Hajduka tuži tvrtka Jadro, koja je donedavno održavala travnjak Poljudske ljepotice.
Od kluba potražuje 149 tisuća kuna po računima iz 2017. godine za obavljenu sanaciju i prihranjivanje travnjaka na Poljudu, ali i onoga kluba Omladinac u Vranjicu, na kojem je u to vrijeme trenirala druga Hajdukova momčad, te za krajobrazno uređenje betonskih žardinjera na terasi u sklopu upravne zgrade "bilih".
Dok Hajduk osporava postojanje duga, firma sa splitskog Brnika (kraj čijih se staklenika prolazi kad se ide u City Centar One) sudu je kao dokaze dostavila revidirane ponude, troškovnike i email korespondenciju s Poljudom, te tvrdi da je jedan od računa koji joj nije plaćen, klub proveo u svojim poslovnim knjigama.
U petak smo na Trgovačkom sudu u Splitu popratili prvo ročište u tom postupku gdje je Tihomir Luetić, odvjetnik Jadra, zatražio da se od Porezne uprave pribave podaci o tome je li Hajduk koristio pravo na odbitak pretporeza po tom računu.
Također je predložio da se kao svjedoke u postupku saslušaju Josip Merčep iz Šestanovca, te Nenad Ugrina i Stipe Periš iz Splita, koji su izvodili radove, kao i Ante Maslov, direktor Jadra.
S druge strane, odvjetnik Mislav Penjak, koji je zastupao Hajduka, tvrdio je kako se Jadro u potpunosti naplatio u drugom ovršnom postupku protiv "bilih", teškom oko pola milijuna, kojeg je tvrtka pokrenula prošle godine na Općinskom sudu u Splitu temeljem zadužnice koju joj je izdao klub.
- S obzirom na to da zadužnica glasi na najviše milijun kuna, jasno je da Jadro raspolaže s ovršnom ispravom iz koje je mogao naplatiti ovdje utuženi iznos i kako nema pravnog osnova za vođenje ovog sudskog postupka – tvrdio je Penjak koji je sudu dao samo broj tog drugog ovršnog spisa (iz kojeg broja smo preko interneta tek mogli iščitati da se predmet po žalbi nalazi na rješavanju na Županijskom sudu).
U sudnici se na to čulo kako je kost bačena, ali da tek treba vidjeti ima li na njoj mesa. Da bi se Jadro mogao očitovati o Hajdukovim tvrdnjama, sutkinja Ivana Madunić je morala odgoditi ročište za ožujak.

Hajduka tuži tvrtka Jadro, koja je donedavno održavala travnjak Poljudske ljepotice.
Od kluba potražuje 149 tisuća kuna po računima iz 2017. godine za obavljenu sanaciju i prihranjivanje travnjaka na Poljudu, ali i onoga kluba Omladinac u Vranjicu, na kojem je u to vrijeme trenirala druga Hajdukova momčad, te za krajobrazno uređenje betonskih žardinjera na terasi u sklopu upravne zgrade "bilih".
Dok Hajduk osporava postojanje duga, firma sa splitskog Brnika (kraj čijih se staklenika prolazi kad se ide u City Centar One) sudu je kao dokaze dostavila revidirane ponude, troškovnike i email korespondenciju s Poljudom, te tvrdi da je jedan od računa koji joj nije plaćen, klub proveo u svojim poslovnim knjigama.
U petak smo na Trgovačkom sudu u Splitu popratili prvo ročište u tom postupku gdje je Tihomir Luetić, odvjetnik Jadra, zatražio da se od Porezne uprave pribave podaci o tome je li Hajduk koristio pravo na odbitak pretporeza po tom računu.
Također je predložio da se kao svjedoke u postupku saslušaju Josip Merčep iz Šestanovca, te Nenad Ugrina i Stipe Periš iz Splita, koji su izvodili radove, kao i Ante Maslov, direktor Jadra.
S druge strane, odvjetnik Mislav Penjak, koji je zastupao Hajduka, tvrdio je kako se Jadro u potpunosti naplatio u drugom ovršnom postupku protiv "bilih", teškom oko pola milijuna, kojeg je tvrtka pokrenula prošle godine na Općinskom sudu u Splitu temeljem zadužnice koju joj je izdao klub.
- S obzirom na to da zadužnica glasi na najviše milijun kuna, jasno je da Jadro raspolaže s ovršnom ispravom iz koje je mogao naplatiti ovdje utuženi iznos i kako nema pravnog osnova za vođenje ovog sudskog postupka – tvrdio je Penjak koji je sudu dao samo broj tog drugog ovršnog spisa (iz kojeg broja smo preko interneta tek mogli iščitati da se predmet po žalbi nalazi na rješavanju na Županijskom sudu).
U sudnici se na to čulo kako je kost bačena, ali da tek treba vidjeti ima li na njoj mesa. Da bi se Jadro mogao očitovati o Hajdukovim tvrdnjama, sutkinja Ivana Madunić je morala odgoditi ročište za ožujak.
