zapeo Juventus kojemu nikako da krene. Od odlaska Cristiana Ronalda nisu uspjeli posložiti redove, porazi su sve češći, a i kada pobjede – to je na jedvite jade. Drugi poraz u nizu nanio im je proteklog vikenda Igor Tudor sa svojom Veronom bacivši tako „staru damu“ tek na deveto mjesto u Serie A.

Nisu oni jedini koji se ne mogu „zbrojiti“. U Španjolskoj je na istim mukama Barcelona. Njih je napustio Lionel Messi, a oni su također potonuli do devete pozicije. Porazi u ‘El clasicu’ sada su za njih uobičajeni, nanizali su već četiri. Mrski rival im je osam bodova daleko. Bezidejna igra rezultirala je otkazom treneru Ronaldu Koemanu. Navijači na njegovo mjesto zazivaju povratak klupske legende Xavija.

Tek jedno mjesto bolje u Premiershipu kotira Tottenham, no ni to nije spasilo njihovog sada već bivšeg trenera Nuna Espirita Santa. Portugalcu je uručen otkaz nakon poraza od Manchester United (0:3). Daleko se sada čini kolovoz za Spurse, kada su s uvodne tri pobjede bili na čelu poretka.

Muče se i „crveni vragovi“ pod Solskjaerovim vodstvom kojemu već neko vrijeme prijeti „trenerski biro“. Spasio se pobjedom nad Tottenhamom što ih je nakon katastrofalnog ulaska u sezonu podignulo do petog mjesta.

Odmah iza njih je još jedan „superligaš“ – Arsenal. Oni već godinama nisu relevantan faktor kada se na „otoku“ dijele trofeji. Ipak, u posljednje vrijeme su se pribrali. Nakon boravka na dnu ljestvica na početku, ne znaju za poraz od kolovoza i poniženja protiv Manchester Cityja (0:5).

Ipak, ima i onih kojima ide sasvim dobro, opravdali su epitet najboljih. Europski prvak Chelsea u Engleskoj drži prvu poziciju, ispred Liverpoola i „građana“. Milan je u Italiji drugi, a Inter treći. Real Madrid kao glavni osnivač, zadnji je odustao od Superlige. Oni su trenutno drugoplasirani s bodom manje od Real Sociedada, ali i utakmicom manjka.

Kako li je brzo pala u zaborav Superliga... 

„Famozni“ projekt najavljen u travnju ove godine kao nešto novo, revolucionarno, nešto što će zauvijek promijeniti nogomet. Postao je to zapravo odgovor najbogatijih klubova na financijsku krizu uzrokovanu pandemijom koronavirusa. Blagajne su postajale sve praznije, već se počela „hvatati paučina“.

Onda je veličanstvenih 12 na prečac oformilo novo natjecanje, klub namijenjen isključivo bogatima. Čitav projekt se, na sreću navijačkog puka, za tili čas urušio. Ustali su navijači diljem Europe, jasno i glasno izrazili svoje nezadovoljstvo i Superliga je propala prije nego što je zapravo i zaživjela.

No, zanimljivo je zamisliti što bi bilo da je kojim slučajem krenula ove sezone. Kako u domaćim prvenstvima stoje...
