Hrvatska muška seniorska i juniorska reprezentacija u sportskoj gimnastici večeras leti put Turske, preko Istanbula i Adane do Mersina gdje ih od 9. do 13. prosinca čeka 34. Europsko prvenstvo.

Nakon uspješno obavljenog obaveznog testiranja na COVID-19, na put će krenuti seniori predvođeni braniteljem europskog srebra na preči, Tinom Srbićem (ZTD Hrvatski Sokol), zatim Robert Seligman (GD Osijek-Žito) i Filip Ude (GK MZ Macan) koji će nastupiti na konju s hvataljkama, parteraš Aurel Benović (GD Osijek-Žito) te juniori na konju s hvataljkama Mateo Žugec (GK Vindija) i Liam Rabić (ZTD Hrvatski Sokol).

Uz njih će biti treneri Lucijan Krce, Igor Križimski i Emil Šanjek, suci Boris Čulin i Ratko Vuković, te fizioterapeut reprezentacije Vlatko Vorih.

- Odradili smo testove, dobro je sve prošlo. Malo je čudno ići na EP na kraju godine, jer nikada nemamo tako veliko natjecanje u prosincu, ali kakva je čudna godina, jako mi je drago da će se EP ipak održati. Bit će možda nešto malo slabije nego što bi inače bilo, jer neke zemlje su zbog svih ovih mjera morale otkazati, ali ne zamaram se time - kazao je branitelj europskog srebra na preči Tin Srbić.

Naglasio je kako je u dobroj formi s obzirom na doba godine.

- Probat ću odraditi svoj posao, a kad to odradim, onda znam da sam na svakom natjecanju među favoritima, pa i na ovome. Iskreno, teška je ovo godina za sve, pa tako i za mene. Teško mi je bilo natjerati se trenirati maksimalno jako, teško je bilo psihički i naći motivaciju kad su otkazali Olimpijske igre u Tokiju, ali našao sam motivaciju jer sam znao da ovo što ću trenirati ove godine puno će mi pomoći za iduću godinu. Za Tokio - dodao je.

Na koncu je poželio da ovo EP bude neki pozitivni kraj ove čudne 2020.

- Idemo ovo natjecanje odraditi najbolje što možemo, ja prvi pa svi ostali. Nadam se da će dobro proći i da ćemo se svi vratiti zdravi doma, a onda od iduće godine možemo krenuti normalno. Neka nam ovo EP bude neki pozitivni kraj ove čudne 2020. i još pozitivniji početak za sljedeću olimpijsku sezonu - istaknuo je Srbić.

U Turskoj je prije nekoliko dana uveden policijski sat, no tamošnja Vlada je dopustila da se EP održi uz izrazito stroge epidemiološke mjere. Po dolasku u Mersin svi moraju obaviti još jedan test na COVID-19, a tek onda pristupiti službenim treninzima i vjerujemo kvalifikacijama i finalima.

Službeno natjecanje otvaraju kvalifikacije juniora u srijedu, 9. prosinca, dan kasnije će isto odraditi i seniori, petak je rezerviran za finala juniorskog višeboja, subota za seniorsko momčadsko finale, dok su u nedjelju, 13. prosinca na programu sva pojedinačna finala za seniore i juniore.

Robert Seligman je na europskim prvenstvima do sada osvojio dvije medalje, srebro i broncu, a odličnom rezultatu nada se i u Turskoj.

- Sretan sam što ćemo ove godine ipak imati jedno veliko natjecanje jer mislim da je to iznimno bitno za sve nas, poticaj za dalje, svjetlo na kraju tunela. Ova situacija s pandemijom je stvarno unazadila sport i teško je funkcionirati u ovim trenucima, ali isto tako moramo gledati pozitivno, prema naprijed i vjerovati da će što prije proći. Za mene je ova godina izazovna, od moje najveće ozljede gdje sam u veljači u Melbourneu slomio prst, nisam znao kako ću se vratiti na konja, jer sam svjestan da imam 34 godine, ali COVID situacija i pauza su čak malo pomogli jer sam uspio oporaviti se i vratiti se. Vjerujem da ću u Turskoj napraviti zapažen rezultat. I ne samo ja, nego cijeli hrvatski tim spreman je boriti se za medalje - rekao je Robert Seligman

