Dva dana uoči ogleda s Lokomotivom na Poljudu (nedjelja 19.05 sati) na konferenciji za medije pred sedmu silu izašao je trener Hajduka Jens Gustafsson. Za početak se osvrnuo na prvi ovosezonski ligaški ogled ovih protivnika u Zagrebu odigran 17. srpnja koji je završio rezultatom 2:2.

- Prva utakmica protiv Lokomotive bila je teška. Većina vas se najviše sjeća one šanse Ljubičića za pobjedu u samoj završnici. Lokomotiva je snažna momčad. Sada su u nešto slabijem periodu, ali dobro se brane, napadaju, imaju jako dobrog trenera. Očekujem neugodnu utakmicu. Imali smo dovoljno vremena za pripremu od susreta protiv Istre (odgođen je bio derbi s Dinamom, nap.a.). Naravno, imali smo i kup susret u međuvremenu, ali smo svejedno imali dovoljno vremena da se spremimo – rekao je Gustafsson.

Prva utakmica protiv Lokomotive bila je slična ovoj jer ste i tada tek doveli u momčad nekoliko novih igrača, kao što je i sada slučaj? Kada možemo očekivati da ovaj Hajduk može odigrati na optimalnoj razini?

- Volim ovakva pitanja, ona su naša realnost. Ne znam točno koliko je igrača stiglo od kada sam došao, ali svakako je ovo novi Hajduk. Ako želite da cvijet raste, treba strpljenja. Tako je i u sportu. Treba nam vremena da narastemo. Vidim napredak, sve smo bolji. Predsjednik i sportski direktor doveli su dosta dobrih igrača. Treba nam vremena, ali bit ćemo sve bolji. Naš cilj je da budemo u dobroj poziciji u prosincu, a onda ćemo imati dobru startnu poziciju za proljeće. Imamo dobru ravnotežu mladih, iskusnih igrača kao i onih srednje dobi koji već imaju određeno iskustvo. Sve to nam daje mogućnost da budemo na pravoj razini. Uz to možemo bolje razvijati mlade, oni tako bolje mogu vidjeti i razumjeti što im treba za napredak. Sada je sve perfektno posloženo.

Vratio se pritom na kup utakmicu kod Primorca u Biogradu i navijačku kulisu kojoj je svjedočio.

- Bili smo otkad sam tu u Dubrovniku, Sloveniji, Makarskoj, Klisu, Biogradu... Svugdje su nas fantastično dočekali. Želimo svugdje steći još i više navijača. Vidjeli ste kako je Livaja ostao s navijačima nakon susreta u Biogradu, fotografirao se s njima. Da je trebalo i sada bi još bio tamo – rekao je švedski trener.

Potom se vratio na pitanje.

- Već smo sada spremni igrati na visokoj razini, ali bit ćemo sve bolji – smatra Gustafsson.

Na pitanje je li spreman nešto žrtvovati u smislu rezultata, a kako bi se nešto dobilo dugoročno kazao je.

- Jedino sam spreman riskirati zbog razvoja mladih igrača. Već smo dosad gubili utakmice zbog razvoja mladih igrača, ali moramo svi to razumjeti. Trener mora imati hrabrosti razvijati mlade, jer kad oni stasaju imat će klub koristi od toga i sve će se to itekako vratiti.

Lokomotiva? Može li nečim iznenaditi?

- Danas svi o svima sve znaju u nogometu. Bilo bi dobro zabiti rani gol. Kod Lokomotive se vidi rukopis trenera.

Krovinović ima tri žuta kartona i nema pravo nastupa. Međutim, što je s Vukovićem koji nije bio jučer na treningu?

- Utakmica je u nedjelju, ima još dosta vremena. Posavec, Eduok i Krovinović sigurno neće nastupiti. Lovrencsics će vjerojatno spreman za Osijek. Vuković se jučer nije dobro osjećao, ali danas bi trebao biti na treningu. To je to koliko zasad mogu reći o kadru – referirao je Gustafsson.

Lokomotiva je opasna iz kontri?

- Kao i većina momčadi, s obzirom na naš način igre. Igrajući dobru protiv takvih protivnika moramo graditi veliki Hajduk, ne smijemo gubiti lopte u opasnom području.

