Dvije pune utakmice i prvu četvrtinu treće košarkaši Splita kao da su prespavali, a onda ih je probudio i pokrenuo Roko Leni Ukić. U trećoj utakmici finalne serije protiv Zadra legendarni Roko odigrao je maestralnu partiju, najbolju u žutom dresu ove sezone, i s 30 poena ostavio svoju momčad u igri za naslov prvaka Hrvatske.

- S obzirom na važnost, svakako je to najbolja moja utakmica, ali najvažnije je samo da je 2-1 - skromno će Roko koji je u drugoj četvrtini spojio tri trice, pa 13 koševa u trećoj i još šest kombinirano u zadnjoj i produžetku. Prava simultanka u kojoj je nadmašio prijašnji "season high" od 29 poena protiv Mege.

Rano je Ukić osjetio da bi to mogla biti njegova večer pa je redovito preuzimao odgovornost na sebe. Ponekad se činilo kao da forsira, ali bio je "vruć" i ulazilo mu je. Uostalom, njegovi suigrači ili nisu bili dovoljno hrabri ili dovoljno precizni. Ništa mu drugo nije preostalo nego sam rješavati što više akcija.

Brojke su mu bile sljedeće: šut iz igre 10/23, od toga trice 5/12, pet asistencija, šest iznuđenih prekršaja i tri izgubljene lopte. Praktički je sam držao Split u priključku sve dok mu se u finišu napadački nisu pridružili suigrači za potpuni preokret. Iskupio se splitski "play" za slabo izdanje u Višnjiku gdje ga je potpuno zasjenio izravni rival i suigrač iz reprezentacije Dominik Mavra. Bilo je teško očekivati da će i treću utakmicu u nizu tako renomiran i kvalitetan igrač ostati bez pravog učinka.

- Teško je imati visoku napadačku tečnost kad se suparnici tako dobro poznaju pa se često sve svede na individualnu kvalitetu ili inspiraciju. Od početka sam osjetio da sam OK, a imao sam i veliku motivaciju jer sam drugu utakmicu odigrao loše - priznao je tridesetšestogodišnji veteran i dodao:

- Htio sam učiniti sve što mogu da ostanemo u seriji. Svatko je dao svoj obol, ja skorerski, a ostatak momčadi obrambeno i skakački. Kao što sam rekao nakon prve utakmice, ne želimo biti ukras u finalu nego se ozbiljno "potući" za titulu.

A kad kaže "potući", naravno da Roko ne misli doslovno iako je u prvom poluvremenu malo nedostajalo da između Marka Lukovića i Aleksandra Bursaća dođe do fizičkog obračuna. Obojica su poslije tog incidenta isključena iz igre.

- Ni prvi ni zadnji put da su tenzije u finalu povišene. Zadar je izuzetno fizički moćan i treba mu odgovoriti na taj način. Poslije prve utakmice bio sam izvan sebe zbog načina na koji smo igrali. Tek smo u drugoj shvatili kako se treba postaviti.

I dok Veljko Mršić kao trener Zadra vjerojatno nije bio, izbornik Mršić mogao je biti zadovoljan Ukićevom formom.

- Haha, a to pitajte njega - nasmijao se Roko i s dosta samokritike osvrnuo na promašenu daleku tricu za pobjedu prije ulaska u produžetke.

- Ma, uzeo sam užasan šut. Bojao sam se udvajanja i izgubljene lopte pa sam pokvario solidnu poziciju i onda iz jedne teške bacio "bombu". To ide na moju dušu. Nije izlika, ali umor čini svoje i nekad odluke budu siromašne u tim situacijama. Produžetak smo izvukli obranom i energijom.

S obzirom na rezultatsku neizvjesnost u seriji, ali i sukob Lukovića i Bursaća, atmosfera je uoči četvrte utakmice večeras na Gripama (20 sati, Arenasport 1) dovoljno podgrijana pa s nestrpljenjem čekamo novo poglavlje dalmatinskog obračuna za trofej.

- Dosta sam se potrošio igrajući u oba smjera i najvažnije je bilo dobro se oporaviti. Trebala nam je ova pobjeda nakon pet uzastopnih poraza od Zadra. Moramo se od prve minute postaviti onako kako smo igrali od druge četvrtine nadalje - zaključio je Roko Ukić uoči svoje vjerojatno posljednje utakmice na Gripama u žutom dresu.

Dvije pune utakmice i prvu četvrtinu treće košarkaši Splita kao da su prespavali, a onda ih je probudio i pokrenuo Roko Leni Ukić. U trećoj utakmici finalne serije protiv Zadra legendarni Roko odigrao je maestralnu partiju, najbolju u žutom dresu ove sezone, i s 30 poena ostavio svoju momčad u igri za naslov prvaka Hrvatske.

