Hajdukovo ispadanje iz Europe već u 3. pretkolu Konferencijske lige znači da je klupska Strategija već pala u jednom važnom segmentu.

Naime, prema Strategiji, koja je javnosti prezentirana u listopadu 2021., Bijeli su ove sezone morali ući u grupnu fazu (barem) Konferencijske lige. Za one koji se ne sjećaju, do 2027. godine trebalo je pet puta igrati skupine europskih natjecanja, od čega tri puta Konferencijsku ligu te minimalno jednom Europsku ligu i Ligu prvaka.

Sportska izvedba samo je jedan segment Strategije, ali s obzirom na to da je Hajduk nogometni klub, riječ je o najvažnijem segmentu. Mnogi će reći kako ona nije toliko važna i kako je činjenica da su u nju uvršteni specifični rezultatski ciljevi van pameti s obzirom na nepredvidivost nogometa. Hajduk je u većem dijelu dvomeča protiv PAOK-a bio čak i bolja ekipa, a nije ni zabio gol. Prošle godine Bijele je u play-offu dočekao Villarreal, koji je sezonu prije igrao polufinale Lige prvaka...

Ali netko je s razlogom stavio specifične rezultatske ciljeve u tu Strategiju. Ostaje pitanje je li to bio samo populistički potez Lukše Jakobušića, ili su stručnjaci iz Deloittea u svojim algoritmima "izračunali" da je to realno. Kako god bilo, činjenica jest da je Strategija pala na tom segmentu.

Ona je također na rubu i kada je u pitanju podjela igrača na "domaće" (navodnici su u Strategiji), regionalne i internacionalne. Sve je više stranaca u momčadi, što i nije problem samo po sebi. Priča s "našom dicom" uvijek je kompleksna i forsiranjem ih se može dovesti do "pregaranja", dok je s druge strane (razumljivo) teško biti strpljiv s njima dok si u lovu na trofeje.

Ali... U Strategiji stoji da "domaćih" igrača u prvoj ekipi mora biti 50 posto, regionalnih 30 posto, a internacionalnih samo 20 posto. Koji postotak gore-dolje, Hajduk je unutar tih okvira, ali pleše po rubu.

Opet, netko je to stavio u Strategiju s nekakvim razlogom. Ili ćemo prihvatiti da su to sve samo mrtva slova na papiru na koja je bačen novac?

S druge strane, splitski klub je za vrijeme Jakobušićeve vladavine napredovao u gotovo svim poslovnim segmentima. Marketing je na višoj razini nego prije, HDTV djeluje sve bolje i bolje, a asortiman u fan shopu je nikad raznovrsniji i nikad atraktivniji. Doduše, veliki razlog za to leži u Marku Livaji, ali nema veze...

Ovog ljeta su srušeni rekordi po broju članova i po broju pretplatnika. Hajduk je u tom kontekstu u Hrvatskoj svijet za sebe, a relevantan je čak i u svjetskim okvirima. Rasprodani stadion protiv Slaven Belupa najbolje govori o tome do koje razine je došla cijela priča.

Sve je to uistinu fantastično i rezultiralo je jednom pozitivom koja odavno nije viđena oko kluba. Osvojena su i dva kupa u protekle dvije sezone, a Hajduk je ujedno i dvaput zaredom završio kao drugoplasirana momčad HNL-a. Sve su to uspjesi na koje se čekalo godinama.

Ali s druge strane treba biti realan i reći da je Hajdukova platna lista nikad veća, da u ekipi i dalje igra Livaja, čovjek koji može biti relevantan igrač u europskim okvirima. Tu su i kapetan Lovre Kalinić, Filip Krovinović i Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe, koji ima 70-ak utakmica samo u glavnom ždrijebu europskih natjecanja (ne računajući pretkola). A na klupi je Ivan Leko, trener s europskim pedigreom koji je osvojio tri trofeja u Belgiji.

Ljestvica je podignuta i podignuta je s razlogom. Nijedan od tih igrača, a ni trener, nisu svrha sami sebi. Dovedeni su na Poljud da bi osvajali trofeje i igrali Europu.

Strategija predviđa dvije titule do 2027. godine, što znači da ova sezona nije presudna u tom kontekstu, ali tu postoji jedno veliko "ali"...