Podsjetimo, Hrvatska je u svojoj povijesti od 1992. godine do danas imala 28 seniorskih europskih finala u muškoj sportskoj gimnastici, a pritom je osvojeno šest medalja i to - 2008. u Lausanni Filip Ude je bio srebrni, a Robert Seligman brončani na konj s hvataljkama, Marijo Možnik u Montpellieru 2012. bio je viceprvak na preči, a 2015. u istom gradu prvak Europe, Robert Seligman srebrni na konju s hvataljkama 2018. u Glasgowu, a Tin Srbić prošle godine u Szczecinu srerni na preči. (broncu iz Pariza 1957. na konju s hvataljkama ima Ivan Čaklec).

Na juniorskim EP-ima imali smo 13 finala i 2 osvojene medalje na parteru - srebro Filipa Udea u Ljubljani 2004. i broncu Andreja Korosteljeva u Montpellieru 2012. 

- Hrvatski reprezentativci cijelo vrijeme treniraju pod strogim epidemiološkim mjerama, a to su i potvrdili jučerašnji testovi na COVID. Sretan sam da Hrvatska u punom sastavu leti u Tursku, a sportaši su zadovoljni jer će ipak dobiti jedno veliko natjecanje ove godine. Očekujemo dobre rezultate i da se svi vrate zdravi, kako muška delegacija koja putuje danas, tako i ženska delegacija koja putuje za tjedan dana u Mersin - poručio je predsjednik Hrvatskog gimnastičkog saveza dr. sc. Marijo Možnik, još uvijek jedini hrvatski europski prvak u gimnastici.

Hrvatska muška seniorska i juniorska reprezentacija u sportskoj gimnastici večeras leti put Turske, preko Istanbula i Adane do Mersina gdje ih od 9. do 13. prosinca čeka 34. Europsko prvenstvo.

Nakon uspješno obavljenog obaveznog testiranja na COVID-19, na put će krenuti seniori predvođeni braniteljem europskog srebra na preči, Tinom Srbićem (ZTD Hrvatski Sokol), zatim Robert Seligman (GD Osijek-Žito) i Filip Ude (GK MZ Macan) koji će nastupiti na konju s hvataljkama, parteraš Aurel Benović (GD Osijek-Žito) te juniori na konju s hvataljkama Mateo Žugec (GK Vindija) i Liam Rabić (ZTD Hrvatski Sokol).

Uz njih će biti treneri Lucijan Krce, Igor Križimski i Emil Šanjek, suci Boris Čulin i Ratko Vuković, te fizioterapeut reprezentacije Vlatko Vorih.

- Odradili smo testove, dobro je sve prošlo. Malo je čudno ići na EP na kraju godine, jer nikada nemamo tako veliko natjecanje u prosincu, ali kakva je čudna godina, jako mi je drago da će se EP ipak održati. Bit će možda nešto malo slabije nego što bi inače bilo, jer neke zemlje su zbog svih ovih mjera morale otkazati, ali ne zamaram se time - kazao je branitelj europskog srebra na preči Tin Srbić.

Naglasio je kako je u dobroj formi s obzirom na doba godine.

- Probat ću odraditi svoj posao, a kad to odradim, onda znam da sam na svakom natjecanju među favoritima, pa i na ovome. Iskreno, teška je ovo godina za sve, pa tako i za mene. Teško mi je bilo natjerati se trenirati maksimalno jako, teško je bilo psihički i naći motivaciju kad su otkazali Olimpijske igre u Tokiju, ali našao sam motivaciju jer sam znao da ovo što ću trenirati ove godine puno će mi pomoći za iduću godinu. Za Tokio - dodao je.

Na koncu je poželio da ovo EP bude neki pozitivni kraj ove čudne 2020.

- Idemo ovo natjecanje odraditi najbolje što možemo, ja prvi pa svi ostali. Nadam se da će dobro proći i da ćemo se svi vratiti zdravi doma, a onda od iduće godine možemo krenuti normalno. Neka nam ovo EP bude neki pozitivni kraj ove čudne 2020. i još pozitivniji početak za sljedeću olimpijsku sezonu - istaknuo je Srbić.

U Turskoj je prije nekoliko dana uveden policijski sat, no tamošnja Vlada je dopustila da se EP održi uz izrazito stroge epidemiološke mjere. Po dolasku u Mersin svi moraju obaviti još jedan test na COVID-19, a tek onda pristupiti službenim treninzima i vjerujemo kvalifikacijama i finalima.