Dobili ste dva iskusna igrača u svlačionici u Subašiću i Melnjaku?

- To je vrlo važno, liderstvo među igračima mnogo je važno. Kao mladi igrač ne znate dobro što je težak rad, nije to samo naporno treniranje. Morate svakodnevno raditi na tome da ste što bolji igrač, od trenutka kada se ujutro probudite do trenutka kada zaspete navečer. Subašić takve stvari zna, vjerojatno je i on o tome učio kroz karijeru pa i na vlastitim greškama.

Hoće li njih dvojica biti u kadru u nedjelju?

- Prerano je još za reći. Vidjet ćemo kako se osjećaju. Jučer su s nama odradili prvi trening.

Možete li usporediti ovaj Hajduk s onim otprije dva mjeseca u susretu protiv Lokomotive, tko je u boljoj situaciji? Nisu to više iste momčadi?

- Zato se i ne treba vraćati u prošlost. Ne znam tko je sada u boljoj situaciji, vjerojatno bih rekao mi. Nadam se da jesmo.

Tko će pokrivati poziciju desnog beka? Je li Ćalušić blizu početnog sastava? A kad ste već jučer dobili još jednog lijevog beka, a ne desnog.

- Neću vam to odgovoriti, mislim da bismo time samo pomogli Lokomotivi u pripremi susreta ha, ha. Ćalušić je igrao dobro u kupu, Čolina protiv Istre. Ali drugačiji su to tipovi igrača. Zadržao bih se ipak na tome – kazao je za kraj Gustafsson.

Dva dana uoči ogleda s Lokomotivom na Poljudu (nedjelja 19.05 sati) na konferenciji za medije pred sedmu silu izašao je trener Hajduka Jens Gustafsson. Za početak se osvrnuo na prvi ovosezonski ligaški ogled ovih protivnika u Zagrebu odigran 17. srpnja koji je završio rezultatom 2:2.

- Prva utakmica protiv Lokomotive bila je teška. Većina vas se najviše sjeća one šanse Ljubičića za pobjedu u samoj završnici. Lokomotiva je snažna momčad. Sada su u nešto slabijem periodu, ali dobro se brane, napadaju, imaju jako dobrog trenera. Očekujem neugodnu utakmicu. Imali smo dovoljno vremena za pripremu od susreta protiv Istre (odgođen je bio derbi s Dinamom, nap.a.). Naravno, imali smo i kup susret u međuvremenu, ali smo svejedno imali dovoljno vremena da se spremimo – rekao je Gustafsson.

Prva utakmica protiv Lokomotive bila je slična ovoj jer ste i tada tek doveli u momčad nekoliko novih igrača, kao što je i sada slučaj? Kada možemo očekivati da ovaj Hajduk može odigrati na optimalnoj razini?

- Volim ovakva pitanja, ona su naša realnost. Ne znam točno koliko je igrača stiglo od kada sam došao, ali svakako je ovo novi Hajduk. Ako želite da cvijet raste, treba strpljenja. Tako je i u sportu. Treba nam vremena da narastemo. Vidim napredak, sve smo bolji. Predsjednik i sportski direktor doveli su dosta dobrih igrača. Treba nam vremena, ali bit ćemo sve bolji. Naš cilj je da budemo u dobroj poziciji u prosincu, a onda ćemo imati dobru startnu poziciju za proljeće. Imamo dobru ravnotežu mladih, iskusnih igrača kao i onih srednje dobi koji već imaju određeno iskustvo. Sve to nam daje mogućnost da budemo na pravoj razini. Uz to možemo bolje razvijati mlade, oni tako bolje mogu vidjeti i razumjeti što im treba za napredak. Sada je sve perfektno posloženo.

Vratio se pritom na kup utakmicu kod Primorca u Biogradu i navijačku kulisu kojoj je svjedočio.

- Bili smo otkad sam tu u Dubrovniku, Sloveniji, Makarskoj, Klisu, Biogradu... Svugdje su nas fantastično dočekali. Želimo svugdje steći još i više navijača. Vidjeli ste kako je Livaja ostao s navijačima nakon susreta u Biogradu, fotografirao se s njima. Da je trebalo i sada bi još bio tamo – rekao je švedski trener.