- S obzirom na važnost, svakako je to najbolja moja utakmica, ali najvažnije je samo da je 2-1 - skromno će Roko koji je u drugoj četvrtini spojio tri trice, pa 13 koševa u trećoj i još šest kombinirano u zadnjoj i produžetku. Prava simultanka u kojoj je nadmašio prijašnji "season high" od 29 poena protiv Mege.

Rano je Ukić osjetio da bi to mogla biti njegova večer pa je redovito preuzimao odgovornost na sebe. Ponekad se činilo kao da forsira, ali bio je "vruć" i ulazilo mu je. Uostalom, njegovi suigrači ili nisu bili dovoljno hrabri ili dovoljno precizni. Ništa mu drugo nije preostalo nego sam rješavati što više akcija.

Brojke su mu bile sljedeće: šut iz igre 10/23, od toga trice 5/12, pet asistencija, šest iznuđenih prekršaja i tri izgubljene lopte. Praktički je sam držao Split u priključku sve dok mu se u finišu napadački nisu pridružili suigrači za potpuni preokret. Iskupio se splitski "play" za slabo izdanje u Višnjiku gdje ga je potpuno zasjenio izravni rival i suigrač iz reprezentacije Dominik Mavra. Bilo je teško očekivati da će i treću utakmicu u nizu tako renomiran i kvalitetan igrač ostati bez pravog učinka.

- Teško je imati visoku napadačku tečnost kad se suparnici tako dobro poznaju pa se često sve svede na individualnu kvalitetu ili inspiraciju. Od početka sam osjetio da sam OK, a imao sam i veliku motivaciju jer sam drugu utakmicu odigrao loše - priznao je tridesetšestogodišnji veteran i dodao:

- Htio sam učiniti sve što mogu da ostanemo u seriji. Svatko je dao svoj obol, ja skorerski, a ostatak momčadi obrambeno i skakački. Kao što sam rekao nakon prve utakmice, ne želimo biti ukras u finalu nego se ozbiljno "potući" za titulu.

A kad kaže "potući", naravno da Roko ne misli doslovno iako je u prvom poluvremenu malo nedostajalo da između Marka Lukovića i Aleksandra Bursaća dođe do fizičkog obračuna. Obojica su poslije tog incidenta isključena iz igre.

- Ni prvi ni zadnji put da su tenzije u finalu povišene. Zadar je izuzetno fizički moćan i treba mu odgovoriti na taj način. Poslije prve utakmice bio sam izvan sebe zbog načina na koji smo igrali. Tek smo u drugoj shvatili kako se treba postaviti.

I dok Veljko Mršić kao trener Zadra vjerojatno nije bio, izbornik Mršić mogao je biti zadovoljan Ukićevom formom.

- Haha, a to pitajte njega - nasmijao se Roko i s dosta samokritike osvrnuo na promašenu daleku tricu za pobjedu prije ulaska u produžetke.

- Ma, uzeo sam užasan šut. Bojao sam se udvajanja i izgubljene lopte pa sam pokvario solidnu poziciju i onda iz jedne teške bacio "bombu". To ide na moju dušu. Nije izlika, ali umor čini svoje i nekad odluke budu siromašne u tim situacijama. Produžetak smo izvukli obranom i energijom.

S obzirom na rezultatsku neizvjesnost u seriji, ali i sukob Lukovića i Bursaća, atmosfera je uoči četvrte utakmice večeras na Gripama (20 sati, Arenasport 1) dovoljno podgrijana pa s nestrpljenjem čekamo novo poglavlje dalmatinskog obračuna za trofej.

- Dosta sam se potrošio igrajući u oba smjera i najvažnije je bilo dobro se oporaviti. Trebala nam je ova pobjeda nakon pet uzastopnih poraza od Zadra. Moramo se od prve minute postaviti onako kako smo igrali od druge četvrtine nadalje - zaključio je Roko Ukić uoči svoje vjerojatno posljednje utakmice na Gripama u žutom dresu.

Roko Ukić uoči svoje vjerojatno posljednje utakmice na Gripama u žutom dresu: Ne želimo biti ukras u finalu nego se ozbiljno ‘potući‘ za titulu

Dvije pune utakmice i prvu četvrtinu treće košarkaši Splita kao da su prespavali, a onda ih je probudio i pokrenuo Roko Leni Ukić. U trećoj utakmici finalne serije protiv Zadra legendarni Roko odigrao je maestralnu partiju, najbolju u žutom dresu ove sezone, i s 30 poena ostavio svoju momčad u igri za naslov prvaka Hrvatske.

- S obzirom na važnost, svakako je to najbolja moja utakmica, ali najvažnije je samo da je 2-1 - skromno će Roko koji je u drugoj četvrtini spojio tri trice, pa 13 koševa u trećoj i još šest kombinirano u zadnjoj i produžetku. Prava simultanka u kojoj je nadmašio prijašnji "season high" od 29 poena protiv Mege.

Rano je Ukić osjetio da bi to mogla biti njegova večer pa je redovito preuzimao odgovornost na sebe. Ponekad se činilo kao da forsira,...
