U 18. kolu ABA 2 lige košarkaši Splita su kod Borca u Čačku doživjeli deseti poraz rezultatom 73:79 (15:21, 22:11, 16:19, 20:28). Time su se još više udaljili od završnog turnira četiri najbolje momčadi lige, sada su sedmi, četvrto mjesto im bježi dvije pobjede. Sastav trenera Vladimira Anzulovića bio je vrlo blizu trijumfa.

Četiri minute prije kraja Splićani su vodili 65:61, ali je u završnici, u silom prilika otprije smanjenoj rotaciji, ponestalo snage i koncentracije. Prvo ime gostiju bio je Amerikanac Cobbins koji je imao double-double učinak, 17 koševa i 13 skokova.