Potom se vratio na pitanje.

- Već smo sada spremni igrati na visokoj razini, ali bit ćemo sve bolji – smatra Gustafsson.

Na pitanje je li spreman nešto žrtvovati u smislu rezultata, a kako bi se nešto dobilo dugoročno kazao je.

- Jedino sam spreman riskirati zbog razvoja mladih igrača. Već smo dosad gubili utakmice zbog razvoja mladih igrača, ali moramo svi to razumjeti. Trener mora imati hrabrosti razvijati mlade, jer kad oni stasaju imat će klub koristi od toga i sve će se to itekako vratiti.

Lokomotiva? Može li nečim iznenaditi?

- Danas svi o svima sve znaju u nogometu. Bilo bi dobro zabiti rani gol. Kod Lokomotive se vidi rukopis trenera.

Krovinović ima tri žuta kartona i nema pravo nastupa. Međutim, što je s Vukovićem koji nije bio jučer na treningu?

- Utakmica je u nedjelju, ima još dosta vremena. Posavec, Eduok i Krovinović sigurno neće nastupiti. Lovrencsics će vjerojatno spreman za Osijek. Vuković se jučer nije dobro osjećao, ali danas bi trebao biti na treningu. To je to koliko zasad mogu reći o kadru – referirao je Gustafsson.

Lokomotiva je opasna iz kontri?

- Kao i većina momčadi, s obzirom na naš način igre. Igrajući dobru protiv takvih protivnika moramo graditi veliki Hajduk, ne smijemo gubiti lopte u opasnom području.

Dobili ste dva iskusna igrača u svlačionici u Subašiću i Melnjaku?

- To je vrlo važno, liderstvo među igračima mnogo je važno. Kao mladi igrač ne znate dobro što je težak rad, nije to samo naporno treniranje. Morate svakodnevno raditi na tome da ste što bolji igrač, od trenutka kada se ujutro probudite do trenutka kada zaspete navečer. Subašić takve stvari zna, vjerojatno je i on o tome učio kroz karijeru pa i na vlastitim greškama.

Hoće li njih dvojica biti u kadru u nedjelju?

- Prerano je još za reći. Vidjet ćemo kako se osjećaju. Jučer su s nama odradili prvi trening.

Možete li usporediti ovaj Hajduk s onim otprije dva mjeseca u susretu protiv Lokomotive, tko je u boljoj situaciji? Nisu to više iste momčadi?

- Zato se i ne treba vraćati u prošlost. Ne znam tko je sada u boljoj situaciji, vjerojatno bih rekao mi. Nadam se da jesmo.

Tko će pokrivati poziciju desnog beka? Je li Ćalušić blizu početnog sastava? A kad ste već jučer dobili još jednog lijevog beka, a ne desnog.

- Neću vam to odgovoriti, mislim da bismo time samo pomogli Lokomotivi u pripremi susreta ha, ha. Ćalušić je igrao dobro u kupu, Čolina protiv Istre. Ali drugačiji su to tipovi igrača. Zadržao bih se ipak na tome – kazao je za kraj Gustafsson.

Gustafsson najavio susret s Lokomotivom: Sada je sve perfektno posloženo, a jedino sam spreman riskirati zbog razvoja mladih igrača

Dva dana uoči ogleda s Lokomotivom na Poljudu (nedjelja 19.05 sati) na konferenciji za medije pred sedmu silu izašao je trener Hajduka Jens Gustafsson. Za početak se osvrnuo na prvi ovosezonski ligaški ogled ovih protivnika u Zagrebu odigran 17. srpnja koji je završio rezultatom 2:2.

- Prva utakmica protiv Lokomotive bila je teška. Većina vas se najviše sjeća one šanse Ljubičića za pobjedu u samoj završnici. Lokomotiva je snažna momčad. Sada su u nešto slabijem periodu, ali dobro se brane, napadaju, imaju jako dobrog trenera. Očekujem neugodnu utakmicu. Imali smo dovoljno vremena za pripremu od susreta protiv Istre (odgođen je bio derbi s Dinamom, nap.a.). Naravno, imali smo i kup susret u međuvremenu, ali smo svejedno imali dovoljno vremena da se spremimo – rekao...