Službeno natjecanje otvaraju kvalifikacije juniora u srijedu, 9. prosinca, dan kasnije će isto odraditi i seniori, petak je rezerviran za finala juniorskog višeboja, subota za seniorsko momčadsko finale, dok su u nedjelju, 13. prosinca na programu sva pojedinačna finala za seniore i juniore.

Robert Seligman je na europskim prvenstvima do sada osvojio dvije medalje, srebro i broncu, a odličnom rezultatu nada se i u Turskoj.

- Sretan sam što ćemo ove godine ipak imati jedno veliko natjecanje jer mislim da je to iznimno bitno za sve nas, poticaj za dalje, svjetlo na kraju tunela. Ova situacija s pandemijom je stvarno unazadila sport i teško je funkcionirati u ovim trenucima, ali isto tako moramo gledati pozitivno, prema naprijed i vjerovati da će što prije proći. Za mene je ova godina izazovna, od moje najveće ozljede gdje sam u veljači u Melbourneu slomio prst, nisam znao kako ću se vratiti na konja, jer sam svjestan da imam 34 godine, ali COVID situacija i pauza su čak malo pomogli jer sam uspio oporaviti se i vratiti se. Vjerujem da ću u Turskoj napraviti zapažen rezultat. I ne samo ja, nego cijeli hrvatski tim spreman je boriti se za medalje - rekao je Robert Seligman

Podsjetimo, Hrvatska je u svojoj povijesti od 1992. godine do danas imala 28 seniorskih europskih finala u muškoj sportskoj gimnastici, a pritom je osvojeno šest medalja i to - 2008. u Lausanni Filip Ude je bio srebrni, a Robert Seligman brončani na konj s hvataljkama, Marijo Možnik u Montpellieru 2012. bio je viceprvak na preči, a 2015. u istom gradu prvak Europe, Robert Seligman srebrni na konju s hvataljkama 2018. u Glasgowu, a Tin Srbić prošle godine u Szczecinu srerni na preči. (broncu iz Pariza 1957. na konju s hvataljkama ima Ivan Čaklec).

Na juniorskim EP-ima imali smo 13 finala i 2 osvojene medalje na parteru - srebro Filipa Udea u Ljubljani 2004. i broncu Andreja Korosteljeva u Montpellieru 2012. 

- Hrvatski reprezentativci cijelo vrijeme treniraju pod strogim epidemiološkim mjerama, a to su i potvrdili jučerašnji testovi na COVID. Sretan sam da Hrvatska u punom sastavu leti u Tursku, a sportaši su zadovoljni jer će ipak dobiti jedno veliko natjecanje ove godine. Očekujemo dobre rezultate i da se svi vrate zdravi, kako muška delegacija koja putuje danas, tako i ženska delegacija koja putuje za tjedan dana u Mersin - poručio je predsjednik Hrvatskog gimnastičkog saveza dr. sc. Marijo Možnik, još uvijek jedini hrvatski europski prvak u gimnastici.

Hrvatska seniorska i juniorska reprezentacija leti prema Mersinu, a Tin Srbić veli: Neka nam EP bude pozitivni kraj 2020.

Hrvatska muška seniorska i juniorska reprezentacija u sportskoj gimnastici večeras leti put Turske, preko Istanbula i Adane do Mersina gdje ih od 9. do 13. prosinca čeka 34. Europsko prvenstvo.

Nakon uspješno obavljenog obaveznog testiranja na COVID-19, na put će krenuti seniori predvođeni braniteljem europskog srebra na preči, Tinom Srbićem (ZTD Hrvatski Sokol), zatim Robert Seligman (GD Osijek-Žito) i Filip Ude (GK MZ Macan) koji će nastupiti na konju s hvataljkama, parteraš Aurel Benović (GD Osijek-Žito) te juniori na konju s hvataljkama Mateo Žugec (GK Vindija) i Liam Rabić (ZTD Hrvatski Sokol).

Uz njih će biti treneri Lucijan Krce, Igor Križimski i Emil Šanjek, suci Boris Čulin i Ratko Vuković, te fizioterapeut reprezentacije Vlatko Vorih.