PAOK je ozbiljna ekipa, ali Hajduk ne može s mizernim koeficijentom očekivati plasman u grupnu fazu ičega bez da pobijedi barem jednu takvu momčad. Pretprošle sezone ispalo se od Tobola, prošle je Villarreal bio na svaki mogući način neprelazna prepreka, ali sada je na drugoj strani stajao PAOK, dok bi u play-offu trebalo pobijediti škotski Hearts.

Hajduk se sljedeće sezone jednostavno ne može nadati boljem ždrijebu, a ove je s Europom ponovno raskrstio oko blagdana Velike Gospe.

Dakle, nitko ne garantira europsku jesen ni sljedeće godine, a prvak Hrvatske usto ima lakši put nego do sada prema glavnom ždrijebu nove Lige prvaka, koja nosi veći broj utakmica i značajno veće prihode. A u najgorem slučaju nosi mogućnost da se prolaskom samo 2. pretkola osigura nastup barem u grupnoj fazi Konferencijske lige.

Pozitivno je to što je Leko uspio postići da mu ekipa izgleda ozbiljno i stabilno, što je posebno došlo do izražaja ove sezone. S druge strane, Dinamo je u očiglednoj krizi, a usto i planiraju prodati svoje najbolje igrače. Bijelima, doduše trebaju još barem jedan stoper, ‘šestica‘ i krilo, ali čak i ovako djeluju kao punopravni pretendenti za titulu s obzirom na situaciju u HNL-u.

Hajduk je nesretno ispao iz Europe i nipošto sada ne treba raditi dramu, ali stvari se moraju nazvati pravim imenom. Naslov prvaka - koliko god on bio realan ili nerealan - ove sezone djeluje kao izuzetno važna stvar, prvenstveno u kontekstu onoga koliko bi se Dinamo mogao još financijski "odlijepiti" ako se plasira u tu novu Ligu prvaka.

Leko je jasno iskomunicirao da je na klupu Bijelih došao zbog ove sezone, a nakon ispadanja od PAOK-a rekao je da će ekipi "od sutra prvenstvo biti kao Liga prvaka". U kontekstu svega toga i neispunjavanja jednog od najvažnijih segmenata Strategije, titula je ove sezone za Hajduk imperativ.

Hajdukovo ispadanje iz Europe već u 3. pretkolu Konferencijske lige znači da je klupska Strategija već pala u jednom važnom segmentu.

Naime, prema Strategiji, koja je javnosti prezentirana u listopadu 2021., Bijeli su ove sezone morali ući u grupnu fazu (barem) Konferencijske lige. Za one koji se ne sjećaju, do 2027. godine trebalo je pet puta igrati skupine europskih natjecanja, od čega tri puta Konferencijsku ligu te minimalno jednom Europsku ligu i Ligu prvaka.

Sportska izvedba samo je jedan segment Strategije, ali s obzirom na to da je Hajduk nogometni klub, riječ je o najvažnijem segmentu. Mnogi će reći kako ona nije toliko važna i kako je činjenica da su u nju uvršteni specifični rezultatski ciljevi van pameti s obzirom na nepredvidivost nogometa. Hajduk je u većem dijelu dvomeča protiv PAOK-a bio čak i bolja ekipa, a nije ni zabio gol. Prošle godine Bijele je u play-offu dočekao Villarreal, koji je sezonu prije igrao polufinale Lige prvaka...

Ali netko je s razlogom stavio specifične rezultatske ciljeve u tu Strategiju. Ostaje pitanje je li to bio samo populistički potez Lukše Jakobušića, ili su stručnjaci iz Deloittea u svojim algoritmima "izračunali" da je to realno. Kako god bilo, činjenica jest da je Strategija pala na tom segmentu.

Ona je također na rubu i kada je u pitanju podjela igrača na "domaće" (navodnici su u Strategiji), regionalne i internacionalne. Sve je više stranaca u momčadi, što i nije problem samo po sebi. Priča s "našom dicom" uvijek je kompleksna i forsiranjem ih se može dovesti do "pregaranja", dok je s druge strane (razumljivo) teško biti strpljiv s njima dok si u lovu na trofeje.

Ali... U Strategiji stoji da "domaćih" igrača u prvoj ekipi mora biti 50 posto, regionalnih 30 posto, a internacionalnih samo 20 posto. Koji postotak gore-dolje, Hajduk je unutar tih okvira, ali pleše po rubu.

Opet, netko je to stavio u Strategiju s nekakvim razlogom. Ili ćemo prihvatiti da su to sve samo mrtva slova na papiru na koja je bačen novac?

S druge strane, splitski klub je za vrijeme Jakobušićeve vladavine napredovao u gotovo svim poslovnim segmentima. Marketing je na višoj razini nego prije, HDTV djeluje sve bolje i bolje, a asortiman u fan shopu je nikad raznovrsniji i nikad atraktivniji. Doduše, veliki razlog za to leži u Marku Livaji, ali nema veze...

Ovog ljeta su srušeni rekordi po broju članova i po broju pretplatnika. Hajduk je u tom kontekstu u Hrvatskoj svijet za sebe, a relevantan je čak i u svjetskim okvirima. Rasprodani stadion protiv Slaven Belupa najbolje govori o tome do koje razine je došla cijela priča.

Sve je to uistinu fantastično i rezultiralo je jednom pozitivom koja odavno nije viđena oko kluba. Osvojena su i dva kupa u protekle dvije sezone, a Hajduk je ujedno i dvaput zaredom završio kao drugoplasirana momčad HNL-a. Sve su to uspjesi na koje se čekalo godinama.

Ali s druge strane treba biti realan i reći da je Hajdukova platna lista nikad veća, da u ekipi i dalje igra Livaja, čovjek koji može biti relevantan igrač u europskim okvirima. Tu su i kapetan Lovre Kalinić, Filip Krovinović i Vadis Odjidja-Ofoe, koji ima 70-ak utakmica samo u glavnom ždrijebu europskih natjecanja (ne računajući pretkola). A na klupi je Ivan Leko, trener s europskim pedigreom koji je osvojio tri trofeja u Belgiji.

Ljestvica je podignuta i podignuta je s razlogom. Nijedan od tih igrača, a ni trener, nisu svrha sami sebi. Dovedeni su na Poljud da bi osvajali trofeje i igrali Europu.

Strategija predviđa dvije titule do 2027. godine, što znači da ova sezona nije presudna u tom kontekstu, ali tu postoji jedno veliko "ali"...

PAOK je ozbiljna ekipa, ali Hajduk ne može s mizernim koeficijentom očekivati plasman u grupnu fazu ičega bez da pobijedi barem jednu takvu momčad. Pretprošle sezone ispalo se od Tobola, prošle je Villarreal bio na svaki mogući način neprelazna prepreka, ali sada je na drugoj strani stajao PAOK, dok bi u play-offu trebalo pobijediti škotski Hearts.

Hajduk se sljedeće sezone jednostavno ne može nadati boljem ždrijebu, a ove je s Europom ponovno raskrstio oko blagdana Velike Gospe.

Dakle, nitko ne garantira europsku jesen ni sljedeće godine, a prvak Hrvatske usto ima lakši put nego do sada prema glavnom ždrijebu nove Lige prvaka, koja nosi veći broj utakmica i značajno veće prihode. A u najgorem slučaju nosi mogućnost da se prolaskom samo 2. pretkola osigura nastup barem u grupnoj fazi Konferencijske lige.

Pozitivno je to što je Leko uspio postići da mu ekipa izgleda ozbiljno i stabilno, što je posebno došlo do izražaja ove sezone. S druge strane, Dinamo je u očiglednoj krizi, a usto i planiraju prodati svoje najbolje igrače. Bijelima, doduše trebaju još barem jedan stoper, ‘šestica‘ i krilo, ali čak i ovako djeluju kao punopravni pretendenti za titulu s obzirom na situaciju u HNL-u.

Hajduk je nesretno ispao iz Europe i nipošto sada ne treba raditi dramu, ali stvari se moraju nazvati pravim imenom. Naslov prvaka - koliko god on bio realan ili nerealan - ove sezone djeluje kao izuzetno važna stvar, prvenstveno u kontekstu onoga koliko bi se Dinamo mogao još financijski "odlijepiti" ako se plasira u tu novu Ligu prvaka.

Leko je jasno iskomunicirao da je na klupu Bijelih došao zbog ove sezone, a nakon ispadanja od PAOK-a rekao je da će ekipi "od sutra prvenstvo biti kao Liga prvaka". U kontekstu svega toga i neispunjavanja jednog od najvažnijih segmenata Strategije, titula je ove sezone za Hajduk imperativ.
